Vi er fornøyde med valg av hotell hva beliggenhet og service angår. Et stort minus var størrelsen på rommet og badet - det er det minste hotellrom vi noen gang har bodd på! Best Westerns egen katalog for Frankrike opererer med 3 stjerner på dette hotellet og det stemmer bedre enn de 4 stjerner Hotels.com og hotellet selv, reklamerer med.

Gangavstand til alt er vanskelig i en stor by som Paris, men herfra kan du gå til mange av de vanligste turiststedene: Louvre, Champs Elysee, Notre Dame, Eiffel-tårnet og Montmartre m.fl. og 100m til jernbanestasjonen Châtelet Les Halles som går raskt fra og til C.D.Gaulle-flyplassen. Sengen var dessverre ikke noe annet enn to enkeltsenger løst slått […] sammen. Rommet var litt lite, og spesielt heisen var trang. Grei frokost uten alt for mye å velge i, frokosten kostet 7 eller 15 euro, ikke inkludert i prisen. Nattportieren var hjelpsom med å låne ut vannkoker til rommet gratis. Jeg hadde med med mine 3 barn til en 5 dagers tur til Paris, målet med turen var å se og oppleve mest mulig for alle. Hotellet ligger nært Metro og sentral steder for shopping, opplevelser og morro. Rommene er små men det var vi klar over og sengen noe harde. Frokosten på hoteller kostet 17 euro pr pers, det er dyrt. Vi valgte å benytte nærliggende […] restauranter eller de som solgte gode baguetter. De ansatte på hotellet er imøtekommende, snakker engelsk godt og var veldig hyggelige. Rommet kunne ha vært noe lenger ved fotenden, måtte bære koffert bort til skapet som stod i andre hjørnet..Litt trangt.. Trekkes for det, Ellers et helt greit rom. Frokosten kunne vært inkludert i prisen. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Kjempebra sted, med svært hjelpsome ansatte. Veldig sentralt og fint!

The room was a little small, but absolutely clean, and a great deal/ location. Can't go wrong!

Hotellet var delikat og reint. Fin service, hjelpsomme ansatte, god frokost. Fantastisk beliggenhet! Små rom, men vel verdt pengene. Nydelig å legge seg i reine gode senger. Beliggenheten var et fantastisk utgangspunkt for alle mulige aktiviteter i Paris. Lettvint å ta seg til Eurodisney (riktig metrostopp rett bortenfor hotellet - slapp å bytte tog). […] Stille og rolig beliggenhet tiltross for at det var så sentralt. Rett ved Rue de Rivoli (handlegate) og Les Halles. På andre siden av Les Halles lå den mest fantastiske "matgaten" i Paris. Her kunne man på kort tid "raske" med seg ufattelig mye delikat mat, bakevarer osv. Bare få kvartaler fra "Seinen" og nokså nærmt Notre dame. Bor gjerne her igjen. Les mer

Perfekt beliggenhet! Enkelt å komme fra til siden den sentrale tog/bane-stasjonen Chatelet Les Halles er 200 meter unna. Rommene er litt små men man er ikke i Paris for å sitte på rommet. Renhold / standard etc er bra.

Dobbeltrommet vi fikk var litt for trangt. Beliggenheten var perfekt. Ellers savnet vi frisk frukt til frokosten.

Ok hotell, men for lite og trangt rom for to personer.Ikke plass til to kofferter. Skeptisk til rømningsvei ved brann. Ville ikke bodd der med små barn. Ellers rolig og sentralt, hyggelig betjening.

Coffee pot not in room as advertised. Room on ground floor number 1. large bright light outside of window that could not be blocked with a curtain - - no other rooms to change to.

