Skikkelig bra hotel med kjempebra service. Kort vei til sentrum (med bil) og masse muligheter. Maten i hotel er litt varierende men på et bra niveau.

Morsomt og annerledes hotell. Deilig uteområde med lite basseng og kafe. Alltid forfriskninger i resepsjonen.Vennlig ohg hjelpsom stab. Ligger svært nær The Grove.

De ansatte var vennlige, rommet stort og velutstyrt, men nabolaget var 'skummelt' - særlig for en som ikke hadde med bil og som i påvente av flyavgang måtte oppholde seg i og rundt hotellet nesten et døgn

Hotellet er moderne og med god standard. Flott utsikt fra takterrassen (med restaurant og basseng), men servicen der oppe vare elendig (hyggelig personale, men de surret med bestillinger og var umåtelig trege). Prompte service på valet parking (og bil bør man ha i denne byen)... Kan absolutt anbefale hotellet, men det er ikke spesielt sentralt (men hva er nå det i Los Angeles, der attraksjonene er spredt utover og man uansett bør ha bil?).

"Warming - BED BUGS and unhelpful staff"
No manager on duty or avail by phone. We got bed bugs. No one helped with anything. When we checked in the guy at the counter was impatient yet slow. No assistance or refund was provided after getting bed bugs. AWFUL PLACE
I specifically asked for a non -smoking room because I have visitor stopping by who has a baby , but unfortunately they gave me a smoking room. One of the front desk guy who works late night was not accommodating. On Dec 30 around 11 pm, it was freezing cold outside and tired from my trip , I was checking in, I took him a while to check us in , it seems […] he has no idea about the system. "Super 8 in LA - You get what you pay for."
I realize that I wasn't going to get much for what I paid - but really! The front desk person tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid for on Hotel.com. He apologized and it was taken care of. The room was a decent size - but smelled a little on the musty side - but went away once the windows were opened. The lights in bathroom sink […] area didn't work, there was no remote for the TV, no shower curtain and the phone didn't work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. A very short time later - someone came and fixed everything. Customer Service was good - but the things that needed attention - shouldn't have needed to. "Cheap, clean, comfortable"
If you're looking for luxury you won't find it here, but if you just want a cheap hotel within 15 minutes of LA, this one is fine. Clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, clerks were polite, etc. We stayed for five days and did not have any problem with noise, either from other guests or the highway. The breakfast isn't fancy but it'll get you going for […] the day...bagels and pastries, toast, cereal, some fruit, and juice and coffee. No complaints; would stay again. Les mer

"Reasonable & Comfortable"
For the money you can't go wrong. There was a fridge and microwave and the bed was comfortable. The room was fairly clean and the people at the front desk were helpful and very professional.

How rude! Stepped out and returned 3 hours prior to check out and they locked me out. Not cool. Too close to the freeway too. Bed bugs ate me all night.
"Thin Walls & Bad Smells"
I stayed there for 1 night & the price was pretty ok. It's a little isolated from other areas & I'm used to getting off the I-5. Easy to find too. The only complaints I have are that the place says NO SMOKING, but when you walk into the room, it has a smell that I couldn't stand. I was worried my clothes would have the smell stuck to them if I leave […] them in the room, so I left it in my carry on zipped! The walls are so thin, there's a couple staying next door to us who were making love since 10 pm til 7 am! I swear! The bed was right above my head & all my sisters & I heard that night was the bed squeaking fast then slow. I fell asleep, then was awaken by the squeaking bed again. Yes, they were making love! I kept waking up every time I hear it, 5-6 times until it was 7 am. I didn't get to sleep until about 8 am because they left the room, I peeked out my window as soon as I heard their door open. Sure enough, they went to check out. So unpleasant! :( I told the lady at the front desk & she gave me an attitude & said that they already checked out :( Les mer

"Great Location"
We've been traveling to the Los Angeles area for years and this ultimately is a veru nice hotel and great location for Disneyland, Garment District, China Town etc.. The staff is more than accommodating, the rooms are very nice.

"21 minute drive to LA"
Even though it was a bit out of our way, this hotel is one of few that have great services and a friendly staff. Their complimentary breakfast is awesome and has a little more of variety to self-serve yourself and leave you satisfied. We'd definitely stay here again. Blood on our mats. We had to sleep on. Floor so dirty our feet turned black while walking around the room. Had to switch rooms three times. One room had drops of some substance on the walls dirt pillows and no flow air throughout the room only thing I can said about this motel is the staff were nice understanding about their rooms not being so cleaand […] updated as their sign says outside. Satisfactory Continental Breakfast, friendly staff, big room, nice pool, standard sized jacuzzi. Right beside a freeway, never heard the traffic from my room (200). Will stay again when I am in L.A.. Peasce Out!!!!

"Worth the price"
Definitely a cozy little place and worth the cheap price. If you just need a place to sleep and keep your stuff at while visiting then its perfect. Although there was issues with the door sensor not working when I would use the card (key) and water wasn't always warm.

The Motel has a good freway close location. the room is big and fairly clean, minus a few stains in a chair and carpet. Perfect to sleep and run.

"Second stay - but worse experience"
When we first stayed at this hotel it was for location and super 8. So chose to stay with family for second time. this time service is awful, we had to ask for room cleaning, even then they forgot to do it. we had to use the same towels for 3 days. the location is good for LA trip, but neighborhood not so good.

it fit my basic needs, the room was clean and the maids came daily to do there thing, the free wireless helped allot, being close to the freeway was not a big problem with noise I wear earplugs anyway! never tried the cont. b/fast ,hotels in this price range never offer anything worth waking up early for! the people I was visiting lived close by so […] location was great for me, not much in restaurants but if you travel up the road into pico rivera/montebello there are plenty of places to eat, the pool and jacuzzi were useful for the kids and me! overall it was good Les mer

Very noisy due to the proximity of highways. The overall aspect of the hotel is poor. Breakfast is light.

If you find yourself out of hotel options and cannot find a decent hotel with reasonable prices then i would suggest this hotel...Some of the cable channels were static and not functionable. This hotel has a nice Jacuzzi and pool area that were very well maintenance. So was the fitness area. The Front Desk was very help full and so were the maids. "The right place to leave for adventures"
If you're spending most of your time out and about this palce is great! Easy to get in and out, no extras to distract you. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and a mini coffee maker. Perfect if you got a tight food budget. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh and no rips or stains to be found. Hotel sans charme pour petits budgets. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits en décembre. Chambre grande mais avec confort standard, beaucoup de problèmes avec le système d'ouverture par carte de la chambre (apparemment dus à l'humidité) Le petit déjeuner est inclus, boissons, toasts et muffins.
