"Ocean Point suites, Key Largo"
Helt greit leillighetshotell, med store leiligheter og bobblebad.Bassengområdet var helt ok, men badehuset var under rehabilitering. Stranden var ikke bra i det hele tatt, og en skuffelse ut fra de bildene som lå på nettet. Fullt av tang og vondt å gå.

Et fint hotell på Key Largo. Vakker beliggenhet og lett å finne. Kjempe fin utsikt med leilighet ut mot havet. Vi var derimot litt uheldige å få et rom som hadde et toalett som ikke fungerte og et annet rom som var dårlig rengjort (gammel kaffe i trakteren og saltstenger under sovesofaen). Men alt i alt et greit hotell.
"Fint hotel med flott beliggenhet"
Dette er mer en leilighetskompleks enn ett hotel. God standard på rommet er god og det er 2 store soverom på hvert eneste rom man bestiller. Tennisbane og rett ved stranda. Man må lage maten selv da det ikke er noe å få ta i på hotelet. Anbefales da det er mye dårlige bosteder langs veien mot Key West.

The location was nearby to our planned activities. The rooms were very nice. However our air conditioning was not working when we arrived back from a late dinner the first night. While we were offered a new room. We had to pack everything back up, go down and exchange keys and carry everythong to the new room. "happy vacation"
Great for a family vacation, good size bedrooms and living area. great view of the water.Pool and hot tub were fun, We used the beach side grill and made a great surf and turf meal and enjoyed it right there at the paviollion.

My wife, 5 year son and I stayed one night on the spur of the moment as we were on our way out of the Keys. Great location, large pool, beach and marina. Very quiet. This property was not what I expected. It's not on the beach as I thought it was. The office is by the water, but not the rooms. It was a condo rented out by the owner and not really a hotel. And the beach that it did offer was very small and weedy, not at all like the photo on the website... The rooms were spacious, but very outdated. The refrigerator […] was clean on the inside, but totally rusted on the outside. Kind of gross. One drawback was that there was no maid service, but you could request clean towels. However, there is a washer and dryer in the room. The only redeeming factor was that the grounds staff was very helpful. The person who checked us in, not so much. Overall, if you are expecting a nice resort, go further south to one of the bigger ones or to a hotel chain. Les mer

"disgraceful"
Been there previously. The apratments and grounds are immaculate. BUT, I was there last weekend (fully booked, holiday weekend) and was awoken (as was my 14 year old daughter) by concrete sawing, and foundation work was started prior to 8 am. They had no business renting rooms in the block where I was while concrete sawing was underway. Just disgraceful. […] I don't complain about stuff, but only sheer greed could lead to ruining a peaceful sleep when guest rooms are fully booked. The management was oh so kind as to refund the internet cost of one of us (yes, each computer has to pay $10 per night). Luckily, the Keys can bring you back to peace after (what my daughter called) an early morning chainsaw festival. Great property. Greedy, uncaring management. Les mer
"Ocean Point Suites"
My only complaint is there is no maid service while you are there - you must ask for anything you need such as more towels, coffee, etc
The maintenance of the rooms required several repairs: the shades fell off the windows, the screens to the sliders needed to be replaced. The washer and dryer did not work during our visit.

These are condos owned by individuals who rent them out. This particular unit needs some TLC. It is dated and needs new paint and a good scrubbing. We didn't do any cooking in the unit, but it does have everything needed for it. It also has a stackable washer and dryer. There is a very small balcony with a view of the ocean with this unit. The pool […] is large and has plenty of lounge chairs, however the restroom is under construction so we had to use the porta-potty. Overall this was a fine place to sleep, but could be great with some updating. Les mer
"Stay If you dont mind the renovations"
Me & My family stayed at the Ocean Point resorts over Spring Break weekend. First the room they gave me was not the one I requested. It had a queen bed in 2nd room but I requested 2 twins beds for my kids. They changed our room, to a room that was falling apart. A Painting covering a hole in both Bathroom walls were on the ground. Master bedroom toilet […] was broken. Had to use the kids bathroom. One bar of soap for the entire stay. Had to constantly ask for things. No coffee, cream, or sugar. But there was a coffee machine. But we never got anything. Had to head for the Circle K up the road. Sleeper Sofa turned out to be a futon. Lucky kids didn't mind. But an adult would have said different. Renovations everywhere. Port a Potty was the only restroom at the pool but was very dirty and constantly without toilet tissue. So we had to head to our room or the office to use the restroom. Inconvenient when you have a small child. Comfy bed in Master bedroom. Beautiful view. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. But this time around the kids said that next vacation we want to stay at another Resort. Not this one. Kids are very honest but me as an adult I cant agree more. Les mer

