Trengte èn natt i forbindelse med å skulle reise på cruise. Hotellet ligger like ved både flyplassen og cruisehavnen, slik at det kun er snakk om en liten drosjetur til 10-15 dollar, samt at hotellet har shuttle til havnen som ligger på ca 5 dollar pr snute, kjørt til riktig skip. Det at hotellet ligger rett ved flyplassen merker man ikke stort til hva gjelder støy. Det eneste som er å utsette er lokasjonen i forhold til f.eks spisesteder og butikker, som gjør at man er avhenging av å kjøre/bli kjørt til butikk eller restaurant, da det er et greit stykke til forts. Men dette koster ikke akkurat mange dollarene.. Dette var mitt andre opphold på dette hotellet, og kommer trolig til å bo her også neste gang jeg er i byen i samme ærend :)

Vi overnattet en natt på Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale før cruise. Hotellet tilfredsstillte alle våre forhåpninger som et precruise hotell. God service, stort og flott rom med salong og hav/havn-utsikt. Beliggenheten var også veldig bra. 5 min til cruisehavnen (med taxi), 5 min til enden av Las Olas Blvd og like inntil stranda. Bor gjerne på dette hotellet ved en senere anledning. Anbefales!

Gjenkjennbar Best Western standard på rommet, nylig oppusset rom, grei frokost. Hotellet ligger like ved avkjøring fra motorvei og skulle være lett å finne, men på grunn av oppmerksomhet om trafikken kjørte vi forbi, og måtte lete litt.

"my stay"
I along with my 2 girlfriends was pleasantly surprised we visit every year and i can tell you this hotel was great. the place was clean they served a good breakfast everyday and very affordable. We will be staying again next year. Deb of SC
Great Location as great surrounding restuarants, malls, and the beach is only about 25-30 minutes away.

Was not at all impressed with this hotel. My comforter was not clean. Room was not cleaned well..not pleased for the money I paid.
The room wasn't bad at all. Only negative is that the rooms don't have wifi..you have to plug up to an ethernet cable. Guess I can't complain since the internet service is free.

This hotel is close to my parents condo, so it's very convenient....but not enough to make us return. This hotel needs a major redo. There were signs that said they were remoldeling, but I saw no evidence of it.

This hotel was adequate but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay. It's obviously frequented by blue collar workers which isn't a bad thing at all but working in the construction industry means dirty clothes, dirty boots, and a predominantly male work force. Hotal price is a little high. Since we wanted to stay closer to our children we booked in to this hotel. There is no other attraction or entertainment closer to this hotel. Everythingwas good execept for the issue that we had the tv remote. We were trying to use the remote when we got to the room but it didn't work... No big deal we thought... Then we called the concierge and they brought us a new one... And that one didn't work either!!!

This hotel is in bad shape. There is a note saying they are reconditioning the hotel. Many of the guest appear to be long stay construction workers. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have found another hotel.

"Frendly Staff, Excellent Accommodations"
Comfort Suites was excellent for traveling for business. I stayed for 4 days and was impressed by the efficient staff and the practical room layout. It had a separate area for the desk and a separate sitting area with a coffee table. I would use Comfort Suites again.
Two problems: 1) Could not shower because the shower handle was broke. It was 4:30AM an I did not have time to wait for maintenance to repair the handle. 2) The desk clerk could not give me a receip because I booked the room through Expedia. A problem for me to be reimbursed ffrom my company.t

This hotel provided just the level of service we required for a very reasonable price. The complimentary hot breakfast was an added bonus. Everything was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a no-fuss, value-priced hotel, the Comfort Suites Sawgrass delivers!

