In the am I called front desk because I had slept in from jet lag at 10:30 (checkout at 11) and asked if I could get a late checkout. The lady said" NO I have to book that room! I said.."wow ok can I pay or book another night? She said no they're booked- you have an extra 15 minutes and need to be out. I need that Tom." Then I went to respond and realized […] shed hung up on me! I've never had such a rude desk person! Simply explaining in a normal tone would have sufficed but this lady went out of her way to be hateful. People hate their jobs need to not take it out on patrons. Les mer

Beds are not comfortable at all, bedding smelled like mildew....actually the whole room had a musty smell. There were roach bate things all over the place...4 or 5 in plain sight as soon as you walk in the room, just not the kind of thing you wanna see. I was disappointed they had no hair dryer, shamppo, lotion..also they did not make our bed up and give us fresh towels without asking..The air conditioner did not work one night.

The front desk did everything possible to help me during my stay including getting me a room for a very early check-in. I had to get a lot work done in one afternoon and the desk and WIFI were perfect for my needs. When I needed a ride to the airport the front desk found me a very personable and reliable private car driver at a taxi cab rate. Great […] place, great people, great service. this is a no-frills place. It was great to have a small kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove top range. The bed was adequate. The AC was adequate.It was close to everything we needed except public transport.You must have a car if you stay here.

Choose hotel because it was half-way to our final destination. Arrived 3am. Beds weren't made, just covered by the bedspread; shampoo and soap was missing from bathroom. We were too tired to complain right then, but did so in the morning at checkout. The manager was not only unhelpful and sympathetic, but was overtly sarcastic. Clean hotel. Rock hard bed. During checkout, they tried to charge me for the room, even though I had already paid via hotels dot com. Another guest had the same problem.

We needed a room for 1 night -- this hotel was recommended by the Hotels.com representative, as it was $20 less than the hotel we called about, and was just down the street. Worked perfectly for us. Not as nice as some other extended stay hotels we've seen, but more than sufficient for one night.

Took us over an hour to find the hotel. Tried to call, the phones were out. The front desk didn't offer any compensation. VERY poor location!!!

The apathy hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was very dirty and there was rat poop on the floor. Never going there again.

Alsolutely terrible place to stay. We reserved a king bed, ended up with a queen. First room was extremely dirty, air vents were full of insulation, looked like roten droppings. Spider webs surrounding window (inside). Three dead insects on light fixture. Good value for the price, compared to other hotels in same area of Austin. Somewhat stark in terms of amenities. Additional fees for more than a weekly room cleaning, WiFi, etc.

Up front and honest about accommodations. This is more of an apartment style/long term accommodations hotel. Reasonable rates for what you get. I normally like to stay at a more comfortable hotel when on vacation but this time we needed 2 rooms for a longer period of time and on a limited budget. This met our need perfectly and within budget. Only thing […] I found a little annoying was the fact that I had to run the shower water for about 5 min before it warmed up enough to take a shower. This was my worst experience at any hotel! After we checked int everything was fine until the hotel staff left and then there was some one either running up down the hotel hallway and jumping around another room all night!

Nothiing overly wrong with the hotel, but many of the guests there are people who clearly live there - either for the week or the month or whatever. It's not a typical overnight hotel, and is not as comfortable as you would be at a Holiday Inn Express or La Quinta. Difficult to get to because it's right near the intersection of 3 highways. upon arrival we were told that there would be no room service rooms would not be made up or cleaned. we were told that if we needed clean towels, we would have to bring the dirty towels down to the reception desk and then we would get clean towels. we looked and could not find a single ice machine for the hotel guests. we were advised that eventhoughit […] was a relatively new venue there was not a single ice machine for the hotel guests. I was given a room with handicap access, which I had not requested. The low positioned light switches and microwave were inconvenient. The water pressure in the shower was so low I thought it best not to risk shampooing my hair. The a/c was set so low, the room was freezing upon check in. The hotel was clean, well located once we actually found it, and the staff went overboard to help us and make us comfortable. We had several special requests and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The hotel accepts pets and we encountered several in the lobby. Filthy. Dirty. Cheap. Do not stay here!

Location was not great nothing around you and hard to get to the hotel from 3 out of 4 directions. Cheap furnishings no amenities.

Although it was an adventure finding the street leading to the hotel, it was well worth the initial frustration. Staff was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Floor was quiet. Nice place to stay.

The room layout and condition were great. My wife thought the beds were a bit hard but overall our stay was good.

Nice Hotel, great location

My family and I travel alot since we are both photographers. We stay alot at Motel 6, Super 8, and so on in that line of places. This one of the best places for our money and stay. If we knew how good your hotel is and all that was included with the room we would have never have stayed in those other places. Pitiful, I felt that I was staying in a nursing home with no one to assist. There was nothing attractive about the place, & the odor is that of a nursing home.

the hotel walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear the conversations in the next room and the noise from the room above was very annoying. I will try to stay in a different hotel next time.
