Just the one night here trying to keep overall costs low. It is a classic budget hotel. Dark, dreary highly dated decor in a dreadful location. But then you get what you pay for, and for what it is, it was fine. We slept well enough. Front desk staff were very helpful, there was nothing to complain about really.

No water in the vending machine. Had to walk through the plethora of semi trucks in the husky parking lot to get to the convenience store.

this hotel was ok. The room was too stuffy so when we opened the window the road noise was rather loud. We stayed 4 nights & had to get our keys re-done for 3 of them cuz they never programed them properly which was annoying. The rooms seemed clean enough however we left a 4 foot shelf behind & it took me 3 phone calls & 3 days before they actually […] went up to the room to find it. Shows just how poorly the cleaning staff do their jobs. Nice having the fridge but probably won't stay there again. Night time desk man wasn't very personable however ppl during the day were very nice. Les mer

Your typical budget motel, it was ok, the building could use some new carpets and upgrades, the breakfast was good but no one was watching it to replenish things that ran out such as coffee.The evening staff while checking in about 6pm had no personality at all, no smile, no thank you, nothing.Room was ok

I will never stay here again. The staff was unhelpful the shuttle is a joke its a van that you have to book and we couldnt get the time we needed because it was booked by the time we got there and we almost missed our plane. They were NOT helpful and basically the front desk guy was there to collect your money and that was the extent of their service. […] I do not recomend. There is a comfort inn right beside that i stayed at the next time i flew through Calgary and it was nicer more professional and the same price. Les mer

Convenient courtesy shuttle. Inexpensive(For location). She's no Ritz Carleton, but for commuters that need an easy overnighter coming or going North - it works. Bedding was clean, room didn't stink too badly, and it was quiet enough to grab a few hours of shut eye.

I was satisfied with the service and the continental breakfast and very much appreciate that there is a hotel to airport shuttle. I was wondering if a person would be able to leave their vehicle at the hotel parking while away?

I ended up not staying in this hotel as my room was thread bare and had a funky odour to it. The price was 120 dollars however I could not justify spending that money on such a poor room. I walked across to the Comfort Inn to stay instead which was at least exceptable.

Comparable property to others in the area that charge up to $40 per night more. Would definitely recommend it to someone who isn't so interested in asthetics as they are in value. It is somewhat noisy as it is situated next to a truck stop but again, similar properties in the area would have the same issue but for a higher price tag.

I will not return to this hotel. The room by design but in poor condition. No coffee maker they could not find 1 for me. Note ace machine they had a cooler of ice with no scoop you had to use your hands to get ice. It was disgusting.

It was okay. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. The pillows were flat and not very comfortable. The room was very cold. I was disappointed that the coffee was not replaced for the 2nd day - I only had decaf. i would not stay at this hotel again given other options close by with more ammenities. I'm sorry.

Everything was fine. Unfortunately we had to leave early before Continental Breakfast opened.

Healthy breakfast items including fresh fruit.Close to local bus stops and airport shuttle wonderful for early am flights.

It was not bad, I understand that airport hotels in Calgary are not the best that city has to offer and expensive. Wish breakfast started earlier than 6:30 as most people are on their way to the airport by then. It would be nice to at least have coffee and fruit for guests who have to depart so early especially as we are paying so much per night.Shuttle […] service was good and efficient with helpful drivers. No amenities to speak of but desk clerk did call to ask if everything was ok, which was nice. Room was quiet but heater made a great deal of noise. New comforters would be a nice upgrade. Les mer

Staff were polite but not very helpful or knowledgeable They gave some incorrect info that ruined our trip.

thought it was a good deal until I was told the parking was 5 dollars a day, after taxes and fees it was as much or more than staying at the port o cal with nice rooms , good service free parking and great location ...

I thought the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean but a bit dated and there was a lot of noise coming into the room from the hall.... particularly the closing of other doors...very noisy. The bottom line is that I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. I thought it was good value for the money.

Overall, our stay was good, not counting the fact that we had to take a $40 taxi ride from the airport to get there (don't forget to add that to your rate!). There was a shuttle when we arrived, but it was a mini van with two seats left. The driver promised to come back in 45 minutes, but there were 6 people ahead of us: no guarantee that we would actually […] get in on that one either. As we were lightly dressed, having come form a hot country in the middle of winter, we decided to take the cab. Ironically, we had phoned the hotel before our vacation and were assured that the shuttle would not be more than a few minutes wait. The airport shuttle that we booked for the next day worked out much better. Les mer

We checked in late at night and went straight to sleep but when we woke up and had all the lights on we started noticing how unclean it was. All but one towel (including wash cloth & hand towels) were either dirty or stained. The toilet tank was splattered with something gross & was dusty. The one bed had dark stains on the top sheet as well as a badly […] stained pillow. There was garbage along the bottom of the bed from a previous stay as well. I told the front desk about it upon check out, he said he would pass along my comment to the manager who apparently wasn't there at the time. Les mer

We were looking for a basic inexpensive place to stay the night before an early morning departure to Cancun. We also wanted complementary shuttle service to the airport and a place to leave our vehicle for the week that we were gone. So we got basic and inexpensive but when I made the reservation over the phone I specifically asked, more than once, […] about the complementary parking and shuttle service and was told that yes, it was part of the price. However, on arrival, we were able to make arrangements for the shuttle service, but were told that parking would cost $5.95/night. When I told the desk clerk what I'd been told on the phone about parking, he just said that it was not included, and that was that. We chose to park at the airport instead. So, the room was adequate for our purposes, but I was frustrated that we were not provided with the parking as promised. I'll stay somewhere else next time. Les mer

Comfortable room. Excellent front desk staff and adequate continental breakfast. We would stay again!

There were cobwebs and wads of dust clinging to the stucco ceiling. The shower ceiling had a hole in it - roughly covered by plaster. The shower and sink fixtures were not cleaned; black grout (mold) on the tiles. Front desk staff did not smile once....AND the price was the same 129.00 as a CLEAN room at Holiday Inn. Not recommended.
