"Keep on Driving!"
hotel staff was VERYy confused...key didn't work on the door as was the case for MANY other guests I traveled with...one person traveling with my group even had other guests already in their room...this hotel is old and OVERPRICED.....looked like someone used the comforters on the bed as ironing boards....only plus is that it's close to shopping and […] food and the neighborhood it sits in is decent.....I recommend you keep on driving! If you can get past the many cigarette holes on the blankets, the terrible pillows, and broken electronic key doorknobs, then you might do okay. But if you're interested in the fitness center, the three machines they have are old and broken. In fairness, the room was fairly updated and clean, and the bed fairly comfortable. "great for airport access"
I found this this hotel easy to reach, staff were very polite and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was timely even early in the morning, and keeping my car there was great, return shuttle just as convenient. Breakfast layout was nice... simple but good.

It's nothing fancy but it works. For the price, you get what you pay for. Have stayed several times and it is what it is.

Comfortable, clean and inexpensive. Breakfast - continental buffet better than most. Shuttle to and from airport makes this a great place to spend the night before leaving town.
The staff and shuttle driver were very helpful and friendly. Some of the truck drivers staying there were a bit rough with staff but they handled it well.

This motel said they have full local channels, on their TV...my favorite programs are on ABC Sunday...The hotel clerk on evening duty on 10/09 CLEARLY stated that the TV remotes and services do not incude network ,abc,cbs,nbc...programs...duhhhh...second,, there was no wifi available until five hours after my arrival because it was not accessed properly […] at the desk...finally the airconditioning situation was not usable because of the curtains and the need to have them drawn thus obstructing the window unit..., beacuse the room was right next to the office the curtains needed to stay drawn,,,,and I am a diabetic,,,with a need for air conditioning,,,, I had better service at a one star rated hotel on the east side for half the price, the air, tv channel selection and wifi were all functioning great at the Willoughby Travelodge--- Les mer

i call to the hotel to the shuttle to pick me up at 11:30 pm,i will be waiting outside the airport until 1:00 am and they never pick me up i call few times and they told me that the shuttle is on the way every time i call to the airport

"horrible stay room a mess"
the room was not cleaned at all it looked like some one was living in their just before we showed up and it was covered in cigarets and dirt. the people at the front desk were far from helpful.
"Good for the money"
So this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel the room was clean the breakfast was ehh the staff I dealt with were friendly. This looks like it was a motel of another name the pool was not available during our stay although they were filling it up with garden hose. For the money its a good buy if you want better your going to have to pay for it

"Ramada Cleveland Arpt. West- Basic but good"
Stayed a week (Jul 18-25). Had 2 rooms. Staff was helpfull and courtious. Our (wife and I) first room's a/c was out and they relocated us without problems right away. A/C on second room was COLD. Complementary breakfast was not bad (make your own waffles were GOOD) Cable channels were limited but they do have HBO (live boxing on Jul 23). Only complain: […] the pool was out of service and the temp hit over 100 on Jul 21. Other than that it was great for the price. Less than 2 miles from the airport/carr rental. If I ever had to go back to Cleveland I'd stay there again. Les mer

Acess to my room wasn't very easy.. bedspread had 7 burn holes. carpet smelled musty..stool had burn holes.. there was no remote in the room had to call for one....

For the price I got my room for, from Hotels.com, I thought I'd be staying in a dive. However, when I got there, I found a very clean and nice room. There were no stains, or funny smells, no dust. "Ramada Cleveland Airport-Nice for the Price"
Other than the fact that the hotel was advertised to have a swimming pool, the pool was covered with a tarp that looked older than the building. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location is convenient to anything and overall satisfaction was great. One drawback is the fact that they have direct tv but do not get the local […] ABC and CBS stations and as I was there on a night of the NBA finals on ABC that would have been nice to know before booking. "DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Walking up to the door, the door it self was destroyed. Walked into the room, and stains all over the carpet. The TV wasn't watchable, it was so fuzzy. The bathroom looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. The Staff was completely unprofessional. They never addressed me as Ma'am or even addressed […] me in anyway. When I checked out, I didn't even know the man behind the counter was addressing me or his partner. I had to ask for my receipt. The van that picked me up from the Rental Car Facility and drove me to the airport in the morning was FILTHY. I didn't even want to get into the van. Some of the seat belts didn't work, and I was traveling with my nine year old son. Les mer

Upon entering the room, I noticed the door plate was missing so there was a very big gap at the bottom of the door. When I entered the bathroom I noticed a damp smell and later noticed the bath mat was damp. I had it replaced. There were also little black bugs in the sink when I opened the drain. When I went for breakfast, I was disappointed at the […] selection. I fixed waffles according to the directions and when I when to get the waffles out they were stuck to the top and bottom. The guy who came to help opened the drawer and there was griddle spray there. No where was it out and it was not stated in the directions to spray the griddle. So, I settled for cereal and yogurt. I was unsure how long the milk had been out but the yogurt was past the expiration dated. Needless to say I didn't eat the yogurt. Overall, my stay was not good and I would not stay there again. At the cost of this Hotel, it could have been better by the cleaning, sheets only changed once and done by request. The condiments had to ask for,mirrors were never cleaned,and the t.v. screen was really streaked.Shower rod was held up by peice of wood and the shower curtain only came half way round to cover tub while showering.Just all in all this […] motel would not pass inspection if I were an inspector.Even the outside needed work done on it. At one point went down stairs and went to front desk and girl was cussing at a guy I assume was working there also, very poor public relation. Les mer

