"Good value, helpful staff"
Easy access from the freeway. Hotel is quiet at night time and nicely appointed. Breakfast was okay, not as good as some other similar hotels but not bad. Staff was great. Coin operated laundry available if needed. Temperature control in room was easy to use and worked well.

The staff was friendly and courteous. We were offered a shuttle to the cavalia performance which saved us the exorbitant parking fee. Thank you very much. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer.

Our night out, experiencing the Horse/Cirque de so lei show turned out perfect with our stay at Redmond Inn. We were offered the complimentary shuttle that took us straight to the show when we wanted. Cavalia was over at 11pm and after a short wait we were picked up again by our friendly driver. Service was great and we got to pick the floor we wanted, […] not just given a room, but our wishes were asked for. I liked that they had fruit in the lobby, free of charge and as a personal touch, several two cookies/paper bag. The room was very clean and perfect for our one night stay. "decent for price"
Location is good for some shopping and next door to Marymoore Park. Room is decent. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is great for kids. Go to the Waffle House next door for a better meal. Will stay again.

we liked that the hotel was very close to the event we attended. we booked a double queen in a handicapped room and got a king with a roll-away brought into the room. I would say it's time to upgrade those roll-away beds with a mattress instead of springs covered with cloth. My handicapped friend suggested the hotel "rethink" their idea of handicapped […] room. "Friendly service - comfortable rooms"
Waffles, cookies, hot coffees and chocolates are a nice homey touch. Comfortable quiet place to sleep, easy parking and close to restaurants and other shopping. Wish the rooms had tables instead of desks.

"Good for one night stay..."
This was not what I had expected. I think the rating of this hotel should be 2.5 stars. On the second morning I had to call the front desk for shampoo and conditioner, because housekeeping had discarded the bottles in the shower I had used and did not replace them!

Recommneded as a great hotel for a reasonable cost. I recently stayed here as part of a visit to Microsoft HQ, and the free shuttle service offered by the hotel acted as my own taxi service all week to and from campus. My husband and I love this hotel. It's clean and friendly. The only problem was we didn't know about the toll bridge. We were from Asia and had a hire car. We had no idea how to pay the toll fees and are still waiting for the bill to come.

We like the Redmond Inn and stay there because it is relatively close to our Daughter's house in Sammamish. During our last stay, the daily housekeeping was a little spotty. First day there were wrapped plastic glasses, that never happened again. There were paper coffee cups, however, some days there were lids, other days there were not. One day the […] coffee pot was not rinsed out and the coffee grounds were not emptied. Also coffee was not replaced. Ran out of kleenex so took the container out and left it and the empty kleenex on the dresser. When returning to the room at 10PM, the container and empty box were still on the dresser and the kleenex was not replaced. Had to go to the lobby to get another box of kleenex. It was the Christmas holiday so not too upset with the inconsistencies. That being said, we like the Redmond Inn, the convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room and the fact that they offer free Wi-Fi. Love the coffee in the lobby. Rarely use the continental breakfastat but it seems par for what is offerred in many hotels. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Les mer

I wasn't sure about this hotel when I booked it online. But when I got there, I was very satisfied. The location was great as it was just off the freeway, had lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, the staff was very courteous, the rooms were in great condition. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Service from the staff was OUTSTANDING! That being said, extremely thin walls and ceilings made it very tough to relax/sleep. I heard people playing catch in the parking lot outside my window and it sounded like they were in my room. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was on an extremely tight budget. My husband and I really liked this hotel. It gave us a feeling of home. Nice, quiet, comfortable. It is not the Ritze Carleton, but I did not want the RItz Carleton. Rooms were clean, up to date, breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again!!

Our experience with this hotel was quite positive and good. Loved the coffee and hot chocolate machine that we could access 24/7 for a nice warm beverage. Was a treat to have this available. Also loved the cookies they provided for free to the guests as well. The continental breakfast was good and had a lot of variety, we ate there for both of the mornings […] during our stay and had bagels, yogurt, danishes, and milk. The only downside to the hotel was the fact that it was quite noisy in our room when the people were in the upstairs room. Not sure if that's just due to the hotel or if the people above us were just exceptionally noisy. The hotel staff were very friendly and the maid service came and made our bed during the day while we were gone and changed out our dirty towels. "Very Nice Hotel"
I stayed at this hotel for a conference at Microsoft's headquarters, which are also in Redmond. The location is nice, there is an entrance to the Sammamish trail right behind the hotel, which was nice. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and I liked that the room had a small refridgerator, sink and microwavein the room. This isn't a fancy hotel […] - the common areas look a little dated. Everything is clean, but it has been a while since the hotel was updated. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to requests. I didn't eat the continental breakfast, because I had to get out of the hotel pretty early in the morning. All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you are in town on business and looking to save a little money. It isn't a place I would go to for a vacation, but it was very nice. Les mer
"Amazing hotel"
The hotel was amazing and very nice. The staff was very nice and helped us with all of our needs. They did end up charging us $6 for no reason on our credit card but as soon as we called and asked about it, they reversed the charges. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Outstanding staff, everyone we encuntered was extremely pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again just because of them. Keep up the good work! Mattress is my only complaint. Seemed rather worn, but was tired from all day of traveling so didn't complain about it. Pancake house next door is good and access to other resturaunts is only a few minutes […] away at the mall. The hotel is nice. Have excellent amenities. A downside is that you can hear noises from the adjacent rooms.
