The morning of my business meeting I needed to iron my shirt. The did not have an iron nor a standard ironing board. I called to the front desk where they told me that they have an iron but not the board. Perplexed with the prospect of having to press my shirt without a board I proceeded to get the iron. The lady give the iron and a towel to use. While […] in my room I decided to call back the front desk to clarify that for a facility of this size, that how is it possible not to have a board to use? She then said that another customer was using the board and that she would inquire if they were finished. The truth finally. She called me back momentarily and said that she has it. To my surprise again it was a mini ironing board. And I thought "how cheep can you get?" Needless to say another disappointment. Les mer

outdated equipment such as no elevators. i had to pay for a room that i did not use the second night because i was unable to cancel, coffe pot in the room was dirty. carpeting was also dirty.

The hotel itself was very clean. The manager was nice. The office chair was broken, but that was the only thing. We even stayed 2 extra nights.

The motel was clean, good smelling, and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the light morning breakfast offerings. The neighborhood is seedy but the privacy fence and alert desk clerk made me feel my car was safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an economic stay.

Staff was really nice. Booked because it stated indoor pool and spa when neither worked or was heated. Washer and dryer awful took 10 dollars just to dry my clothes. During the day lady was never at the front desk could never get help. Guy at night was very helpful. Tv channels suck mostly Spanish ones. Room cleaned but bed was hard.

We stayed for three nights. Its a pleasant hotel. Cleaniness is not an A+ but its somewhere that you can feel safe. We ordered a non smoking room but the hallway smelled like a bar room. No elevators. No iron in the room. An indoor pool. We were comfortable.

Love the big screen tv but only wish that it have more channel on it. Checkout time was unacceptable, at 10:30am housekeeping try to rush me out

I had a wonderful time staying at super 8 motel and the staff vwere very friendly.

We started with a room on the 2nd floor which, unbeknownst to us, was located above the ice machine on the first floor. We heard a noise like a motorcycle idling all night--we thought it was coming from outside. Later, we realized that it was the ice machine. They changed our room for us for the remainder of the stay, and then everything was fine.

Very convienently located. Clean & friendly service. Only problem was with the shower draining... Seemed to stay clogged.

I love everything about this Super 8 Motel the only thing that I is a Super 8 Coffee Mug. I will be going back there again with in a two months.

It was a nice place to stay but the pool was small and spa didnt work other than that it was ok

First they could find my reservations; and then that called the wrong reserving agency. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my reserved room. Bring your own iron and Iron board; they don't supply those items.

I was on a business trip to Houston and had no idea what to expect. This hotel was in a rough area. The toilet in my room would not flush. I had to use my ice bucket to pour water in the toilet in order to get it to flush. The room was dirty. I even found some bugs. The only positive was the service at the front desk. I have not complaints about this hotel after staying in others. This hotel was very clean and I hope they continue to offer discount prices!!!

It's not that bad, until you talk to the service. The house keeper was rude, I overslept and missed check out. Most hotels will gladly let you check out at 12. When I called down to the front desk, they were very rude and almost gave me a lecture. Other than that, the rooms are very modern and good for the price.

The room was clean, the staff were pleasant. My complaint is that I picked this place mainley because they had an indoor pool & hot tub. However, even though the pool was open, it was not heated and way too cold for swimming. The hot tub was the same. No heat at all. Very dissapointed.

It was nice and I was surprised at the big t.v. I'm a smoker so I liked that they had smoking rooms. Over all it was a nice stay.

Hotel had a lot of amenities for the $$. Indoor pool and spa, mini fridges, coffee maker in the rooms. Room was large and spacious. Only negative was that the breakfast was over way too early (9am) and was very limited in selections. What was there was good, however. Would stay here again.

No elevator. the stairs is located in the very back of the hotel, which was very scary in this neighborhood. breakfast was OK. Room was good. Staff was OK. Not a place for a single gal to stay.

This hotel was conveniently located but off the highway. Very quiet, clean rooms with micro and fridge. Spacious room. Reasonably priced.

Hotel was clean and a lot nicer than I expected for the price and the location. My only two complaints are that the TV acted funny every time it was first turned on, but after a while it stopped having lines scroll across it. The TV was at least a wall-mounted flat screen. the only complaint i had was this loud noise that came from the bathroom just about every hour. dont know what it was but was really annoying all night. since we were only staying there that one night, didnt see a point in complaining.

Fui muito bem atendida. O Hotel é confortável. Os quartos são amplos e arejados. Adorei a vizinhaça, várias opções para comer muito próximas.

Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.
