The people working for American best Value Inn were very nice, they also were there in seconds when called or wanted anything. The morning meal was not much to talk about and the beds were not that comfortable. The outside of the hotel was beautiful, by the pool area exspecially.

The entire hotel was very nice. The courtyard/pool was well kept and was very beautiful. The hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking lot was decent in size and was also well maintained. The only down side is that it's location isn't very close to other business' (i.e. restuarants, gas stations, shopping) So being able to have […] a car, or rent a car is definitely a must if you choose to stay here. But I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Les mer

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend on our getaway and relax trip. It was our first time to visit this area. Upon check in the clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and tidy but we did notice an odor like a musty or even a mildew type of smell. It was quiet and peaceful. On the morning that we checked out I stepped out of […] the shower and a huge roach was crawling across the floor which was very unnerving. When my husband went to check out he a different clerk was there and she was very unfriendly and did not even greet my husband or ask about his stay. My husband found that to be very rude. Overall I would rate the hotel at a 3 and I do not think I would recommend anyone to stay there. The price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel and the photographs on the internet of the rooms and grounds are a bit decieving. Les mer

I usually try to be fair, if the place has some redeeming qualities I will share. This place, however, was awful. Don't be fooled by the jacuzzi tub in the pic--our room didn't have one. Evidently it is a "special suite" with the tub. The beds have the worst mattresses I have ever slept in @ a hotel. The shower was nice, coffee maker in room was nice, […] but that's about it. We had very noisy neighbors all night (drinking outside near parking lot til 4 am), the front desk never did much about it. The room also had a very strong mildew odor. I will not stay here again, next time something closer to the beach. Even if it costs more! Les mer

This was further from the beach than we expected. Hotel was nice, grounds attractive and well-kept. The only complaint was that our room door tended to pop open--that was fixd.

Really was happy with this hotel, the staff are friendly, and above all else, it is a very clean hotel. If you rely on internet service, it was dodgy at best, they could really use an update on their equipment. Will stay there again next year, as long as they get the internet issues solved.

I reserved - and paid in advance - for a ground floor room. When I arrived, they had me in a 2nd floor unit - as far from the steps as you could get. There were 5 lamps in the room. only 2 had working bulbs in them. The security lock on the door was absolutely inoperable, so I shoved the couch in front of the door for safety.. Despite the "do not disturb" […] sign on the door, there was a knock on the door at 7:55 am by a painting crew - who said they just wondered if anybody was in the room. Right! Avoid this place if you need a room. I certainly will, and I have placed a restriction on my company computer denying any employee from staying there in the future. Les mer

The bed was ungodly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs and the dents of previous sleepers! Horrible back ache when I woke up!! Never again!!

I liked this hotel. Good rates nice atmosphere. Clean and cool pool area. i would stay again 4 sure

This was a great place.Staff was helpful and friendly.The bar was like Cheers!!! I loved my stay!!!

I would like the front clerk to be somewhat friendlier.

Hotel is in good condition. Rooms are clean and newer in condition. Location was very suitable off HWY and close to shopping and conveniences.

for the price and location and the amount of time acutally spent in the room, it was great and met my needs. 15 mins easy drive to ocean/restaurants

Very nice place. Clean and you even get breakfast at their breakfast buffet. Great value for little money.

Room was clean and well-appointed. It was what I expected for that price point. Some better finishing definitely needed (tub bottom was chipped, stain on bathroom granite, room felt damp) but everything seemed clean and comfortable. For the money, I can't comlain. However, the pictures do have a tendency to over promise and under deliver.

