it was great we checked in early with no problems.the bed was great but the tub and the floors could of been cleaner the tub was dirty and the floors could of been vacuumed other then that the girl at front desk was great and every employee we came across was respectful and friendly very professional.

"Average Holiday Inn ... a bit dated"
We got what we paid for, and that was fine. The only bad point was the bathroom was a bit dirty ... gunk in the shower, on the walls, and in the soap dishes. In the scheme of things, this is not so bad, given the good cleanliness of the rest of the hotel room, but its still a nasty surprise in the morning when you take a shower.

Our room was smallish, and the bathroom was EXCEPTIONALLY small, basically the size of a small powder room at home, with no counter space at all to put a shaving kit or make-up bag.

I reserved a single room with two full beds. I was expecting a large room since it was more than one bed. Unfortunately, this was not the case, the room was very crowded with furniture. The beds were also entirely too soft for my comfort. My family and I woke up with sore backs after sleeping without what seemed like any mattress support. "Strongsville Holiday Inn next to THE ICE RINK"
Can't beat having the hotel literally a parking lot away from the ice rink where the hockey tournament was held. The cleaning staff was exceedingly patient with us and is to be commended. We were treated well by all staff and enjoyed our stay. I WOULD wish for a vent/fan in the bathroom and some ability to open a window even a little bit.

"Strongsville"
Front desk clerk was very gracious and helpful in suggesting a good restaurant after a very long drive. A "MUST" visit-locally run Don's Pommerroy House had excellent food. Nice choice that you could have 'fine dining atmosphere" upstairs or with the same menu, casual clothes downstairs in their "Pub". Good service, excellent food! Hotel was very comfortable, […] however the corridor hallways looked very dated wtih dark burgandy textured walls. That could use an update, but didnt affect the comfort, ease of our stay Les mer

It was a clean hotel with a friendly staff. We enjoyed out stay there.

The hotel itself was nice. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, large indoor pool, nice hotel bar/lounge open late. The onsite restaurant had bad service. We stopped in for a quick lunch before heading out to our event, there were only 2 other parties seated in the restaurant. After we were seated for 15 minutes we had to go back to the hostess […] stand to as about a waiter. During the course of our meal our drinks were never refilled and we had to again track down a waiter to pay our bill at the end of our meal. Hotel was conveniently located off the freeway in a pretty safe area. Checked in late, front desk clerk seemed to not be too happy but other wise everything went as planned.

This particular Holiday is close, convenient, and clean. One feature, which I would have appreciated would have been a complimentary breakfast.. The price was about right. The staff were friendly,and the hotel was relatively quiet. Additionally, it is close to some great suburban restaurants.

I really wanted to LOVE this hotel. The front desk was so nice and helpful, and the hotel is very nice inside with a pool that my son loved. Unfortunately, our bathroom was a little dirty and the brunch in the restaurant was poor quality. We were barely acknowleged in the restaurant because they were busy cleaning tables. Despite the brunch having an […] hour left (done at noon), the biscuits and french toast were hard as a rock, the oatmeal was 1 big clump and the service wasn't the best. There was no fresh food brought out at all because there were only 2 tables in the restaurant at the time. I will probably be back because it's the nicest hotel in the area, but I would be leery of the brunch, unless I'm there right when it opens. The hotel was inviting and our rooms clean and comfortable. I loved the labeled pillows! Soft or hard! Great idea for a pillow-picky person.
Children running up and down hallways. I think Holiday Inn might be running a daycare and not even know it. After a late check-in from my second job I was excited to get some sleep I asked the front desk person for a possible late check out he stated he could not help me out. I was staying over the weekend from a week long stay and seemed like 100's of kids (seemed like with no parents) were staying at the hotel due to some Hockey Teams event. What a joke the place was full of college kids running through the halls making huge amounts of noise banging on my door I actually caught a couple of kids say to the other hey lets bang on this door and run !! "Newly remodeled, huge pool, very nice!"
I was very impressed with how nice the hotel looked inside, everything looks newly painted and decorated. The furniture looked all new as well. Our double room was quite large. "Our experience was a mixed bag...."
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of items. The room was nicely appointed. I especially appreciated the iron and ironing board in the room. However, the cleanliness/maintenance of our room needed improvement. Both the sink and bathtub drained VERY slowly -- by the end of a shower, the water […] in the tub was over ankle-deep. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned the second day we stayed there. The bed had been made up, the towels replaced, and the trash emptied, but clearly neither the tub nor sink counter had been wiped clean.
