I enjoyed my stay very nice and clean and right off highway easy to fine. Service was great and rates was very reasonable. I will stay there again and tell others.

For being newly renovated I was disappointed in this hotel. While the lobby area was inviting & nicely decorated, the room was not. We had issues with the lock on our door, the wallpaper in the shower area was peeling and stained, & the tub/shower didn't drain well. I had requested a room with 2 double beds & pull out sofa to accomodate 2 adults & 3 […] kids and got stuck in a king room. While the front desk tried to fix it, there wasnt any doubles available. I frequently stay in this hotel because it is located in the northern part of Charlotte. Therefore, it is convenient after an eight hour drive from northern Virginia. Once again, the front desk promised a shower seat for my 88 year old mother and we never received it. However, when the people in the room next to ours decided to PARTY in their room, […] the front desk graciously moved us to another floor with vacant rooms on both sides. I had difficulty getting a shower seat for my 88 year old mother. The mattress on the sofa bed was very soft and should be replaced. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

The only complaint was the breakfast, but it was free so can't be too negative.

For the price i thought it would have been way better, I should have choosen to stay at spring hill suites By concord mills more to do by that area. I found beer bottle caps under the couch, therefore it the room was not as clean as we thought.

There were a lot of children and college age guests in the hotel and they made a lot of noise. This is why my overall rating is "4" instead of "5".

Very nice place! Our suite had 2 tvs which was very helpful-the kids watched what they wanted to and we did to! Nice pool, great breakfast! Included hot items and waffles! Wifi was good throughout the facility. Would have liked more access to plugs by the bed for my husband's cpap machine, but that seems to be an annoyance almost everywhere. The front desk staff that we spoke with both afternoon and morning shift were very courteous and helpful. The accommodations were very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable especially the bed. The carpeting looked great/clean. But, the fan in the bathroom is too loud. You can hear the neighbor above fan running. In fact, It woke us up in the middle of the night. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Very nice hotel and the staff there was awesome. Room was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the beds were comfortable and it was in reasonable distance of restaurants and shopping. It was also right of the Interstate. Would highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure.

All of the staff I came in contact with we're courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were no vending machines on the floors. You could purchase beverages and snacks in the lobby but they were really overpriced.

The reviews I read prior to visiting the hotel spoke of the cleanliness of the rooms. Our room was average. They skimped on the trash bags, towels and toiletries(no shower cap).

I usually stay at the Hilton at Executive Park, but they were completely booked, so I found SpringHill Suites on Expedia. The rate was very good, and the reviews were equally pleasing. I'm very glad that the Hilton was full as I wouldn't have tried this place out otherwise. I believe they renovated in October, so the entire place had a feeling of new. […] I will be back. Les mer

Stayed at hotel to go to charlotte speedway. Hotel was nice and there was a macaroni grill in parking lot to eat at and the hotels breakfast was nice. One of the better hotels I've stayed at.

This hotel is a great bargin! The hotel is very clean and had a great indoor pool. The location is great--close to shopping and easy access to the expressway. Our room was clean and it had enough space to accommodate our energetic three-year old. It had a clean (and functioning) microwave and a mini fridge. This is a great hotel that is close to Ikea, UNC-C and Bank of America Stadium. The breakfast was great and the indoor pool was a nice feature too. The staff was very friendly and super nice. My family and will go back!

I got this hotel for a stay with my two little brothers and I. They loved the fact that every room had a sofa bed (so they were not forced to share.) It was also nice that Macaroni Grill was practically in the same parking lot and made dinner an easy choice. The room had a microwave and fridge, so for my teenage brothers heating up leftovers was a plus. […] We watched movie's on the big screen and hit up their indoor pool. The indoor pool is a bit small, about the size of someone's pool in their backyard. The hot tub was warm... but a little dirty. I did not get in. The work out center had much to be desired (2 treadmills and one stair stepper) however, each one had it's own television and headphones were provided at front desk. The complimentary breakfast was awful. Overall I'd give this hotel a 4 for the good value it has. It's not a 5 star, I didn't expect much but the friendliness of the staph made up for any setbacks and the perks were nice for the money you did pay. I would recommend it for families but no more than 5 people is REALLY pushing it. Rooms are not large. Les mer

Not the best. Not the worst. Went for a mini getaway. TV channel selection was poor. Breakfast was pretty good.
