Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. BAD HOTEL

Unless you are on a very limited budget stay away. Room was bare; no phone, no tissues, no baseboard, not clean, desk with no chair (behind the tv cabinet where it would not be accessible anyway). Curtains were two feet too long for the windows. Heat/cool looked about 50 years old. Far below the quality of many low priced hotels.

On the last long weekend a group of us from Ottawa/Toronto came down and stayed at your hotel. one family had dirty sheets, when the clerk was informed she did not believed or did she went to check. There were dirty socks between the sheeets on the bed, also another couple had there complains .

We have traveled all around the world and this is by far the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed. The Niagara Falls Red Carpet Inn was so dirty and smelled like vomit. We had to get up in the middle of the night and leave. I will never reccomend a Red Carpet Inn to anyone. The Courtyard had garbage all over. The Bathroom was grimey, the corners […] of the floor were built up with dirt and the tub wasn't clean. The only thing that was clean were the Sheets....... Les mer

Beware of a motel that has mattresses and broken furniture piled in the parking lot. It was obvious that renovation was in progress; a slow and incompetent renovation. The room had a space carved out for a closet, but no doors or shelves. The dresser was 6" wider than the wall it was set against; I constantly bumped into it. This hotel would have been fine if they would pay a little more attention to detail. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk and we paid for a family room with 3 double beds. we ended up getting a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. No big deal. Later that night we pulled out the sofa bed for the kids and there were no sheets or blankets […] anywhere. Les mer

this hotel was kind of run down they tried hard to make it comfortable but its old and all the cleaning in the world wont make it bettter however for the money we paid it was all we expected the staff were great and very friendly something you dont get at bigger hotels it was close to everything so we left our car there and walked which was good coming […] home late at night in that neighbour hood was kind of intimidatating in saying all this im going back Les mer

Although the staff was welcoming, I had to drive down a shady back alley to get to the room. In the room, and after 1AM, had drunk idiots banging on our door 3 separate times only to discover they had the wrong room. The room was absolutely disgusting. In all my years of staying in hotels, this was by far the worst. The tv was ridiculously small, […] and the mirror for the bathroom was in the hall, not in the bathroom. Not only was our room upgraded right when we got there, but the location was just the right amount of walking distance to and from the main strip---it's true you get what you pay for, but after reading all the previous reviews I was actually pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and for the price, I was satisfied with the room. Obviously […] you aren't going to get 4 star quality, but if you go into the room with the right mindset, you can see it was worth it. In regards to the surrounding neighborhood, looks can deceive. I felt safe walking to and from the hotel no problem at 1 a.m. The only downside is although they do have an ice machine, they don't have a vending/soda machine so be sure to bring drinks/snacks of your own. We had a horrible uncomfortable stay. Room not worth the price. Mattress were lumpy, rooms not dust, air vents and air conditions rusty, no closets, no refrig, jacuzzi not washed ( hair still sitting on tub, water stain throughout tub), even though it says nonsmoking, the room stinks, full of funk!!! Room not worth it's price, at all!!!

This is definitely one of the worst places that I have ever stayed. It was more like staying in a sleazy apartment complex than a hotel room. They had to send someone to show me where my room was in this messed up setup. There was no mirror in the bathroom (strange), and not even a toilet paper holder. it is not a place where you can sleep peacefully....scary as hell

Our Check in was at 2.00pm. We reached at 4.45pm. Room was not ready. we wait until 7.45pm to get the room. Breakfast was included with this booking, but provided only a cup of coffee and a piece of biscuit. Hotels. com or any other reservation co. should not keep this hotel name in their web site.

I loved the advice provided to save money

First room had a umm plumbing malfunction, with memories of the previous guest. Second room was OK. No pop machine, and far from anything. Did have opportunity to walk long distances, and find unadvertised hotels for same price.

Not recommended. Lobby looks good,Rooms not so good.

Once we went into check the room, we immediately went else where to book a new room. Horrible condition. You will regret if you book room for this Inn. This is a seasonal Inn that means they are closed most of the year and only open in busy tourist season.

This hotel, for the price we paid, was fantastic. The staff were polite and helpful, our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from all the Niagara Falls attractions. Towels were a bit small and the soaps and shampoos were from other hotels, as other reviews have mentioned, but these facts didn't detract from our experience. […] This hotel was a great place to lay our head at the end of a busy day, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to do Niagara Falls on the cheap. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I BOOK THAT KIND OF HOTEL THRU HOTEL.COM . THE SMELL HIT MY NOSE AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR OF MY ROOM . THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS SERVE IN A DIRTY ,NONORGANISED, DINING ROOM. HOTEL.COM,PLEASE TAKE THIS HOTEL OUT OF YOUR WEBSIDE.