Good location. First appearance; not so good, old and not well kept. But I thought, looks can be deceiving. Things only got worst. Entrance needed paint, hallways worn. Room with old, loud window air conditioning unit which couldn't be regulated and bug on wall. It was late so I said I'd change rooms the next morning. I did, no problem from the desk, […] however the new room had a newer air conditioning unit that could be turned off and was quiet and no bug on the wall; or so I thought. Found a dead roach, about 2 inches long on the bathroom floor. No one was on staff to clean the room so I just throw a towel over it and suffered through. I tried to call the office but the phone in the room was dead, no line. Then, there was a "ticking" sound that came from microwave/refridgerator. So I unpluged everything. Their "bonus" breakfast was from 6:30 - 9:00am and no bottled water was available as promised. Les mer

The Receptionists was a bit abrupt when we first checked in but was much better when we asked to move rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great and very clean.

Thanks for providing such a great quality hotel. We were very pleased with your location right off of I-95 in Vero Beach, FL. Your staff was very friendly and helpful with our accommodations and directions to various sites in the area were very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

it was evident at check-in the lady didnot enjoy her job-not friendly-even took a personal phone call .listed as non-smoking facility-reason for our booking-and upon opening room door we were overcome by strong smell of cigagette!!!!!!-must have become non-smoking the day before.! even though the room was older, it was large ,very, very, clean and quiet, […] but would not stay here again because of smell. didnot go to the comp. breakfast. we were here on business for one nite so it was ok for the money.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know, it smelled of mildew or stale cigarette, and it was a non smoking room. the bathroom had mold on the ceiling...

First of all, when we arrive at the hotel it seems nice. Once we go to the room someone else is already has their things there! We go back to the desk to find out that the rooms with the king sized beds are all gone. They gave our room to someone else. This was the worst hotel I had ever been to. The hot breakfast was some old grits and some rubbery […] sausage. If you can afford it spend the money and find a better hotel because this place is not worth the frustration. Les mer

I was supposed to have a room overlooking the pool, however, my room overlooked the parking lot. The continental breakfast was to be from 0600 to 0900 . On the first day there, we got there at 0845 and everything had been cleared. No food, coffee, etc. The second day, we got there at 0730, and there was a set up,. However, the food was just about gone. […] After we spoke to the front desk, teh lady brought out a few more items, but these were quickly devoured by the softball team that was staying there. Also, this hotel was advertised as "across the street from the beach"., Really.....the closest you could get to the beach was by driving 5 miles down the road. Will probably not stay here again. Clean, well maintained, inexpensive, nice pool, nice staff. 3 star hotel at 2 star rates.

Room smelled musty, linens did not look like they had been washed, rust in a number of places, rug was disgusting. This place needs major renovation!! Since there were no other cars in the parking lot I'm assuming they don't rent a lot of rooms, We were lucky enough to get a room with a wonderful view of a tractor trailer truck parked in the lot!!

Great room for the money. Cool, clean, and quiet.

Laundry available but quite expensive (2$/wash). Lots of parking space. Nice, small, inexpensive bar. Cleanliness of the room was not good. We found some candy and a childrens toy on the floor.

got there and the cable was out took forever for it to come back on then the a/c didnt work and they moved our room stayed two days 1st night the phone kept ringing called the office and they claimed they didnt do it no sorry nothing then 2nd day at 12:30 manager called are you checking out anytime soon um hello we paid for two nights had 2 fight with […] manager and in the end it was the hotels mishap not happy with this so called hotel would of been better off staying at motel 6 if you get my drift at least they leave the light on for ya Les mer

the hotel was nice, easy access to the places we needed to go only problem was toilet stayed stopped up other than that it was nice.

We had to go to Florida for a memorial service. We found America's Best Value Inn to have the best rate among our choices in Vero Beach. We were really impressed by how beautiful the hotel is. The grounds, the lobby, the coutyard, the pool and especially our room. Awesome!! will definitely stay there again, though for pleasure next time so we can make […] full use of the pool! Les mer

It felt great to arrive at the hotel and find the room cool, clean and ready for use. Microwave, refrigerator, TV. Great shower, great sleep. Thank You very much. We will be returning to them whenever we are in Vero Beach.