The hotel promotes itself as a 100% smoke free. Nevertheless there was an awfull smoke smell in the room, as well as in the elevator. I took the situation to the front desk and the answer was: IT SHOULD BE ONE OF THE GUESS SMOKING! but no more interest on the subject. Room given upon arrival horrible! toilet overflowed, lights in bedroom area not working, telephone not working and its cord all wrapped around the phone. looks like somebody was in a hurry to put in a new phone and forgot it. Level of service very poor, ask reception general questions of things in area, i.e. supermarket, nearest bank etc. she did not […] know! Breakfast was a joke! everyday there was nothing available, no matter how early you came down for it. Hotel very tired and old and in need of refurbishment and needs to be maintained properly. Booked a room to come into town for a show at the BankAtlantic Center. reviews were iffy but we thought that since we were only staying 1 night it wouldn't be a big deal. we were pleasantly surprised. I reserved this hotel for out-of-town employees based on the chain's reputation and stays at other locations. I was disappointed and embarrassed at the condition of the rooms. The first room was not clean and a condom wrapper was found by the bed. The dresser drawers were screwed shut. "Very comfortable"
You definitely get your money's worth at this Comfort Stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier and the parking lot should be bigger but overall I was very happy with my stay.

i do not recommend this hotel, no internet, toilets run all the time, no air, beds uncomfortable, no coffee maker in room. no dead bolt lock on door.
"3 night Emergency Stay"
I was traveling with my sister and her fiance. I had reserved a 2 night stay through hotels.com-that room (3rd Floor) was very clean and well appointed. Duvet covered bedding, decent furnishings etc. The three of us were very comfortable in this room. However, due to an unexpected change in our plans we returned to stay a third night. The room we were […] given (1st Floor) had the older style synthetic bedding, furniture was broken, etc....not nearly as comfortable as the accomodations on the 3rd floor. Check - In was fine, however after that I left the hotel and when I came back several hours later, there was a huge clear plastic bag full of garbage outside of my room. I told the front desk and they said someone would be right up to take it away, the next morning as I was leaving for the free breakfast, the garbage was still there. I went to the front […] desk and told a different young lady - and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal, when she saw I was getting annoyed with her attitude she then decided to say how it wasn't Comfort Suites standards to leave trash around and then it was removed. WAS CONVENIENT FOR MY WORK VERY NICE PLACE
Overall the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly. There is only one complaint (and a BIG one). The bottom part of the sofa bed in the King Suite we were in was broken. The hotel was in a good location but my overall stay was not great. The room is out of date, didn't really feel comfortable there and caused me to get no sleep. There were little black hairs all over the bathroom floor. There was spilled food/drink on the base of the desk chair. Someone burnt something in the microwave in the hotel that connected to Confort Suite and Inn causing the fire alarm to go off at midnight. I saw a security guard in the hall that told me what happened. The alarms went off and on several […] times. they were ear piercing. We were not officially told anything or directed to do anything by the hotel. We had to stand outside for an hour before the fire dept. got the alarms off and we could go back inside. I was looking for a Suite that closes off a bedroom from the rest of the room.I called the hotel and told that they had rooms like that. I booked it and when I got there the room was a large room with a half wall dividing a sitting area. I was also told that the rooms have sofa/beds. I was given the opportunity to change rooms but neither room had what […] I was looking for. Eventually it came out that the "suites" are in the adjoining building but b/c I'd prepaid with Hotels.com I couldn't switch to that building. I stayed at this hotel in late 2008. The condition of this hotel has deteriorated significantly since then, in terms of cleanliness and maintainence..... It was really a nice hotel to stay, but currently the rooms need up-grade.

"Don't Go There"
I was SO dissapointed in this hotel. The lobby was lovely but after asking that we not be put on the first floor an annoyed seeming desk clerk gave us Room 405. The room smelled AWFUL, like some dog had used it for a bathroom. When we said something to the clerk she said "Oh, yeah, the carpet got wet there and the windows were never opened. I can give […] you another room if you want." Why did she give us that one in the first place? And we'd already unpacked (I stupidly thought the smell would get better). The second room (407) was better but not by much. Still musty smelling and moldy by the bathroom tub. And they are NOT suites - in the two rooms sense of the word - they have two small half walls between the beds and the couch. Not what I'd call a suite. I'll never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone. Les mer

I was pleasantly surprised. We were thought we might have to put up with sub-standard romms or service, but we did not enclunter either.