I was disappointed with the hotel. It did not bother me that the room was small. I expected that in an European Hotel. The staff was nice and helpful for directions and places to eat. BUT-the elevator could only accommodate one person with a little luggage, the TV did not work, the WIFI signal was too week and there was no soap with which to shower […] in the bathroom. We only spent one night there. But if I needed to be in Paris longer, I would have changed hotels and not stayed the first night. The neighborhood was smelly and a little seedy with homeless types hanging around near the hotel. Someone yelling and screaming woke me very early, around 3:00 a.m. The hotel was clean, but needs attention and new elevators that can accommodate more than one or two people. Also, I was not offered any sort of credit for the non-working TV. Staff couldn't leave the front desk to try to fix it. It was in a great location, however, a short walik to the Rue de Rivoli, the Louvre, and shopping. Staff recommended L'Auberge Cafe for dinner and it was delightful. Les mer

Absolutely great location! A 10 minute walk in one direction and your at the Louvre and 10 minutes the otherway for Notre Dame. 300 yards away is a nice shopping area with plenty of restaurants. Rue da Rovoli is lined with shopping. So yes guys, your wife will like that part. As for the hotel itself, very clean and well maintained. The staff were great. […] I am very glad I chose this hotel. OK the not so good. Yes, the other reviews do say the rooms are small, and yes they are. But, they are were very clean and well taken care of. Additionally, they had all the accesories we needed. Very affordable, clean, close to all attractions and the front desk was very helpful in telling us how to get around. Very helpful with the wi-fi, charging my phone, etc. Staff very nice.

So close to all metros, really clean and comfortable, very small rooms but perfectly fitted with modern furniture, big beds, REALLY comfortable pillows/sheets, nice bathroom. Great service in the lobby and very helpful.

The rooms we had was tiny with the bed taking up about half the space. There was little room for luggage. We had the small continental breakfast which we thought would cost €7.50 but in fact cost €17.50 each per day. This is a real rip-off so beware - far cheaper to eat at a local restaurant. There were plenty of restaurants around generally double […] the price you would expect to pay in London. Paris is not very cosmopolitan when it comes to food so when you get tired of the French food there is an Indian restaurant not far away near C&A. The only special feature of this hotel is its location. It lies between Notre Dame and Le Louvre. It is also handy for RER links to CDG airport. Next time I go to Paris I will first take the precaution of checking room sizes of the hotels as this was just too small Les mer

This is a quite adequate hotel with a location of 10 minutes walk from Louvre and 5 minute from major train station..The staff was was quite helpful and the bed was comfortable. Do not go for the breafast as bakery is quite close. Would stay here again. Must disclose was unable to make call to US from the room despite their insistance it could be done. […] With much insistance they finally made the phone call for me as it was urgent. Once I got over the initial shock of the tiny room size, I was pleasantly suprised and grew to like each day. It is perfectly located in the centre of the city. I was travelling alone on business and wanted to feel like i was in the middle of it all, and I was. There were plently of quaint restaurants nearby and many charming places to see within walking […] distance. The staff was exceptionally wonderful and my room was very clean. It was a "perfect" stay. Good location,close to 3 metro station. The room is small and service is not good enough.

Room is reasonable for Paris, but amenities are missing (no conditioner, etc.). Most importantly though, the internet is so slow that my email client wouldn't even connect. This meant that at night I had to go to either Starbucks or another cafe to be able to work. When I notified the staff they suggested it was a known problem when "too many people […] connect" but had no solution or workaround. If you need internet, do not stay here. Les mer

There are better hotels. I will say that most of the staff were excellent. Room was EXTREMELY small (i live in NYC and am use to small spaces) and there were no services ie ICE or anything of the sort. They advertised room service but it was closed when it was supposed to be open and then when opened the did not have what the menu said they would h […] ave. Les mer

When we first saw the "premium" room my wife started to cry. It was very small and with minimal furniture. But after a day, we found we actually liked the hotel. I originally made a booking with Airbnb which was disastrous and I had to leave after one night, which was very stressful as I was travelling alone. In the morning I quickly booked this hotel for 8 nights as it looked clean, and was in a good area. I turned up at 11am, having only had 4 hours sleep, to leave my bags and come back later to check in. […] The young gentleman on reception was so lovely, spoke perfect english, told me my room was ready (I'd booked it one hour previously online!) and they had upgraded me! I was so happy to be in such a clean, comfortable room, I had a little balcony, with a great view of the street, and I thought the room/bathroom was far bigger than some I've stayed at in London. I did book a double room, which I think was worth it for the space. The express breakfast buffet was only 7 euros which I thought was a great price, my room was immaculately cleaned every day, and all the staff stopped to say hello to me. As a young woman, travelling alone, this made my holiday all the more enjoyable, and I really felt like it was home. The hotel is excellently placed to explore the whole city. You are a two minute walk from Pont Neuf, and it's so easy to walk down down the river to Louvre/Musee D'Orsay/ Eiffel Tower or across to Saint-Germain, or the other direction to the Marais and Bastille. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, and thanks to this hotel my trip went from disastrous to enjoyable as soon as I stepped through their doors. Les mer

