I arrived several hours early in the rain on my motorcycle. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and got my room ready very quickly so I could change and dry off. Will definetly stay here again when in town.

The staff was very friendly, but our room was disgusting. The carpet was wet. The toilet and ceiling was leaking. There was md growing on the countertop. Very gross!

rooms nice, bed pretty comfy for a hotel. when i checked in they didn't ask to see my ID or credit card i purchased the room with, so that kind of worried me. but at night you needed your room key to even enter the hotel, which i liked.

The hotel is the least expensive in the area (that was available). It is within walking distance to the Vanderbilt campus, but the walk is a little long. We didn't have any major problems, it was clean and maintained well enough, but the service was terrible. The desk employees were not friendly or very helpful. We needed a room in or close to downtown Nashville for just one night, since downtown hotels were running at about $300 a night we decided to opt for a place a little further from the heart of downtown. We stayed just one night in Nashville and had a fabulous trip. The hotel called a cab for us and the trip to Broadway (where all the bars are) was only 5-10 min away. The front desk staff seems a bit unprofessional, nice but not fully trained, but that would not deter us from staying here again.

This hotel is in a good location and priced well compared to other hotels in the area. It's definitely nothing fancy, but it works if you are just looking for a place to crash.

The staff was very friendly and the location is o.k. The room was clean and simple and could do with a fresh coat of paint. All to be expected for the price.The bedcovers were thin and nylon. We both got cold during the night and after socks and sweatshirt didn't help had to turn the air conditioning on, although it was a perfect spring night for not […] having to do so (high 40's). This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Room was not ready @ 7pm! Room was old, cold, stale, and low class! Staff were useless and not educated! The only good thing is the location. Never will stay again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!

Simple hotel for simple people. Not a very high maintenance person and really just needed somewhere to sleep. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Nothing special about the room but we didn't need anything special. Very satisfied and next time i come in the Nashville area I will choose this hotel. It was nice had kitchenette just right close to the college we had time to rest in between events. The hotel was overall a hit for us. Be back around graduation.

It's main draw is affordability. Over stressed reception clerk; one of housekeeping crew of 2! Didn't show on Sat so rooms unavailable. I'll pay a bit more elsewhere next visit to Nashville

The front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was not fancy, but very clean. You do not get maid service every day. The "grab & go" breakfast was very helpful. The only complaint we had was that smoking and non-smoking rooms are mixed up on the same floor, so although we were in a nonsmoking room, the people across the hall were […] smoking and we could smell it with our door closed. This room WAS NOT worth $100 per night. The Refrigerator was broken. They advertise Showtime and it was not available.

Entire ouside was being re-painted during my stay. Slightly inconvenient, but also an indication that they take care of the place. It's not fancy but clean and functional. I did not need the extended stay amenities (stove, fridge, etc.), but everything you could possibly need to live there is included. It's also easily accessible from I-40 and I-440, […] and you can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. There is a limited amount of sheltered parking. There is no pool, restaurant, or bar, but it's a respectable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants in the area. If you want those on the premises, look elsehwere. Les mer

Other than the room smelling musty, it was nice. Close to where we needed to be and the late arrival wasn't a problem at all.

Great location! Was there for New Years and it was a pretty cheap cab ride to downtown and near lots of restaurants! We even walked to a Vandy basketball game. :)

There were many broken fixtures in out room, taking away from the overall effect of the room. You can tell it is an "extended stay" hotel and that people stopped taking care of the rooms. The outside does not match the inside. We called the front desk to ask for extra pillows because we were only given two very flat pillows and the front deal attendant […] told us she didn't have any extra. Upon further questioning she told us she was too busy to look and get us extra pillows. It seems to me that they were inadequately staffed. I did not feel a warm welcome upon checkin to begin with. Overall, we were just looking for a place to crash for the night. We paid for the safety of the location, not the quality of the hotel. Les mer

