We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

"If not for free you should wait"
The hotel is under renovation and it is a shame that they did not close to get the work done; there is no reason to have the hotel operational with the level of work going on. The hotel is disgusting and there is nothing clean! The carpets even inside the rooms are horrible, the walls are terrible. To top it up the customer service is so bad that it […] would be better to not have anyone at the front and just have a locker with a code and the keys inside for self service. I am specifically talking about the night service as I arrived late night. So word of advice if you don’t see a clear note that says the hotel has been fully renovated and the work has been completed DO NOT STAY there! Les mer

"Your friendly airport hotel"
A reasonable quality stop-over hotel. Not cheap. Also, unpleasant surprise: it appears that airport parking is no longer included in the posted rate. Which makes it a bit less attractive for those who seek to save by flying from Buffalo instead of Toronto.

"A Pleasant Stay"
I wanted someplace close to the Airport to stay that wasn't too expensive. I got that at the Sleep Inn. While it wasn't a five star hotel, it was very clean, the customer services was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a full continental breakfast the next morning that had fresh waffles, cereals (both cold and hot), fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and hot […] chocolate, juices, and eggs. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation. It is directly across the street from the airport and they do offer shuttle service to the airport, even though you can walk it. Les mer
This hotel was disgusting from the check in service to the cleanliness of the room. First off i got to the hotel about 11:30pm. Apparently they don't know how to read because they checked me in as a different person and that made a big confusion on there part because i would have needed a special corporate card if i was that person. So when i told them […] i did not have a corporate card the guy at check in got rude and started helping the people behind me. Which in my eyes was not right by any means. After he was finished with them 20 minutes later he got back to me with on going rude service. Once checked in i got to my room and my room key did not work. I went down stairs and let the front desk know my room key did not work and he reprogrammed my keys. I returned to my room to find i had to swipe the card 17 times before it worked. Now inside the room I go to turn the A/C on and find a bunch of broken cookie crumbs inside the A/C vent really visible which room service should have gotten maintance to remove the vent (2 screws) and clean. There were cup rings all over the table in the room. The remote also did not work so i went back to the front desk and asked for another remote, when giving me the other remote i get to my room to find out that one did not work as well. great room loved it the staff was friendly room was a godd size and clean..nice location if you have to take a flight early morning as well. This is a must stay for the quality and price.
We.have stayed at the Ramada and we were very dissatisfied,we then tried your hotel. We stay there every year since. It is a great place to stay. The staff are great and very friendly. The hotel is a very ,cleanplace. Would recommend them to anyone. See you again soon.

Close to the hotel with 24 hr shuttle service to/from the airport. Located only about 5 mintues from the airport. Free breakfast was very basic, but adequate.

"The suite has no Privacy"
The room was nice and spacious the only thing I think they should state is that the suite is open, It has a little half wall that came up to my knees. I had to laugh when she told me the little wall makes it a suite because it separates the two rooms. So if you have children don’t think you will get any privacy. The breakfast was great and fresh. "Just be careful about booking..."
The hotel was great, but we thought we were getting the Park N Fly option with our booking and ended up having to pay extra for that feature, SO, this method of booking was no more reasonable than booking directly with the hotel.
"Great Hotel for Location"
This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is nothing fancy but the staff is great and the rooms were satisfactory for our needs. The room was very large for the price which was a bonus. It is located directly next to the airport and provides shuttle service just about anywhere in the surrounding area. The employee's working at the front desk where not professional. They where more interested in talking to each other and joking around then checking us in. The appeared to be very unfocused and asked us the same question several times. We requested a taxi to pick us up that evening. The front desk did call up to the room to confirm the pickup time. […] But when the taxi company never arrived and we questioned the desk - they laughed and said that they made the pickup time for AM vs PM by mistake. The only saving grace was that the hotel shuttle service spoke up and drove us to our nearby location in order for us to make our event. If it had not been for Matt we would of missed the begining of the whole reason why we came to Buffalo. The next morning an hour before checkout time we had the cleaning person opening our door to start cleaning. We would really have to think again about this hotel Les mer

"Great for a night or 2"
Needed a place to stay near the thruway and not to far from ralph wilson stadium. A little outdated, maybe a lil dust in the corners but not bad for a night. If i were staying in the area longer i would want a nicer hotel to stay in but for the price and for 1 night and its location it was good for me

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel for 1 quick night while in the area to visit relatives. The hotel was clean and friendly, and my brother & Dad enjoyed the large jacuzzi near the exercise room. Though right next to the airport, once inside you weren't even aware there were planes in the area. The shower was a great design for my 85 yr old […] father, who easily stepped in and had a substantial grab bar for stability (no bath tub to step over). The complimentary breakfast provided choices for everyone (fresh make-it-yourself waffles were a hit); only the hard-boiled eggs didn't score very well. Les mer

There's plenty of hotel options by the Buffalo airport, but we were pleased with the overall experience at the Sleep Inn considering the price. If you're just looking for a simple place to stay overnight before catching another flight or driving elsewhere, this place offers good value and decent quality. "Worse service"
Front desk lady was rude and had no information about modes of transportation to Niagara falls from the hotel. The manager was informative and helpful.

"Great for an overnight stay"
This is not the Hilton, but it is a nice, clean place to stay. My only real complaints were the weak showerhead and the loud air conditioner. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay.
