Et helt OK motell. Hyggelig betjening og rene rom. Et helt OK sted om man vil bo billig og heller bruke pengene på god mat og drikke ;) Enkelt og komme seg rundt om i SF fra stedet. Om du er ømtålig for støy er ikke motellet noe for deg, du må kunne sove med trafikkstøy - for min kone og meg var og er ikke det noe problem. Frokost er som andre har skrevet […] muffins og kaffe, men det er ikke vanskelig å få seg god frokost andre steder - vil anbefale å ta bussen til Washington Square Park, masse god mat der :D Les mer

Motellet ligger veldig sentralt i San Fransico, så det er ingen problem å gå til fisherman's warf eller andre severdigheter. Motellet var veldig billig i forhold til den sentrale beliggenheten, og det bar det litt preg av. Veldig enkel søt frokost og kaffe. Men det er helt greit om man bare skal sove!

Greit motell midt i Lombard Street, gangavstand til Fishermans Wharf. Latterlig frokost, men grei frokostcafè rett i nærheten. Også nærme gode restauranter.

Greit motell med rimelig sentral beliggenhet 10 min.gange til Fishermans Warf. Litt broblemer med å få parkert på motellet alt for lite parkeringplasser.

Hotel close to railway, somewhat noisy. Not very clean either, blanket with cigarette burns and lots of hair from past gests.

good location - close to some nice restaurants - walking distance to many other restaurants & bars. Parking is limited, street noise off Lombard is tough to ignore. Good value for the limitations they have to work with, but pricing should be a little bit better...

Great location, close to harbour and other main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms where convenient and clean with quite big bathrooms. Free parking, although the space was limited. Included breakfast was nothing to write home about. They even ran out of food on our last day when we showed up a bit later (8:45).

Like most hotels along Lombard St, this property shows its age. We chose based on parking avaabity. While not the best, we did have no site parking. The bath room was nicely payed out and large for the room. While the mattress made concerning spring noises, it slept well. Seating in the room was 2 office desk chairs. No closet but a hanging rack.

Staff was very helpful. Location was great, close to city transportation. Room was very cramped with luggage. Bed was not very comfortable. It was clean and served our purpose as a place to sleep after a full day of sight-seeing.

Once we arrived with a payed King size bed room and checked in we were told there were no more rooms. The guy behind us had reserved the same room but it was only a reservation and ours was payed and he got the bed. Our upgrade was for a bigger room with 2 full size beds not even queens. Why would my wife and I want an upgrade for 2 beds that are smaller? […] It was a bit fustrating and I looked on Hotels.com and saw that you cant promise the bed size that we pay you for. So whats the point of paying for it 5 hours ahead of time to not get it when were there? Les mer

This hotel was near the quality that is listed. It was old, dirty and was not good for the price. We paid less down the street and the hotel was so much better.

Francisco Bay is very close to the Goldengate Bridge, Pier 39, the crookedest street in the world, and Ghirardelli Square. Public transportation is very accessible. The continental breakfast was pretty weak. Croissants, prepackaged Danish, instant coffee. Had several encounters with front desk staff. The two female attendants were absolutely rude and […] couldn't be bothered. The two male attendants were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was very clean. Decent sized room. Fridge and microwave in the room were nice to have. The décor though is straight out of the 80's. But really, who cares about that. You won't be in your room except to sleep. Turn left and walk a block and a half down Lombard and rent a bike from the dry cleaners. The bridge and Pier 39 are easily accessible by bike with good bike trails. Highly recommend taking the ferry to Sausalito and eat at Cibo's. Great inexpensive sandwiches and desserts. Les mer

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. Loved the free continental breakfast and free parking. Location is a short walk to fishermans wharf and Hotel staff were fantastic. All round great value for money.

Its in a good location for getting to the sights. Very nice staff. Rooms are small but clean. Can be noisy at night with traffic Breakfast is in lobby, just tea and bun, poor.Overall id recomend it

I had just come from a time-share suite, so in comparison it was not as good. It was just an average hotel room, nothing outstanding. People at the desk were not terribly helpful when I wanted to print out my boarding pass for the flight home. The breakfast was inadequate.

This is just a motel but the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is walking distance to some point of interest and good restaurants around. The room is being cleaned everyday. Parking is free.

We decided to go to San Francisco for the weekend. We were not looking for anything fancy and did not want to spend a shiny penny either. This hotel had a great price. It is a 4 blocks away from Lombard street, around 1.5 Walking miles from Fisherman's wharf, Girardelli chocolate factory and Pier 39. China Town and Union Square are also around 1.5-2 […] walking miles from this hotel. All the local tours we booked knew which hotel it was and had no problem getting to us. We were able to get a shuttle van to and from the Hotel for $18 per person. America Airporters was the name. We has a Microwave and a mini fridge, Iron and Blowdrier. Very clean. Breakfast is fruit, muffins and Milk, which was enough for me to start the day. Les mer

The hotel is easily accessible and the parking was free. The room was clean and better than we had anticipated. There was a convenient store directly across the street and the staff was nice. The room had a fridge an old tv and was semi spacious. Shampoo/conditioner provided was not good.

Me and my significant other stayed at the Francisco Bay Inn recently and were extremely pleased with our experience! The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially with tour information, local attractions, and nearby places to visit and dine. The location of the hotel was fantastic also! Very close to Fisherman's Wharf, which of course has a ton of things to see and do. nice location but employee at front office was not nice. Free parking lot is a big plus. They had limited breakfast quantity within the time frame that they promised, so you better get your breakfast earlier.

overall it is a terrible stay. bedsheet is dirty, closestool is obstructed. the service is ordinary. this is the worst hotel we have lived in.

It is a nice hotel. It is well connected to all the attractions in SFO by bus. Fisherman's Wharf pretty close. I wil surely visit this hotel again.