HOTEL WAS TIRED AND VERY OLD. I DEFINETELY FELT IT WAS NOT CLEAN. BOOKED 2 ONLY STAYED 1

No wash cloths, No cups to brush teeth or drink water with, Shower water temperatures too-hot or too cold-unable to adjust, Molds in the bathroom, Air conditioning will not cool the room at all & Not as shown in the pictures on website. Will not recommend.

except parking, the hotel is the worst one i had.

the place of the hotel was great, we could walk to the attraction downtown and have dinner in nice restaurant. However the bed materess were very soft and spongy. If you like a soft bed, you`re well served if you have back problem, then you have a problem. The rooms were okay and clean. Beds were comfy. TV worked but remote didn't. Shower had low water pressure and took a long time to get hot. No little shampoos. Soap and lotion had labels from other hotels. Exterior of hotel was nasty looking. Mouldy carpets, rusty stairs, sketchy neighborhood. Pool was not open. Couldn't check in until 3pm., which seemed […] very late. Within walking distance of Clifton Hill but the area you have to walk through is not nice. To start off with, the pictures must be AT LEAST10 years old! My family and I arrived after driving for 10 hours and checked in, drove to the room we were told was ours to find the door wide open and 2 "gentlemen" inside with the beds unmade. Thinking this was a mistake, we drove back around front to find out what the deal was, where the "manager" basically […] called me a liar and said that no one should be in the room, as the other genleman in the office ran out and around the building(seemed very shady to me). The "manager" wanted to see for himself, so we went back to the room, where it was magically empty. He showed me how the room was empty, but as soon as I entered the room, the smell of mildew and possible "BLACK MOLD" hit me like a baseball bat in the nostrils. The carpet may have been a different color a couple years ago, but were BLACK and filthy, like it hadn't been vacuumed in several months. The tub had mold around it, and the curtains were hanging down, because it was missing numerous hangers, oh and the windows were closed with wood and nails. He opened several other rooms for us to look at and they were all the same. There were old and used mattresses stacked up next to a fence at the end of the complex...unbelievable....don't listen to the "you get what you pay for" people.... This is the creepy part: the "manager" then proceded to use his pass key to another adjoining room, and opened the door without knocking on a gentleman that was changing...no lie!!! I couldn't believe it...no way in H.E.double hockey sticks I was going to subject my family to this type of establishment, so we left and went down the block to another hotel where we were treated like royalty. BTW the manager there had heard about this place here, and said that they get alot of angry customers from there....what does that tell you....THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Les mer

OK for few nights. Walking distance to the falls. Helt i sin ordning.

Hotel management is not active. They are very lazy. During my check-in time they are said we missed somehow to block a room for you. please wait for a while and we will give you the room in 20 minutes. They gave a worst room which does not have hot water and it is durty.

I have read some reviews that did not reflect the hotel well. I was a bit worried about staying there. However when I arrived I was greeted by the person at the front desk he was a very nice man and who I believe was the manager of the hotel walked through and welcomed us told us of some nice places to go chatted with my son very friendly. At the Canadian side is the cheapest hotel that I ever satyed in. I guess they are working to improve. It's a 10 min walking distance to Clifton Hill and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Not bad for the price if you are only using the hotel for resting and sleeping.

Nobody was available at the front desk (at 4.30PM)for more than 15 minutes, after a long drive of 11 hours from Chiacgo. Tipu (A.MGR) came after that and gave us keys for two rooms to look for, of which one room was not cleaned at all even after previous customer vacated the room. light does not work bed sheets and covers are dirty no TV remote control Air condition is not adjustable (either too cooled or too hot) no good isolation with other rooms (you can heard very clearly when other room using the washroom.

Not a bad hotel, area is a little sketchy, but very close to all attractions (which we were able to walk to). Towels in the bathroom were like hand towels. Pool looked clean and room was sufficient for the amount of time we spent in it (very little)

Disadvantages: air condition didn't work, smell in the room, wooden board in the window as a protection against opening from outside - windows need to be changed in the whole place! Advantages: Location, clean bathroom, clean bedsheet, fairly low price

Toilet running all night. Needs lot of remodel.

salle de bain minable (baignoire crasseuse et lunette de WC cassée) literie de mauvaise qualité, draps douteux voire absents (ce qui est peut-etre mieux) climatisation inexistante ménage non fait (poussière, moutons et restes de repas sous les lits...) mobilier cassé ... PASSEZ au plus loin de cet hotel !!!!!
