I made mistake of leaving behind a makeup kit, a phone cord and a pair of shoes. Less than an hour after I checked out I realized I had forgotten them So I called the hotel and told them I would be back To pick up these forgotten items. I was told not to bother coming back because they throw away everything they find in the room regardless of value. […] I demanded to speak to the manager I was put on hold and left there. After 15 minutes I realized no manager was going to pick up. I called back three more times and the same thing happened. Apparently they have a very nice little theft ring going on there And apparently anything you forget becomes theirs automatically. I travel a lot for business and will never ever stay at this hotel chain again As a result of how this hotel staff treated me. Les mer

Hotel wasn't exactly a 5 star, but then we weren't expecting a 5 star either. The rooms were large and well appointed, needs updating for sure, decor didn't really match up. Staff was very good, friendly and made us feel at home. Despite the other reviews, Cheddar's Restaurant was excellent and cheap and only a block away from the hotel. Also there […] was shopping an restaurants within a mile of the hotel if you don't mind the walk. The pool however was a bit of a disappointment if you just wanted to lay in the sun by the pool because there is no sunshine by the pool as it is shaded by the hotel. The entrance is poorly lit and the entrance signage as well (isn't lit) ... No big deal really but for a stranger like myself it was. ... I passed the entrance and had to make a U turn. The room was good enough , the AC worked excellent , the shower worked in reverse H is C and C is H ... No big deal .. Water pressure was a bit low but thats cool ... […] Breakfast was great ... One of my phones didn't work in the room ... Wasn't an issue for me ... Finally, the door lock had issues .. The front desk said it was my key kept losing the electronic code but I think it was the lock itself either way it was an inconvenience each time to go back down to have the card/s reprogrammed. Overall, it was ideal for my trip ... Very close to Sawgrass Mall and restaurants etc. Id stay again. Les mer

Hotel was clean, room also. TV remote didn't work, change it 2 times and did not work. Got tired of it and did not call front desk again. The hotel is nice.

I am glad it was only an overnight stay. The room was dated with stained and a burn in the carpet. The toilet seat was tatter, bathtub mat appeared worn.

The hotel staff was excellent, very polite and nice. At check in i was greeted with a smile the lady at the desk went over the room reservations confirming the entire stay and extended the options (two double beds/king bed) assuring that there was no issue if a change was needed. While on vacation there was a need to extend another day the staff was […] very accommodating ensuring that i was able to keep my room. I had to do the same at other hotels and was asked to move to another room because of the tight schedule but the staff did an excellent job to ensure that i was not inconvenienced . It's not like before. First of all, there was a lot of noise. Children were playing, running they were banging doors. Secondly, when i made the reservation online i was told the check out was at noon then the housekeeper came knocking at the door to inform me the check out time has changed to 11am, she was rude in top of it. The Hotel had attempted to update but it was still old. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could not control the A/C. Everytime you turned it on, the curtains got in the way. Would not recommend.

I stayed at the hotel for approximately 2 hours before checking out. I was only in town for one night, but I just could not stomach the accomodations. The hotel was noisey and dirty. I stayed here while on a shopping trip for 3 nights. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She checked us in, in less than 5 minutes and engaged in small talk with us. When we first entered the room, it was clean, beds well made and a welcome book placed on the desk. It was superb to have a microwave and fridge for added convenience. The couch was […] nice too. Everyday, the maid service came to clean the room, bathroom and change towels. They were always friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very good as well. They have make your own waffles, which was very easy to do, as the waffle iron had a preset timer. Also they have different flavor waffles everyday. (i had strawberry, blueberry and plain), fruit, bagles, muffins, eggs, sausages, bacon, variety of cereals, toast, juices, coffee, tea. Overall, the breakfast was satisfactory. Because i don't eat pork, a bonus would have been if an alternative meat like turkey bacon or chicken patties were offered. The location of the hotel is nice. The immediate vicinity is nice and quiet. But there are lots of nice restaurants and shopping plazas nearby. Party City was my favorite, as i was able to get some affordable decorations for my wedding. I didn't swim in the pool because i didn't have the time, but it appears clean and i saw a grandma and her grandkids having a blast. At the time, , the bottom floor was under renovation, but that didn't limit or restrict our movement into and out of our rooms. Les mer

My hotel stay was very comfortable, room was exactly as advertised. In my opinion, it was good value for the money and located near to supermarkets, shopping malls and other leisure activities. The hotel was being upgraded with painting and other maintenance activities but I was not disturbed in any way. Other than the lobby needing an Air Quality test, everything was great! They may have had a water-loss in the lobby area. It smells like mold. Covering the smell with deodorizers will not clear the underlining mold issue. Everything else was perfect!!! Thank you!

I along with my 2 girlfriends was pleasantly surprised we visit every year and i can tell you this hotel was great. the place was clean they served a good breakfast everyday and very affordable. We will be staying again next year. Deb of SC

The Comfot Inn was way below expectations. The staff seemed helpful, but never did what was asked. I had to move to two different rooms because the TV did not work, and each room had it's own unpleasant aroma. Bathroom was dirty, and I never felt clean. Large room. Queen size beds, AC, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and room safe all as promised. Hot breakfast was plentiful and decent. Hot tub and pool were clean and very pleasant. I really recommend this hotel, specially for families or groups. It has a great location, the rooms are confortable since they have 2 double beds plus a bed sofa(excellent for my teenager). The breakfast was pretty good with waffles, fruits, juices, bred and bagels. This hotel is close to my parents condo, so it's very convenient....but not enough to make us return. This hotel needs a major redo. There were signs that said they were remoldeling, but I saw no evidence of it.

Hotel is very basic, breakfast was good. Location is a bit out of the way, you really need a car. took about 10-15 minutes to drive to the Sawgrass mall. 7-11 near, and circle k along with fast food, and a couple of other good restaurants. Pool didn't get any sun (Building shades the pool area) value for the money.

This hotel was adequate but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay. It's obviously frequented by blue collar workers which isn't a bad thing at all but working in the construction industry means dirty clothes, dirty boots, and a predominantly male work force. Hotal price is a little high. Since we wanted to stay closer to our children we booked in to this hotel. There is no other attraction or entertainment closer to this hotel.