The bathtub faucet was broken. The silverware in the drawers was bent so bad you couldn't use it. Had to bring our dirty towels & bed sheets to front desk to exchange them. The staff was unfriendly almost like we were bothering them when we asked them to call us a cab. I called Extended Stay Hotel customer service # to complain that someone was in our […] room without permission, nothing was taken we kept our valuables with us, but they were looking. I have stayed her 2 times in the past that is why I stayed there this past time. Never again will I stay there or at another Extended Stay hotel. Les mer

From the moment we walked in, the employee behind the desk made us wait a good 5 minutes while she gave the maid directions. The room had hair on the counter in the kitchen. Cigarette burns on the comforter in a non smoking room, which smelt like smoke all the way down the hallway. There was no secure entrance at night. No ice in the building. Well if you like beer soaked carpet throughout, yellow stains on the sheets and generally nasty ...you will enjoy your stay. But it is very close to Vanderbilt and the front desk folks were friendly

Hi, My experience in your hotel was awful. Your desk clerks (Marisa) was completely uninterested, uncommunicative, & incompetent! While i now realize that your housekeeping policy is different from other hotels, it would have been nice to be informed when we checked in that rooms are not cleaned, or at the very least "freshened" up daily unless guests […] are staying 6 days or longer. The first room we were given had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade, bathroom a mess.... I called the front desk and was told to come return the keys and we would get a different room. No apology, nothing. When we requested fresh towels, we were told we would get new towels when we brought our used towels down to the front desk. One day we returned to our room & found that our room keys didn't work! When I called the front desk I was told to bring them down & she would give me "new" keys, no explanation as to why they suddenly stopped working! When I asked why or how this happened, Marisa's response was, "oh, maybe your check out date is wrong in the computer or sometimes they just do that" The attitude by alm Les mer

It was fine. I usually stay at more upscale hotels, but for this trip I was attending a meeting on the Vanderbilt campus. It unfortunately was right before alum weekend, so hotel room prices in the area were outrageous. This was a close, clean, adequate hotel room. It was noisy, we didnthave water for almost 2 hiurs after getting checked in due to "maintenance" issues and then l was awakened by a man in my room "checking sprinklers"!! I was working night shift & had do not disturb sign on door but apparently he couldnt read. Had requested a crib ahead of time. When we confirmed a crib, they said they don't have cribs. Or rollaways. Bathroom and kitchen was poorly cleaned, If the prices weren't half of surrounding hotels, none of our family would stay there again. We won't, but our grown kids might.

This hotel was nice and clean.. In the university area, so it was about 4-5 miles from downtown so we caught the bus.. A 2 - 3 minute walk for something to eat.. Really quiet area but would of love to be closer to downtown..

We were so close to so much, everything was walkable, and I got to bring my cat! The only bad thing was the smoking. There was no rhyme or reason to where smoking rooms were placed and that bothered me quite a bit. I loved the kitchen, the bathroom and the television service. The bed was a bit older, but fine. The hotel is basic, fine, no frills, relatively clean. The front desk staff was ok. Not overly friendly. Hallways were hot, but room AC worked well. Make sure you nderstand there is no maid service unless you stay 7+ days.

Its alright, nothing special. It is a good place if you are looking for a quick day or 2 stay and do not plan on hanging out in the hotel. The room was not bad, the AC worked great, the shower was hot and you get yourself a nice kitchenette. It is only 2-3 miles from downtown Nashville so it is a quick commute. I would stay here again.

For an extended stay hotel, the kitchenette supplies were inadequate. I was most annoyed by the lack of dish detergent, which would be a simple addition and a convenience for travelers who are not be carrying their own. The hotel itself was Ok but our night of trying to sleep was dreadful. We woke up several times because of the occupant above us walking around in their room.I couldn't believe footsteps could be so loud, there must have not been much between the floors

The hotel was located in a great part of Nashville very close to downtown, Greer Stadium, and all kinds of restaurants. Very clean. The only problem I see is that if you like pillows you need to take a couple of extra ones. I will stay there again.
