The dirtiest room I've ever had. The shower, sink, and the toilet all had visible cracks. Which explains what appeared to mold spores coming out of the wall above the shower. Standing water on the sliding window track, and overall dirty appearance. I'll NEVER go back.

You get what you pay for is definitely applied here. They have smoking and non smoking rooms. I'm a non smoker and wouldn't have noticed if they didn't ask me. The service was great. They really need to remodel tho! All in all it was great for the night but couldn't see myself staying for a week.

The room was good. Not a lot of extra perks, but the breakfast was nice and beds were comfy. Did a lot of sight seeing in Seattle and shopping at The Commons.

This Hotel doesn't have all the amenities that the bigger hotels have, but what they do have is a comfortable place to sleep at a great price. Their location is awesome. Next to the freeways, close to somewhere to eat, and the staff is awesome. I definitely will stay there again.

Return visit - stayed here for a night last year. Convenient if you want a room near an exit close to your car. We stayed at this Super 8 Hotel for a week. It was perfect place to be close to all our appts. and friends. Beds were very comfortable. We'll stay there again if need be another time.

We came from Portland to see a Mariner's game, and on the holiday weekend, many motels in Seattle were already booked. It worked out well for us to stay in Federal Way, as we headed home the next day. The motel was right by the freeway, although we missed seeing the sign when we first exited. Our room was clean and comfortable. The walls were a little […] thin, so we tried to keep the volume of our tv down. The breakfast was great - more than the typical 'continental' breakfast with make-your-own waffles, other breads/pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and even boiled eggs. It's OK to stay, though I won't describe it as a clean, white, comfort Hotel. Out of my surprise, They serve boiled egg and yogurt in breakfast.

We arrived at 10 pm, and had to be gone by 7 am the next day, so budget was our priority. Unfortunately, It was not the best decision. The beds were not comfortable at all. I think they were at least 20 years old. It was small, and cramped. There was tons of road noise, even after 12pm, enough that I wasn't able to sleep until closer to 1 am. Liked that it was close to shopping centers, lots of good places to eat nearby, close to I-5, Tacoma Dome. Didn't like that we had to ask for another towel when they already knew 4 people were staying because this date was booked months ago, a little inconvenient.

We stayed at this hotel for a week to take care of personal things. Even though we've lived in this area we found it nice and easy to get to places from this hotel. Very confortable place to stay.

Once again - an average hotel room in an average hotel. Nothing remarkable good or bad. The rooms are a little dark and seem somewhat cell-like. Nothing more to say one way or another.

Breakfast was above average. Had boiled eggs which I prefer over the scrambled style. Fresh fruit, waffles, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Good cereals and cold milk. coffee was okay. Very close to a big Walmart next door walking close. The price for a nights stay here is a bonus for the area. It is a Super 8 so my expectations were low. There is no service or amenities. Upkeep is marginal. It is right on the freeway, which may be considered convenient by some, but noisy and an undesirable location by me. It wasn't awful, but I would not call it enjoyable. Room was quite dirty (unvacuumed). Smelled. Bathroom was not horrible. Front desk guy was very nice. I had to go down to front desk to get iron/ironing board (am I spoiled?), then the iron didn't work...

Ok, I requested ground floor but got 3rd floor no elevator and a bunch of suitcases the stairs were only option. Room had wadded tissues outside of bathroom we had to clean up. Lady was nice at front desk, NO great ammenities other than tv and breakfast downstairs but I slept in. The rates were from HOtel.com building my rewards :) internet was slow […] in our room. Great staff, but overall could use some help. My room had a musty funk to it, and didn't have a chair at the desk to use. I had to go to the front desk and they let me grab one of the breakfast chairs to take to my room.

It was great, the front desk and other personnel were very helpful and courteous, the rooms were tidy and it is very near all the places you need to be in Federal Way. Way to go Super 8!

I've thrown away better rags than the towels they use. Although it claimed to be smoke free, it only meets that definition in that I didn't have to pay extra for the stale stench of smoke in the halls and room. Staff was friendly but the radio didn't work and the toilet had to be flushed twice with every liquid deposit. The mattress was historical. […] I believe George Washington used it first. Les mer

The hotel provided the necessities for my stay. I like the location because I was nearby restaurants and stores when I needed any food or goods. The hotel did provide a decent breakfast that satisfied my hunger for the morning. The only thing that I noticed was the bath tub was dirty. Considering the price and brand, this is an excellent buy. The hotel was right on the way to our destination. The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was much better than expected at a budget accommodation. The free wi-fi also worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to notify staff to come clean our room around 1.00pm.The staff was not friendly and looked at everybody crazy except for one guy with glasses that checked us in.Strange smells coming from the first floor.
