We liked this hotel for the price. It was a good location and had a nice sports themed restaurant to eat at. Free drinks when gambling. We were there at the end of April, which was a bit early for the area as some things were not yet open for the season.

We really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Free Valet parking was great, and loved the complimentary drinks when gambling. The location was okay, but every so often a trolly would come around and take you to hotspots in Deadwood.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. I particularly liked that it had a fridge, microwave and fridge in the room. I felt the breakfast in their resturant was over expensive, even with the buy one get free voucher and they did not have enough staff running the resturant. They were very busy ih the resturant and the buffet items weren't getting […] refilled quick enough and nobody offered us coffee until we were finished eating. I don't feel this was the fault of the staff on duty, just that needed to have more staff working. Les mer

The service was awesome - from the valet parking to check-out, everyone we interacted with was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Huge room, wonderful beds, good food, enormous meals and great staff. Complimentary beverages available all day with excellent coffee. Walk into town. We couldn't fault it.

We were only there for 2 nights but the room was excellent! Very clean and the beds were absolutely wonderful. Fridge, microwave and safe in the room. I'm not a big gambling person so I can't speak to the that part of the hotel, but the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. We had a great stay in Deadwood!

This hotel is clean and has a nice variety of casino games, the food quality at the sports grill was tasty but everything was served cold. Because of this being the second incident of poor quality food at this establishment I will most likely visit this eatery again.

The worst thing about this place is the parking - but they are expanding and it seemed like there was a lot of construction vehicles that were parked in spots that should be reserved for quests. Other than that - it was a great place to stay. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and accomodating. And they allow pets for a minimal […] fee! The beds are SUPER comfortable, the room had a nice TV with lots of channels, and the buy one, get one breakfast buffet was awesome, too. I would definitely stay here again! Les mer

Overall a nice place. We had a two queen room which was signifigantly larger than your average hotel. Nice beds clean hotel..

Very friendly check-in. Housekeeper (Christine) was friendly and did a great job. Rooms had been upgraded since our last visit. Totally quiet and relaxing. Biggest towels I've seen in a hotel.

Nice hotel for the price. But every time I stay there the room is dirty. Mostly the bathroom.

I can't say enough for this hotel. I have never met such a friendly, helpful staff. The manager works side by side with his people and they see to their guests needs. Superb.

We like the room it was close to the elver tors. had a good time I could go down stairs and play. The wife could take her time getting ready to go out.

Great place for me. It was convenient to everything I needed. The only complaint I had was that the elevator smelled of burning oil like maybe the motor was burning out. I mentioned it to the front desk so I hope they did something about it. The burning smell filled the 3rd floor lobby so it really smelled bad up there.

Check in and valet service was fast and easy. Rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are outdated. Casino was fun, great blackjack dealers, excellent food. Complimentary drinks were small, but service was friendly. Skip Starbucks, just a substation with sub par drinks. Sunday breakfast was very good, especially the made to order […] omelets. Les mer

We were on a cross country road trip and Cadillac Jack in Deadwood, SD was our first stop. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and modern. The shower head was a little week.

We will definitely stay here again and again. The bed was the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed on this trip. The service was the best...I called about a stopped up sink and the repairman was knocking on our door within 10 minutes. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Was made to believe it was a newer hotel/casino, was not. Mold in the bathroom, bed was not comfortable. Needs updated. Poor parking, not convenient to downtown. Food choices limited, sports bar only.

The staff at Cadilac Jack's was wonderful! Can't say enough good things about them. Everyone went out of their way to accomadate us.

Enjoyed our stay - clean rooms and friendly staff. Location was a little further from main street than I thought it was but still with in walking distance in the summer season. Was not happy with the resturant, while food was tasty , we could not enjoy the meal due to the flies in the place. Happened both times we went so we did not eat there any more […] and it closed way too early. Would have been nice to be able to get some snack food or something to munch on later in the evening, after a few drinks. Drinks were free as long as you were playing the slots. They have a good selection of games and tables. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back again. Les mer

no issues, does have free valet parking, since the lot is so small. It works just fine for a short stay in Deadwood or access to the Black Hills.

This is our second visit to Cadillac Jacks...Totally love the staff from valet to front desk, restaurant server's, room maids, hostess's and host's. all so wonderful.

It was a very nice hotel, not too far to walk to downtown. I have to give a shout out to the wonderful staff and management of the hotel who found and returned my expensive watch to me that I had left behind in the room after we checked out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!
