Ble ikke møtt av smil da vi booket inn! Øvrig personale var mer imøtekommende. Fører av shuttelbuss til flyplassen var hjelpsom. Manglet bord og lampe(r) på nattbordet. Da vi påpekte dette kunne det ikke ordnes, men fikk tilbud om å skfte rom. Dette passet dårlig da vi var flere som reiste sammen, og hadde rom ved siden av hverandre.

I have stayed at this motel before because it is inexpensive, close to SeaTac, and close walking distance to places to eat and a 7-11. The room is spartan but clean. Nothing works quite right, but for one night it is really fine. Folks at front desk are helpful and there is a convenient free shuttle to the airport.

The airport shuttle and car park options are the main draw. However, I will look elsewhere in the future. The room smelled bad and although appeared clean (floor looked vacuum, sheets seemed fresh), was quite old.

We were only staying over night and leaving our car there while we went to Mexico. My husband came our of bathroom and asked if I used the garbage. I said no. So I went and looked and was going to take a shower. The garbage had tissues and a nasal spray bottle in it. I stepped into the shower what had a dirty foot print in it. I asked my husband to […] give a washcloth and it was folded and dirty. I told him I wanted another room but he was already in bed and didn't want to move. You can take advantage of the airport shuttle (or walk for 20min) and get to the light rail transit to go downtown. Staff are very friendly. The upkeep and amenities are ok.

The Super 8 at Sea-Tac airport is a very modest place. If you are looking for extravagance there are other hotels on the strip that will suit you. Rooms were clean. Good bang for the buck. They have a do it yourself waffle machine for breakfast which is pretty cool. Only complaint is that rooms are quite warm and we have to had to run the fan or a/c all night.

Standard motel. Well lit rooms. Pleasant staff, with one exception - and you'll know who this lady is when you run into her at the front desk. Surly. Courtesy airport shuttle begins running at 3 a.m. Breakfast commences at 5 a.m. Found it convenient and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Maid service 1st 2 days was good, last day poor. Hotel hallways needed cleaning. apparently maids only clean rooms.

Most of staff fine - disappointed that there was not a computer in the lobby to use for short time periods. Public wash room not in service when I arrived - inconvenient. Shuttle service to the light rail station was good.

The place was nice. The people at the front desk were friendly, though the front desk didn't have someone at it half of the time. The room was clean enough, though the showers/bathroom need a re-caulking. It is close to the airport and across the street from the best teriyaki food I've ever had. First room they put me in, the A/C unit was non functional; they gave me a new room without hesitation. The funishings are outdated and tired looking but the bed was fairly new in appearance and very comfortable and. the room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and overall the staff service and room quality was very satisfactory. I would strongly recommend this Super 8 hotel. The breakfast included hot self made waffles, cereal, tea/coffee and juices.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8 Motel. The breakfast and the service was good, along with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, restuarants and freeway entrances.

When walking into the hotel it feels the lobby area looks like a cement box, needs a better atmosphere and some charm.Staff are friendly although not totally professional. Front desk agent quoted us the rate they were getting from hotels.com, not the rate that we the guest was paying which is substantially higher. The front desk staff was professional. Belgian waffle makers were part of the continental breakfast. Out of our three rooms, one did not have a telephone, one had a broken air conditioner, and one did not have an ice bucket. None of the rooms had a mini-refrigerator, and the second floor ice machine was broken.

Good budget motel close to SeaTac, Boeing, Museum of Flight, Downtown Seattle. Room was clean, quiet (flight noise minimum) - beds comfortable. Would have liked a room with a fridge, but none available. Staff pleasant and very helpful in finding us a spare fridge, and moving it into our room, no extra charge, which we appreciated. The shower/tub did not drain. The curtains were falling off of the runner. It was not particularly clean. Mostly worn out. Hanging lamp looked like it was out of the early 60's and was broken. People were friendly and pick up at the light rail was quick. Won't stay there again.

I arrived at 2:00 AM. The hotel desk had my reservation ready and checked me in quickly. The airport shuttle came quickly and the driver was friendly. The breakfast buffet was adequate. I was checked out quickly. This is a good hotel for an overnight layover.

We didn't receive our first morning wake up call, so started our day behind schedule. After returning to hotel in the evening found our room door unlocked, cleaning staff left it open all day after they cleaned. I notified the office staff and they didn't seem concerned at all. Very disappointing.

We arrived at 2:15pm because the site claims check-in is good after 2. The clerk told us it would be a 20 - 30 minute wait before we could get our room as housekeeping was behind. She offered for us to wait in the lobby but we elected to go out for a bit. We came back at 4 and were given a room on the ground floor near the stairs that had a putrid smell. […] We asked to change rooms and after a short search, they found us a much better one without the smells. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel could use some upgrades. The free breakfast could be xtended to 10:00 as all people on vacation do not get up at 7 to eat.... This hotel is conveniently located for the traveler but it is a little drab and dreary and in need of some TLC. The help was adequate but they need employees with a little more enthusiasm.

Phone did not work, sink in bathroom did not drain, carpet felt sticky to walk on, shower control fell off when I went to use and could not take shower and thermostat control of heat in room was useless. Cancelled my remaining nights and went to another hotel. Only good part was the Shuttle driver was great.

The room was a very good value for the area. It offered only basic amenities (as expected), but the bathroom was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable enough. The breakfast was barely adequate (not even any jam for the toast), and the space was unpleasantly crowded. The worst problem was the smoke in the third floor hallway; we ended up resorting […] to the stairs and the non-smoking first floor hallway to avoid it. Fortunately, the window opened, and the non-smoking room we were in wasn't too unpleasantly smoky.
