Hotellet er nyoppusset og rent, rommene er ok. Betjeningen er lite hjelpsom. Vi skulle ta kollektivt inn til selve sentrum i Brussel, fikk dårlig info om hvor stoppet var, hvilket nr trikk vi skulle ta samt hvordan systemer fungerte. Parkeringen er dyr, 20 Euro pr døgn. Det er VELDIG lavt under taket og trangt i parkeringshuset som forøvrig ligger […] "feil vei" i ei enveiskjørt gate. Vi måtte rygge og knote for å komme rundt hjørnet og inn i parkeringshuset. Hadde vært mye enklere om vi kunne ha kjørt motsatt kjøreretning og inn i parkeringshuset. Frokosten er dyr, mener å huske prisen var 20 euro pr voksen, vi droppet den. Internett fungerte aldri. Fikk kode i resepsjonen for å logge på gratis internett i resepsjonen, denne fungerte aldri (vi prøvde fem seks ganger med ulike koder og på ulike pcer) så også andre som hadde samme problemer. Resultatet var at vi var nødt til å betale for å benytte en gjestepc i resepsjonen. Kredittkort ble belasetet pr minutt benyttet pc og det tok to minutter å logge på. Dersom du er kjent i Brussel med kollektivtransport, ikke behøver å parkere bilen samt ikke blir irritert over at alt annet enn selve senga koster, så benytt hotellet. Les mer

A clean and well kitted out room. No tea and coffee making facilities - really a norm for a business room in Brussels where many have Nespresso or tea tray. Top floor rooms have some sloped ceilings, but mine was a large room so not a major issue. The breakfast room was sadly overwhelmed by a coach party which meant a wait for a table - not acceptable […] on a business trip. Some reserved area for the higher paying, normal guests is needed. Set next to Brussel's high class shopping street, the Avenue Louise, this one isn't near the central attractions of the Grand Place - the suggested 15 minute walk would be optimistic, but you can navigate back around by Metro/tram. The hotel was modern, clean and ideally located however when I arrived at the hotel my room had been given to another guest and I had to wait for half an hour for an alternative room to be arranged. Well located hotel but single rooms are too small for a hotel of that category (90 cm bed). Impossible to store a suitcase between fridge and bed. Rooms are above the tram station at Stephanie roundabout. Trams are very noisy from 6 in the morning. No breakfast included. Only if you have no alternative.

The room smelled of glue and was quite small. The location is very good though. Let down by poor details such as the low quality toiletries provided.

Be aware that during the summer time (mid July to end August) the facilities offered by this hotel are not as advertised on their website. The restaurant and bar services are not available and you cannot even get a cold drink at the hotel. Terrible service from a hotel of this grade.

I have stayed at several NH hotels and they are usually very pleasant. This one is old. worn out , grimy and the rooms are miniscule. I booked two rooms and the TV"s in both rooms were not working properly.

The room was tiny (we had to move the beds in order to make space for our baby's travel cot, even though we had told them we needed space for this) and not clean, and several items e.g. the bin in the bathroom were in a bad state of repair. The hotel staff at reception ignored my husband when he was stuck in the lift with our 11 month old baby and then […] pretended they had not heard him shouting (clearly a lie when he could hear the lobby music from the lift). The worst thing though was the fact that the air conditioning did not work, it just blew out hot air which meant that the room was dangerously hot for a baby to sleep in. No one at reception even asked us if we were ok or if we were enjoying our stay. I would not stay here again if someone paid me to. Les mer

Check-in went smoothly. In-house parking just rightly sized for my small city car! Room was OK but a bit small for 2 persons. Door to shower not really water tight, i.e. free swimmingpool after you had your shower. Compliments for the breakfast; lot of choices, fresh, and have not seen a single empty bowl or plate while we stayed there. Staff in the […] breakfast area was also very polite and friendly! Good clean hotel with decent breakfast. May not suit all because it is approx 20 - 25 mins walk from Central Station/Grand Place. Some decent restaurants and pleasant little bars in adjoinong side streets.

The quality of the hotel service was disappointing. When we asked the front desk to help us with restaurant recommendations, directions, or help in getting a taxi, they were not able to help us with any of those questions. We would have thought that a restaurant recommendation might have been somewhat feasible, but the hotel desk receiptionist actually […] just shrugged her shoulders and said "there are a few restaurants nearby." They could not provide directions to anything in the city, and when we asked if they could call us a taxi, the answer was no. In addition, we asked the hotel the best way to get to the train station and during that discussion they failed to mention the Belgium Train System was on strike that day, which was a very major incident. Hence, worthless for us to spend 20 euro on a taxi ride to the train station. It seems like they should have been informed of the strike for their hotel guests. Most aspects very nice. The breakfast seemed very expensive and there was no one taking it, so they should review what they are doing there. The checkout was incredibly busy, so they should think of having more staff on when huge numbers of people (groups travelling together) are likely to check out at a single time. Otherwise very good.

Nous n'avons passe qu une nuit dans cet hotel pour un prix tres correct.la chambre etait mignonne et propre. Et nous avons pu effectuer le check out à 17h le dimanche en prevenant la reception. Un peu bruyant,car proximité de la ligne de tramway ...et du commissariat de police.Leurs voitures ne circulent que toutes sirènes hurlantes dès 7h30 le matin! Dommage que la plupart des membres du personnel ne parle qu'un français approximatif.

L'Hotel non è vicinissimo al centro, ci vogliono 25-30 minuti a piedi,ma è facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana,la fermata Luise è a due passi.Tra i posti da visitare vi consiglio di andare a vedere l'europa in miniatura e l'Atomium oltre ovviamente al centro cittadino. Todo es excelente... ubicación, cerca del metro, cerca del centro, comodidad, atención... unicamente las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero son muy comodas las camas y los baños... excelente hotel

Zimmer sind mit Parkett ausgelegt, dardurch recht laut. Tür zum Flur ist nicht wirklich dicht, somit bekommt mann recht viel mit. Fenster sollte mann nicht öffnen, es ist recht Laut. Der Hammer ist die Tiefgarage(recht teuer20€/Nacht, dafür aber super eng und die Zufahrt sehr steil)

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, on rejoint rapidement (10 à 15 min à pieds) la Grand Place et on est sur le grand boulevards regroupant de très nombreuses enseignes, dont les enseignes de Luxe : parfait pour le shopping ! Les chambres sont très agréables, peu bruyantes (on entend quand même un peu les voitures côté boulevard, mais rien de dramatique), […] par contre, il n'y a pas de lit double, toujours 2 lits simples collés. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très copieux avec un buffet chaud et froid bien garni. Le seul reproche que je ferai à cet hotel est la réception : on a attendu une bonne dizaine de minute avant d'être servis, et ce plusieurs fois dans la journée. Les réceptionnistes sont très aimables, mais totalement débordés. Le dernier hic : le parking payant et assez difficile d'accès. Mais une très bonne impression tout de même dans l'ensemble. Les mer
