The breakfast was not up to the usual good standards of Best Western.Only sugar cereals ie Froot Loops and Raisin Bran were there. Also not all lights were working in the room.
Furniture stained and torn. Carpet filthy. Bed sheets had stains. Would not recommend this hotel.
"Great value for the price"
I was surprised with this hotel. We were driving through and decided to book the room last minute. It was the cheapest room in town, which is all we cared about. The room was bigger than we expected, and had a mini fridge, microwave and continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The hotel could use some updating, but overall it was a good value, […] and comfortable stay for my family (including small children). Close to the interstate, quiet, and easy to navigate. Les mer

"Basic Motel"
Well situated motel fot travellers. Basic breakfast,pleasant staff but hot tub not functioning.

I stay in comparable hotels all the time: econolodge, travelodge, la quinta, days inn, etc. I have never seen bedding this old and ratty. The middle blanket was torn all over the edges. The bed cover was definitely from the early 90's. The continental breakfast was the cheapest I've seen in similar hotel chains. The hotel itself is old and kind of depressing. "Over night stay"
I've stopped at this hotel many times over the years while driving across the western half of the United States. It has always been clean and the staff is always friendly, regardless of the hour I arrive. Although te breakfast is not fancy, it is consistant. Too bad for me, that it is consistantly out of coffee or the coffee is cold at the breakfast […] counter. All said and done, fir an inexpensive overnight stay, this is a good choice that I am likly to keep using for many more years. Les mer

Room was very dirty. Bed linens were NOT clean. Slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Will not stay there again!

"Great Room for the Price"
Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was very clean and comfortable.
"Good for the price"
We stayed at this hotel simply because it was on the way to our next stop- Bryce Canyon. It was in the right spot for us to stop for the night. The hotel is older and there's nothing to do in Beaver,but it was clean and right off the freeway so it's easy to get back on the road. We didn't bother having the breakfast because my husband can't eat gluten […] and everything had gluten. Overall I would recomend this hotel if you need a place to sleep and you are in Beaver. "You get what you pay for: Super 8 Beaver Utah"
The sign on the door said No Smoking but the carpet and drapes said otherwise. Pulled back the bedding and mattress to check for bedbugs; none thank goodness, but lots of other gross crumbs/hairs/pet fur/gunk. Shower curtain had active mold/mildew spots. Also, I think my laptop was hacked while using their free-secure WiFi. UDOT road crew stays there. […] We won't again. Les mer
"Convenient"
The service was extremely fast and efficient and the location could not be beat. There are no electrical outlets, the TV remote didn't work, the sink could not be drained and the chair had some interesting stains, but if you're just passing through to another location, it's more than adequate.

Our stay was ok. When we first got out of our car there were hundreds of huge mormon crickets, they freaked out our little girl and it gave me the heebie jeebies? After the first night they did have someone out sweeping them up. We really weren't in the room a whole lot but for what we needed it for it worked!!:)

No issues or problems. Hotel was fine as a one-night pass-through. The price was a tad high for the value received but with Summer travels and Pioneer Days going on at the same time, they probably can get away with charging more based on demand. Front desk was cordial, continental breakfast was basic, no frills, but adequate.

The hotel was ok. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We were in the mood for chinese food and so went to the local oriental restaurant and the food was really awful. I think next time I am in the area I would choose to stay in a more populated area with more choice of places to eat. The breakfast was fine. Pretty good selection of foods.

The only detraction from a perfect stay was that our room was on the side of the building where semi trucks pull out of a gas station and park and idle their trucks all night while they rest. It was very noisy even with the windows closed.

If you're lookin for a nice place to stay for a night, a place with a clean room and sheets, some decent TV to go to sleep by and a nice light simple breakfast to get you on your way...then this the is place. There is nothing fancy about this place, its just a simple hotel...keep that in mind when you make you're reservations...and it really doesn't […] have anything special for kids, so keep that in mind also. I enjoyed my 1 night stay, slept well, had a good light breakfast and good converstaion with some other travelers. Check in was simple and check out was even easier! Les mer

The rooms were just fine. The breakfast was a bit slim. Oatmeal and or boiled eggs would have been nice; or perhaps yogurt.

The motel was so dirty. There was something slimy in the bath tub. The toilet was clogged. The front desk person was never there. Funny smell in the room.

"Beaver Motel 8"
The motel is convenient to the Freeway and gas station. But was noisy because of the proximity to the freeway. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. The halls were stuffy and smelled stale. The hottub should have been cleaner and there was two pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and one long hair [not my color] on the clean towels in the bathroom. […] The quality of soaps and shampoo was better than average. The air conditioner worked great. For Beaver, it is about on par with the other available motels or maybe just one bit better. It is probably much better than some of the really old motels which have very old beds and fixtures. Les mer

Did not expect more than a bed, a hot shower, and good bed. For the price this was outstanding. Meet or exceeded all my needs and wants. The coyboy in the lobby was very entertaining with the basic breakfast.

it was exactly as expected, convenient, clean and acceptable for overnight stay with adequate amenities.

This hotel is adequate, but rural Utah is not a fun place to stay. It's only for stop overnights when you are between destinations. Bring your own provisions as there are no decent restaurants in rural Utah. Fast food.

"Communication was poor. Stay was good."
Overall the stay was what I expected for the price. I have no complaints. Communication with management was difficult. I could not understand most of what they were saying.
