We asked for a late checkout and was told no problem. On the day we left checkout was at 11am, but we didn't have to check out until 1pm because of our late checkout. My wife's first reaction was "are you sure we can bring our dogs here?" I was amazed that a hotel like this would allow pets let alone two Great Danes. I was in town for a business trip and because my business meeting was an all day event, I could not take my wife, daughter and dogs with me. The hotel accomidated them, until I was done with my meeting. […] The room was clean and very "homely" for a hotel. I chose this hotel because it was literally the least expensive option available. For being inexpensive, it was clean and relatively comfortable. There was nothing particularly flashy about the hotel, but I wouldn't expect that at the price. There were definitely no problems at all with the hotel. A good budget choice.

I was more than pleasantly surprised, this hotel should have a higher than 2 star rating! In my eyes it is close to a 5 star! The check-in was a breeze with incredibly professional and courteous staff. When I entered my room I was blown away at the size, the sectional sofa in the living area was very comfortable, the beds were better than the ones I […] have at home and the room was impeccable. They had no coffee for the coffee pot in our room and they had no hair dryers in the rooms or at the front desk. The worst part the couple next door fought until 2 am the front desk person was upstairs 2 times but never kicked them out or called the police. stayed in a non smoking room, EVERYTHING smelled of a stale smoke smell. No washclothes, toilet ran all night, coffee maker was broken, burn marks on the counter, bed was hard as a rock! They were changing the locks on all the doors at 9am...we heard drilling for almost 2 hours on our floor. Our key didnt work on the outside doors.

The only big issue I had when I was there. The first night i stayed there, I pulled up to cop cars outside in the parking lot. And when i walked into the main lobby. There were police officers arresting a man because of something a long the lines of domestic abuse. There was a very upset young female and everyone was talking about what happened right […] there in front of other guests. Forget the price; this dirty dingy old hotel should be razed. Lack of concern for anything from dirty to broken to dilapidated is evident throughout. This hotel was so old and dirty and defective that I slept with my clothes on and one eye open. Not a decent experience at any price. The front desk man was just there for the night and refused to get us some coffe itms for a vacant room. Our coffee carfe broke and i told the maid and she told me to go get it fixed myself at the front desk, which again had no items. The day front desk person was wonderful.

very disappointed with our first time stay at an extended stay hotel. I felt like i had stepped back into the 50"s. What hotel doesn"t have a hair dryer? the sheets still had hair from previous customers. very uncomfortable bed.I wouldn"t even give a 3 star rating. I"ve stayed in hotels in third world c ountries that were better. NEVER AGAIN !!

My room (#213) was a DUMP. The Hotels.com website shows what appear to be photos of a renovated and redecorated room but my room was not renovated and very outdated. I chose this hotel SOLELY because of the photos, which are certainly misleading. The lobby has in fact been renovated and I assume that some of the rooms have been also, in order to generate […] the photos, but certainly not the room that I was in. The carpet smelled and had stains on it. The bed was flat as a board and everything had the appearance of cheapness. There was one plastic drinking glass provided (in the kitchenette cabinet) but it was cloudy with weird burn marks and damage from a dishwasher, I assume. I had to go to the car to get my nalgene bottle to drink from. When I first arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm, there was a sign on the desk saying to go back into the vestibule and dial #600 on the wall-mounted phone. Upon doing that, I heard a phone ringing at the desk I had just been standing at and no one came. I waited about 10 minutes until someone finally came to the desk with no apology for the delay. Late August, 2011 -- A comfortable place with proactive pedestrian signal access to the pristine Del Webb Office Building across Roselle and to the surrounding area, including stores south on Roselle. Very small amount of discarded food & drink packaging on the parking lot and a little overflow at the trash receptacle near the front door. Only small […] bar soaps are provided for wash up. No shampoo. They charge EXTRA $ per day for Wi-Fi wireless internet. Irritating. And they would not match Hotels.com pricing for an extra night, even on a Sunday-Monday. This Extended Stay entrance is actually on "Arbor Glenn" which is off of Hillcrest, very near the intersection of Hillcrest and Roselle. The original entrance drive was to be from Roselle, but was later to be determined to be too close to an I-90 off-ramp and so was moved back to Arbor Glenn off of Hillcrest. VERY CONFUSING when trying to find the exact entrance. The night desk clerk did take the time to print 2 pages of directions for me to get to a Metra rail station. Les mer

The girl at the service desk was not so nice. They should clean the carpets of their rooom every six months. I dont know why hotels dont do that. The TV was 19". Besides that the room was spacious. This was a last minute thing.

Enjoyed my stay , everything I needed was there for my comfort. Staff was helpful and easy to talk to . The only problem is the address is 2000 Roselle rd. but it is not on Roselle, but off of Roselle.

