We have stayed there before and it is convenient for the time we have there. We meet relatives from Grants Pass, we are from Seattle, a couple of time a year and the location works great for both of us.

When we went to our room, it had not been cleaned! Needless to say, we were not very happy finding that at 10:30 PM. However, the hotel staff person was very friendly from the moment we met, and we new should would take care of us. She upgraded us to the luxury suite, with our own hot tub; this made a mediocre evening a great one! As far as other things […] for this hotel: it is very close to freeway access, but it was not too noisy; the actual entrance to the hotel is off a fairly non-busy sidestreet, which makes you feel like you are in a quiet place. Further, the breakfast was excellent; I am not used to hot eggs and sausages, along with all the other items found at a continental breakfast; very good! Also very close to a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again for business or when traveling through. Les mer

Comfort INN is definitely worth the extra money. We always enjoy our stays at this hotel chain.

The hotel was nice, and the room was clean. The hotel is dated and a little dark. The floors also creaked as I walked around the room.

The room was great. Very spacious. Large bathroom, and many comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again and again.

We had a problem with the shower head in room 310, but could not get the problem cured on the weekend. The shower head was stuck on pulsate. They were willing to put us in another room, but we declined.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The location was tremendous.

We spent two nights. The room was not cleaned between the first and second day. When this was brought to their attention, their first reaction was to blame us-that we had left the "do not disturb" sign out. This was indeed not true, as witnessed by all four of us that were staying there. They refused to adjust the bill or do anything to compensate for […] their oversight. The staff at the hotel was great. The hotel itself is a little depressing with drab curtains and rooms. Reasonable rates. They have a pretty good breakfast and pool and spa. Close to the highway and plenty of restaurants around it, so location wise it's a good area.

Just the Basics but done well at a prettybgood price. Decent complilentary breakfast. Other meals require a few blocks' walk or a car (or the grocer 1 block away, together with the room's refrigerator.)

Warm cookies in the late afternoon. Nice free breakfast included. Clean modern room with coffee. Nice staff. I'd recommend this hotel.

We always look for Comfort Inns whenever we travel because they deliver more than you'd expect for the price. The rooms are spacious, the beds are always great, and the breakfast is substantial. There were some glitches this time...at one point the couple in the next room got noisy. I wanted to call the Front Desk to see about switching rooms, but […] when I pressed "0" the line was busy. I had to go down there to make a switch. However, they did so without question. Overall, I would highly recommend Comfort Inn. Les mer

The staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, when I arrived on Friday night, I failed to notice that breakfast started at 7:00 on weekends. On Sat. morning, I wondered into the darkened dining room at 6:20. The night front person noticed and, inviting me to hold on for a minute, hurried around to open things up so I could eat and be on my way. […] I really appreciate the consideration and extra effort. On a less high level of praise, but worth mentioning, was the presence of a pot of soup I discovered on Friday afternoon when I arrived. Nice touch!!! Les mer

Based on previous reviews, I expected more of this hotel. It was okay. Location wasn't terrible, though it was further from Portland (and from the interstate) than I thought. The hotel itself is a bit cramped and nothing special. The bed wasn't that comfortable. The room was small. Internet was okay. We had a SUPER bright light RIGHT outside our window, […] which made sleeping hard. The breakfast didn't look edible. Room was fairly clean, but not spotless. Probably wouldn't stay here again, mainly due to 1) location 2) uncomfortable bed 3) lame breakfast 4) dying elevator 5) bright light outside window. Les mer

The pool and hot-tub were very nice. Enjoyed the coffee and soup in the evening! Breakfast was good too! Our family was on a road trip for over a week, and stayed at 7 different hotels. This one was our favorite. Very helpful front desk people! Beds were comfortable, and our room was very clean.

Hotel staff was unbelievably great. Friendly, prompt, professional, top notch. I was slightly irritated by the location of the electrical outlets, it's 2011, people have to charge stuff. It would be nice if the nightstand had a place to plug stuff in, instead you have to do it at the on the opposing wall from the head of the bed. Although I easily connected […] to the router and the signal strength was good, there was no Internet access and they said they have been having problems with it. I also went to have breakfast, and the sausage links were TERRIBLE! They tasted old/rotten so I switched to the biscuits and gravy, and they were EXCELLENT. Overall a pleasant stay. Les mer

I stayed for only one night but the customer service was just formidable! The Concierge was very friendly and check out was a total breeze. Kudos! It was a superb stay, and for the price, I would say you are getting more than enough bang for your buck.

Online reservations were quick and easy. Location was great- convenient to our event but out of the big city. Nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and resturant opportunities. Convenient to the freeways yet a quiet nights stay. The free breakfast had many choises for pecky eaters- something for everyone. The indoor pool was unexpected but great for […] the girls, nice and clean and open 24 hours! Gilbert our night clerk was friendly and knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure our pleasant stay. We will definitely be staying with you again in the future. Good hotel and friendly employee. Accepted my cats since it didn't specify dogs only on the expedia website. I appreciated them accepting them after driving 400+ miles to get there.

We explained that we were parents getting a night away from home and the lady was so nice to upgrade us! The jacuzzi was great and the bed wasn't bad either.

The only downside was that the hotel was very hot inside. When we inquired about the heat, the staff person checked the thermostat & saw that it was set to 78!! We stayed 2 nights & it was not turned down. It felt like a sauna. We had to turn up the ac in our room - in January!!! Other than that, we had an awesome time.