The only good thing about hotel was it had airport shuttle. Our flight got in late. and there was no where to close to get anything to eat. soda in machine was not warm it was hot ,Ice machine did not work.our stay on Feb 13 only had 3 light bulbs there was no plugs. to use to even charge our cell phones. on feb 25 there was a pair of socks in room […] that had been left behind from previous guest.very dissappointed in this hotel Les mer
"Reconsidering my review from last year"
I reviewed this hotel over a year ago and gave it a great review for road warriors ONLY. I have now stayed there over a dozen times and must confess I am now looking for a new "road warrior" hotel. The owners have let this fall into disrepair in the last six months. The breakfast bar is really meager and they are constantly out of several things --like […] cream or waffle syrup. The ice machine is broken virtually all the time. The TV now only gets about 8 or 10 channels. The coffee pots sometimes appear in the room, sometimes not. Even then, you may not get coffee. The toiletries have consisted of one small bottle of conditioner in my last two stays. This hotel that I once highly recommended, i must now rate "marginal'" at best. Even at it's rock bottom price and perfect location for my work, I have decided to pay more and drive father in the future. I am done with this for good. Les mer
"Adequate hotel"
Its not a 4 star hotel but its adequate, though they do need a better front desk staff. The internet sucked. I'll make sure I have mozilla. Getting the internet to work was painful. Finally the cleaning staff was great.
"Road Warrior Special"
This is a hotel that only a road warrior could love. But since I am one--I love it. It's not fancy by far. I'm sure many of you would hate it and your wives would call it a "dump". But it suits me just fine. The location is perfect for me and close to the airport and the clients I have to call on. It is also just minutes from a major mall, tons of […] restaurants, the two major freeways, and other amenities I look for when traveling. It's 15-20 minutes from downtown and an easy drive. Since I'm not on vacation, I don't care about the fancy pool,and foo-foo extras. I want a good, clean place to sleep with high-speed internet, free breakfast, cable TV, a restaurant and bar, lots of stuff nearby and close to my work. The fact that the people are nice also helps. If I was vacationing, or recommending a romantic weekend I would say avoid this one at all costs. But for the dedicated road warrior who wants the necessities and a really, really cheap price, you cannot beat this place. Les mer

"Second Stay"
The hotel is located close to the RTA line so it was great for spending time in Cleveland. The breakfast bar was good, they had make your own waffles. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to when on vacation in Cleveland. The price and location was just right.

"BROOKPARK RAMADA"
DO NOT STAY HERE LOCKS ON THE WINDOW DID NOT WORK AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK MOLD ALL OVER CEILING IN THE ROOM. NEED I SAY MORE? THIS PLACE IS SO NASTY.
"ONE ICE MACHINE AND IT'S BROKEN"
It was in the high 80's both days we stayed here and the ice machine was broken, I informed front desk staff probably at least 4 times and they just looked at me like I was crazy, they did not seem to care that the ice machine was broken, this has to be a management issue because I don't see how any normal human being doesn't care that people who are […] overheating and that would like to keep their beverages cool in 80 degree weather. Why doesn't the ice machine get fixed immediately, why does it remain un-fixed for both days of my stay, horrible, and get a 2nd toaster for the what you consider a breakfast, this place looks good on the exterior but has a lot of interior problems and issues. Hotel was smaller and more unclean than I hoped for. Pool was so cloudy you couldnt see the bottom. Room was smoke filled even though I wanted non smoking. Air conditioner was broken and banged all night without cooling. I called front desk but was told we could switch the next day which we did. The only thing in the continental breakfast was 3 boxes […] of cereal with nothing to drink even no milk to go with cereal. I went to desk and asked if there would be anything else out since there was still an hour an a half left and the girl said "oh what did you want" It was Mcdonalds time. Les mer
"Ramada Cleveland Airport West--a night from hell"
I arrived at midnight, ready for bed, not for hassles, which was what I got, in spades. First, the room assigned was a mess--someone else apparently stayed there and it hadn't been cleaned. Then they gave me the only other room available, which was a smoking room, but I was too tired to switch hotels. This room's door does not have an operable keyed […] entry, so if I need to go out of the room and return I have to go to the counter. No coffee maker.... I have never had a worse experience staying at a hotel. Les mer

"NOT UPTO PAR..."
My reserved room was unavailable and I had been given another room with a pull out bed rather than the two beds, as well as the AC unit not functioning. I had to return to the hotel several hours later (I checked in at 4pm and was told to come back around 9pm) so that they could try and accommodate me with another room that may have become available. […] The room we checked in to was not cleaned thoroughly by housekeeping, nor were there any toiletries or enough towels or a working iron to make use of. When my daughter tried to use the outdoor pool, she found out after jumping in that she was covered with the smell of urine. I was told at the front desk that the pool filter had broken. It was very hot that weekend and the ONLY ice machine had no ice for my entire stay. I had to go to Walmart to buy bags of ice. I've stayed at this location before and was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of service this trip! Les mer

"A nice cheap place to stay."
I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cheap place ro stay. The staff was friendly and is located close to the interstate. A quality stay!