Conveniently located to the underground at Halles, about four blocks east of the Louvre. Not huge, but comfortable and good bathroom. Several eating opportunities nearby so I never ate at the hotel Worked well for my first visit to Paris as it was pretty easy to get to most of the 'highlights' via walking or the underground. We spent two nights in this hotel and were delighted by the service. Desk personnel was very friendly and spoke good English. Our room was quite small but clean and cozy. Only minuses from poor sound insulation (hotel was quiet though) and minibar which was broken. I did not spot fire alarm device from the room either. Location of the hotel was great […] near the Chatelet metro station and city centre attractions. E.g. Louvre and Notre Dame were just around the corner. This very pleasant hotel is situated very close to the Louvre, Les Halles. It is quite small, as are the rooms, but they are very individual and have all you need. Breakfast is a buffet style in the basement and as I love French continental breakfasts I am very happy. The one thing you need to watch is the price. This is a great hotel. The location is fabulous! It's very, very clean and the staff are very helpful. My only complaint is the room size but for Paris I know the size was typical. There was no room in the room to sit and relax, other than on the bed. There's lots to do in Paris so no need to be in the room other than to sleep but if you did want a […] break during the day you will be stuck stretching out on the bed since there is no space in the room otherwise. The main thing about this hotel is the location; it's about 100 yards from Pont du Neuf - pretty much smack in the middle of the city and an easy walking commute to all the central sights. On the down side, it can get a little street noise at night and in the early hours, but certainly not "keep me awake for hours" noisy. The main issue I had with this […] hotel was the size of the rooms; I know rooms in Paris are small by comparison - I've stayed in Paris about a dozen times - but this was ridiculous. I even booked the "superior" room due to comments on other reviews, but was very disappointed with how tiny it was. I even asked reception to confirm they'd given me a superior room ... and when I commented somewhat tongue-in-cheek that the room looked nothing like the pictures on their website, the concierge smiled, shrugged and said "well, of course not monsieur". In all it's an adequate hotel in a good location, is clean and comfortable, but tiny. Even the lift could only hold a max of 2 people with bags. I got a good rate, which is why I tried it, but I wouldn't stay there again as I know there are many other hotels in the area for around the same price that are larger and more comfortable. Les mer

This was our 2nd trip to Paris so we knew what to expect as far as size of the rooms, etc. This hotel was somewhat better than most that we have stayed in. Just keep in mind that you are not in the United States so the rooms will be smaller than what you would get for a 4-star hotel in the U.S. Once you get beyond that, it was really nice. It was quiet […] and very clean. My only complaint was that we felt slighted by one of the front desk clerks who seemed to be irritated that we were there. He took his time waiting on us whenever we appeared, seeming to draw out conversations and situations with other customers beyond the norm. Most of the time, all we wanted to do was drop off our key or pick up our key...and still we had to wait sometimes 15 minutes while he continued his conversations with other people. We're not sure if he really was trying to avoid us or if that is just the way things are done in France. We also tried to add our Best Western member # to our account, and he refused to do so. The room was extremely small and there was no appropriate place to work on my laptop. The hotel tries to add amenities, like a refrigerator, to tiny rooms, which only takes up more precious space. Great location, but if you are going for work, skip it for sure.

The room is very small, and we're used too small rooms in Paris, but this is really too small - especially compared with the price. Then there's a lot of noice from the street. Next times we will stay at other hotels with cheaper rates or we will be sure of the quality of the rooms. The location and service is great, but that can't do everything.

Train from CDG dropped me off in walking distance from hotel. Great location! Closet sized room however you don't spend time in your room when in Paris.. Friendly staff..

This hotel was perfect for our vacation. It is minutes walk from the Louvre museum, near all the shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet,well worth it in the cozy little breakfast room. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I will stay here next year when I plan on coming back to Paris!!
