Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

I have only positive experiences with this hotel. Large nice rooms, very clean everywhere, okay pool outside, very friendly and helpful staff, good service and all at a reasonable price. Only one minute to go to the Frisco Conference Center and 15 minutes to go to the big mall Stonebriar Center. I stayed at this hotel for a week last year and a week this fall, so I know what I am talking about :-)

It's not to bad, East Dallas has never been a great area but it's safe enough, about 15 minutes to Baylor Hospital, Rooms are fine and bed isn't too bad, lots of Highway noise
The hotel is located in a tough neighborhood...room was dated but clean. If I was to drive through that area again....I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

"DISGUSTING!"
The front desk worker could have cared less when we went back to office to ask for a refund. After being in the room for 20 minutes and letting my 1 year old walk around, the bottoms of her feet were BLACK. "Cheap Stay- no sleep"
This was a motel right next to the highway in a bad part of town. We asked for non smoking rooms and all 4 rooms smelled like smoke. Our air did not work in our room. If you are looking for a place where you can stay for really cheap and maybe get 4 hours of sleep- then this place will work for you.

Parking lot filled with Dallas Police as soon as we arrived, not a good sign. Decent place to sleep, beds comfy and clean. Free breakfast was not worth going to lobby for. Good for rate paid!

The title sums it up. The location is great becuase it's near the freeway with many places to eat and a CVS close by. Unfortunately the surrounding neighborhood is pretty shady and the guests staying at the hotel were also questionable. Picked this hotel because of the closeness to the Cotton Bowl. Was a little leery because of the older style hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly, parking was right outside our door, room was clean, bed was comfy, and it took us no time to get to the OU/TX game. When we entered our room, the room was not made AT ALL. The blankets were not on the bed, the pillows were on the floor, and used towels in the bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested another room. For the "inconvenience", we received an upgrade at no cost. Hotel is older style with doors on exterior but renovated in recent years. Rooms are clean with all conveniences. Exceptional vallue for the money.

I was disappointed in the area the hotel was located in. having never been there before I was expecting that it would be conveinemt to restaurants and evening entertainment. It was not!!

This Hotel was under construction on one wing but we had plenty of peace and quiet. The neighborhood was questionable at night outside but we had no problems. THere were plenty of places to eat at and shopping all around. We would stay there again. It was a good clean place and a great price.

The pool was closed, and the people at the front office were not very friendly. We were staying there to go to an event and needed to print out our tickets as we forgot to before we left for Dallas, no one in the office was willing to help us or guide us to a place where we could print it out. The hotel was nice but the service was poor.

Wasn't in the best neighborhood, but it was the closest I could find to the event I attended. The room was really nice; especially for a budget hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the carpet was clean, and it had a decent size LCD TV. Actually the room was spotless. Think they may have just renovated it.

The hotel was under construction which would have been ok if they had not started at about six am on the construction. I found it very rude to start saws and hammers at 6 am on a hotel. When I complained to the desk they blew me off like it was no big deal. The breakfast was cold and generic. They did not have real coffee. the room was nice enough and the bed was comfortable, but I would not have booked at this location if I had known About the construction going on. I wax awoken both mornings by the sound of construction. I was not pleased. but the staff was very friendly. the stay would have been fine if If hadn't been For the construction.

The cable was out two times while staying there and the reading lights next to the headboard did not work. They said it was just that they were on the light switch. This was not the case and the bulbs were just burned out and were never fixed while we were there.

"Not what I expected"
The room had stains all over the carpet. The toilet was running constantly and their was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. Then on top of all that the room did not have a remote control. The security guard was very helpful in delivery it after about an hour. It was very loud with people walking in and out through out the night slamming doors. I have always had good experiences when i have stayed at ANY La Quinta. However, this La Quinta was not what I expected. When we walked in the lobby, it smelled like dirty, moldy, rotten mop, but the front desk guy was very nice. The inside of the room was also well kept, but the outside did not give a good impression. Rooms were better than expected, it's only a 5 minute drive from all the night-life Dallas has to offer, and there not a lot of noise for a good nights sleep. Great place to stay for a safe New Year's Eve.

Hotel was crowded but never got load or rowdy. Out TV picture was very 'red'. I mentioned it to housekeeper and upon our return from dinner, the TV was either fixed [or more probably] replaced. Much appreciated.

they take care of the customers property by going around and checking to see if the key was left in door and returning it to office.
I would probobly stay here again, i was a little concerned about the neighborhood but we were out all day. When we got back around 11pm the hotel was kind of empty on my side and noticed a securty guard walking around. Overall value was good, right off the parkway and pretty clean establishment. If you want to walk around the hotel stay elsewhere, but […] for a place to stay cheap while visiting dallas this place is not bad. Can hear some cars at night drive by, but with the ac on all you hear is the ac. I read all of the reviews about this hotel before I decided to take a chance and book a stay. When we arrived the room was perfect. Everything was very clean and tidy and it even smelled clean. The beds were awesome even better than mine at home. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The premises were clean and quiet. I couldn't find anything […] wrong with our stay if I had to. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again maybe if I'm even sort of in the area. This kind of review is unusual for me because I am very picky about my hotels. Les mer
