Booked a king smoking got a room with double beds I am 6ft 1 in 225 lb and my wife no room very uncomfortable had to check out 1 day early so the discount not worth the time
We had to ask for shampoo. The second day we had to use the same coffee cups as we did the day before because the maid didn't leave us any fresh cups. It was too far away from Hot Springs and the track which was the reason we went.

We knew this was an older hotel and the rate was low so we were not expecting much but we were happy with our room. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room, the walls and ceiling had been recently painted, and we liked having one sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. Too noisy! Quality and area are on the low end of desirable places to stay. Front desk during the day is friendly and helpful but the night desk employee did not know how to register a guest. The only reason to stay here is they take pet and smokers.

I realize it is a very old hotel, but they could at least put clean fresh linen on the beds. The linen smelled musty. They could also use some new towels. Theirs are getting mighty thin.

It was very hard to locate. People with walking disabilities had a very hard time getting to the office which was all downhill from the room. Breakfast was mediocre. It was too pricey for the bare minimum room. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

It was better than we exspected me and my wife read some of the other reviews we were a little concerned you get what you payed for it needs lots of improvements but overall it was not that bad the cleaning lady did an excelent job keeping our room clean and plenty of towls and wash cloths if you can and able to find another place to stay do so.
the tub would fill up after taking a shower and there were four of us in the room. it literally took 10 mins for the next person to shower because of the drain.

Fairly nice place. Our coffee pot broke and they didn't want to give us a replacement. Finally did, but I had to INSIST. The carpet was old and lumpy the beds were too firm, but for the price I guess it was ok.

first it's way further away than it appears from hot springs. second, the cheap prices pretty much guarantee's a certain type of client, and they were banging doors, running and carrying on all night. an no i am not old. the pool was grossly hot and there was no soap to be had in the bathroom. and seriously, if you drive anything but a crapmobile, you […] can pretty much guarantee you'll get robbed. there's a reason they tell you not to leave anything of value in your vehicle. scared my kids to death. thankfully it wasn't my vehicle that got robbed. upon arrival one room was not ready. the clerk wanted to charge me again but did not. when got back the other room was ready but the clerk had no clue about room. the motel was quiet and good ways from food areas but close to attractions. kids had fun.

The owners or managers were very gracious. I know they were having trouble in some areas with the air conditioners but Baruch Ha Shem not in mine. I wasn't looking for some great room just a room where I could get a good nights sleep and that's what I got. There were bugs a couple of times but that's everywhere you go. Our room was very basic, semi-clean and kind of dark. The location was right by the amusement park, and not that far from downtown, so that's where we had breakfast. Don't expect much- you get what you pay for. I wish I had taken my own pillows.
We were upset that the desk clerk didn't seem to know that we were preregistered and had already paid for three nights. I showed him the registration form and that we had paid. The next morning our door wouldn't lock and the telephone didn't work, just when we were getting ready to leave for the day. The same person had turned things off. He told my […] husband that he thought we were staying for one night. He didn't seem to listen or look at my papers about registration the day before. Stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was functional, reasonably priced, and had a small refrigerator in the room.

This motel was clean, but very plain...no refrigerators, microwaves, no enclosed closet. The area wasn't that great...I wouldn't go out after dark.

I would not stay here again. The blankets had burn holes in them, the room smelled musty, this was a non-smoking room, the towels were frayed, the carpet was well worn, the sinks were stained, the furnace would not run for more than 30 seconds and the continental breakfast was a tiny selection and not quality choices.

Looking at the place online I didnt expect much and had a hard time believing all the good reviews but the place is clean and rooms are big. nice view of the golf course too. For the price its better than many more expensive places in Hot Springs and despite being a little further from the track and bathhouse row we will def stay here again

My husband and I stayed at this Knights Inn because we were going on a Jeep Jamboree and the park was just about 2 miles down the rode. It's not the Waldorf, but for the price it has good A/C - Wireless Internet and clean rooms. We placed our workers there for business many times and it's good for that. Oh, and it had a pool that looked good.

I made reservations to stop here on a road tip back to Texas. My fiance was with me. This hotel ruined all my plans for Hot Springs. I knew it wasn't going to be fancy, but I didn't expect it to be so trashy. I could've stayed, but my fiance wouldn't have it. The sheets didn't look clean. There was some mold in the room. My fiance was completely insulted […] that I brought her there, even though i had no idea since the other reviews didn't paint such a bad picture. "Nice but won't stay there again"
Took the family to Hot Springs for a "last hurrah" before school started. We chose Knights Inn because it was right down the road from Magic Springs. Our original room reminded us of Bates Motel. The room was extremely hot due to the design and placement of the AC. It also smelled very musty, and the beds were hard as a rock. In addition, there were […] no blankets on these beds. We requested to be moved to another room out and out of the "bungalos". Management was happy enough to do so, however it was not until the next day that we were moved. The room we were moved into was a bit nicer, and adjecent to the pool. It was also much cooler and smelled better. I have the overall feeling, however, that all of the rooms are in dire need of upgrades. For what it was, we were not expecting a suite, however we believe we should have received more for the money. The showers became scalding hot anytime a toliet was flushed anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast served consisted of cereal, toast and warm milk and OJ. The real upside was that housekeeping was pretty good considering what they had to work with. The location was awesome for the amusement park, however for downtown Hot Springs, it was a bit of a drive. We were not extremely disappointed with our overall experience, but I am certain we will not stay in this hotel on our next visit. Les mer

"Great stay"
We rented two rooms here. No problem with either one. Rooms were clean, hot water was hot, cold air was cold, tv had plenty of basic cable channels. Pool was clean. I'm fully satisfied. Top notch for a budget hotel.
"drug deals and prostitutes!!!!!"
We could not leave our room after dark due to the large amount of people standing in the walkway. A 1star prostitute sat on the stair case asking for money to everyone that passed by. During the small time our curtains were open, we witnessed over 4 drug deals in the day. It was all conducted within site of the main office and the drug deals are made […] within 10 feet of the office door. So, if you have children, DO NOT stay here. "Knights Inn - Hot Springs, AR - Great Room"
We were delighted at the quality of our room. It was very clean and much larger than we expected, with a big fridge. We also enjoyed soaking in the cute heart shaped Jacuzzi, with plenty of hot water. Nothing like it to soak away the stiffness from too many hours in the car!

This hotel was right next to the amusement park, this was the only good aspect of our stay. Food under the beds, not enough pillows, not enough towels. We were told they were out of towels when requesting 1 more towel for our room. We had 3 towels for 4 people.

This is an older facility conveniently located on the east side of Hot Springs. Easy access to all events and entertainment Hot Springs has to offer. Rooms are clean with basic amenities...not luxury

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we were celebrating our anniversary. It is about two blocks from Magic Springs. It was very clean and soundproof. It's the best cheap motel that I have ever stayed in. It's not a trashy place. It was very decent and safe. You also get free WiFi. That's always a plus.