Well one thing to start off with is the problem of bugs in the hotel room, there ware creepy looking bugs that like to crawl on ya when you first come in. Then to see that the counter was falling apart and the drawer face was about to fall off was a sign that the room is not kept up well and needs some work done. To top it off I had a hard time trying […] to open a cabinet door, and I am pretty strong guy, to come to find out there was like a heavy glue residue on there. The bed had a tear in it which I thought was bad in presentation, the windows to top it off were hard to close once you opened them. One other issue is when you state one thing like free wifi then we get there and its a charge that's bad on advertising as well that feel free to come ask for more amenities and then they cant give any of what we asked for. Oh, and if you need more towels, you have to go downstairs and return your old ones to the front desk and ask for new. I won't be coming back or recommending this place to anybody. Les mer

I was given a Queen non-smoking room, as reserved, but the TV wasn't working. I called the front desk, and I was immediately bumped up to a King non-smoking with a working TV at no additional charge. I thought that was great customer service and really made me feel like the hotel cared about my stay. As a woman who likes plush comforters and pillows, […] this wasn't my favorite hotel stay ever, but I think it was a good deal for the price and the helpful staff made my overall experience very good. The hotel is newer, clean and the staff was very friendly. In particular Mitch (the manager) was extremely helpful in organizing an extra day when my trip ran long. Great value for a great property right in the heart of everything in the 'burbs. THANKS!

Requested a non-smoking room thru Hotels.com. The front desk let us check in without telling us that we were not being given a non-smoking room. We found out when we got to the room. Heavy smoke smell in room and hallways. When we asked for another room, were told nothing was available. Requested to cancel the reservation since they could not accomodate […] us, and were told that it wasn't their problem we would have to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com changed the reservation for us and we moved to another hotel with a non smoking room. Les mer

I had to call the front desk for towels. Housekeeping forgot to leave any towels. no biggie... the front clerk was there in less than one min. very friendly...

long black hair on bathroom floor and toilet.Carpet not vaccuumed-potatoe chips and bird feathers on the floor. peeling back the comforter revealed a large pile of long black hair finding more as the evening went on.Cigarette ashes on the window sill. Toiletries not available-only two bars of soap. Microwave broken [expected ToasterOven],no dish soap, […] dishes dirty no way to clean them. Concierge came to change bedding-got ready for bed- airconditioner was excessively noisey. found piece of concrete to set upon it to stop rattling. The staff was as accomodating as they can be. I gave up complaining on day 4, still, nobody vaccuumed floor or wipe the window sill. Staff adid no give towels or toiletries. If needed coffee or towels get them ourselves. Not give another room- none available-not transfer to another hotel. They did complement us with one day residence. We have spoke w/other customers-said they had adverse conditions as well, such as 'shredded towles' and other issues. We have spoken with two different managers. On day 4, we had picked up a couple bird feathers, chips and hair and left them for management at the front desk. Also no remote for the TV, a light fixture was out, no WIFI or internet access, dirty bed linnes that were exchanged remained on the floor for two days until we put them in the hallway. Les mer

My first problem is that it the hotel is hidden. When I tried to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait to get checked in. The room itself was ok, besides the lack of soap. There was no hand soap in the room. Also, there is a stove, refridgerator, and sink, but they don't provide you with dish soap. Other than that, my stay was […] uneventful. Les mer

THE ROOM WAS OK BUT I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET WHEN I GOT HOME AND FOUND A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I DIDN'T CHARGE ANYTHING TO OUR ROOM, THIS WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING AND WILL NEVER BOOK A STAY EVER AGAIN

Everything was fine, except the outlandish price charged by the hotel for my four and a half pound, non-shedding, completely house-broken and quiet little dog.

We got this hotel because it was pet friendly and we only have one 40 lbs dog. When we went to check in for our two night stay they charged us an extra 75 bucks for our pet. We have dealt with pet fees before but that was ridiculous. Just something for pet owners to watch out for. The rooms are what you pay for. Not very professional service. Commitment does not matter to Hotel Staff ( at the Desk). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if they invite to stay in free. My 18 months old kid suffered due to false commitment from the staff that they can arrange Crib from Woodfield Mall location hotel but next day other staff came in and said they never […] provide Crib (with no courtesy). The room was awful, had a horrible smell. The one set of towels were not clean and we had to go to front desk for extra towels. You would think when you book a room for 2 adults you would have 2 sets of towels.The comforter was torn and old. Room was not clean at all very uncomfortable stay. UPON ARRIVAL EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE. WHEN WE GOT TO THE ROOM THERE WAS NO REMOTE FOR THE T.V AND ALSO THERE WAS A SPIDER IN THE BATHROOM. THERE WAS ONLY ON WASHCLOTH IN THE BATHROOM BUT THERE WAS PLENTY OF HAND AND DRY TOWELS. I STAYED AT ANOTHER EXTENDED AND REALLY LIKE IT SO I GUESS EACH ONE HAS DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT.

First we get there and the room we booked was for a king bed. no king bed was available. then we get to room, and its pretty dumpy. 3 hours after we got there, after sitting on the bed, the box frame of the bed collapsed and no other room was available. We ended up driving back home and my Mothers day sucked! Not a good stay!!