"We'll be back!"
Loved our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite, ocean-side. The view was amazing (so worth the extra money!), the suite we stayed in well maintained. The Hotel is condos that are rented out so I assume each "suite" is slightly different. My only 2 complaints would be that our bed (main bedroom) was broken down on each side and humped up in the middle. Also […] when we arrived the kitchen wasn't completely clean (coffee in pot, dirty dishes in dish washer, food left in cupboard from previous ppl, floor needed swept and mopped). Oh also, our 2 bedroom also had to bathrooms (master bath had whirlpool tub) which I didn't see when we booked so it was a nice surprise (may not be the ase with all suites??). There's a shopping plaza w/in 2 miles and a very nice park (playground/beach area) within walking distance. The pool was a bit chilly (not just my opinion, everyone getting in thought so) but nothing you couldn't handle (I'm a wimp when it comes to cold water and I was able to walk in pretty quickly) . I didn't have a chance to check out the hot tub as we had all (6) of our children with us (9 and under) and children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub. We loved it so much we extended our stay another 3 days (9 nights total) and will def be back next year!! Les mer

"Well worth the money"
There were 2 couples in our party and the Ocean Point Suites were cheaper than 2 hotel rooms and after we returned from dinner, it was much nicer to sit around and talk in the living room of the condo than gathering in the lobby of a hotel. Parking was easy and the bedrooms were large with good mattresses.

We went for our honeymoon. I loved this place. Food was great and the view was beautiful.
"Not ready for kids"
I booked a room for me and both my small babies. They were not ready for babies and they charged me MORE than I already paid, to get cribs even though I made the order for 2 small babies... The cribs did not wait in the room and I had to construct them. They did no try to understand the error of their ways.
Our stay at Ocean Pointe was awesome! It was nice & relaxing! Small beach area but the perfect size! The pool area was very nice! Lots of lounge chairs & close to our suite. The small little down side was the cafe. Be patient if you want a beverage & food! Service is very slow!! A lot of great restaurants within 15-20 minutes in either direction on […] US 1 - a must place to visit is Lor-e-lei for Pina Colada's!!! Beautiful sunsets and nightly outdoor music! A great place for vacationing near Key Largo. Very nice suite and amenities. Only problem was a TV hookup in the bedroom but it was quickly resolved by hotel staff.
"The best night's sleep ever"
Husband and I loved our stay. We rented a 2-bedroom condo with full kitchen. It was beautifully furnished and had the most comfortable king size bed ever. Hotel staff were wonderful, coming immediately when we couldn't get the television on. Wonderful location. Quiet. Away from Route 1. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

"exceptional pool area"
This is a place for boaters. Great slips and convenient. The pool area is clean and lovely. Nice view from the rooms. Each unit is individually owned but cleaned by resort staff. There is nothing to do in the area surrounding the resort and not much inside. Great for resting!

This place is showing its age--furniture, appliances, etc. It's an early 90's vintage. But it's clean enough, large, comfortable and the price was reasonable. But hey, what's the deal with no internet access? It's 2012, for goodness sake.

We like the hotel, but our room was not suited to 4 adults and we did not like the location of the room in the resort. We changed rooms after the first night-(which was a disruption to our visit). The service was good but I did not feel that hotels.com gave us a good deal-in fact it was too expensive for what we got!

Very late check in- did not-- seem to have enough help to turn over the rooms. We waited over 2 hours after signing in and we got there about 2 hours after the check in time given to us. very small beach area- not for swimming.

My husband and I booked this as a last minute anniversary trip. Check in was a breeze, they even let us check in at 1pm. Our unit was in bldg 4, second floor and had a great view. We loved having a 2 bdrm unit. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. Everything was very clean, fresh towels, fully loaded kitchen, 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms. […] Only issue we had was the cable for our tvs needed some fixing, but my husband was able to figure it out. Overall it was a great experience. Would recommend for longer stays like a week or so. "Never mind free WIFI - here you get free Ospreys!"
Everything went like clockwork - we were expected at the security gate and check-in was painless. The accommodation was someone's condo rented out through the resort's facilities and it was decently outfitted with quality linens and crockery. There's not much onsite, just a snackbar but as you're minutes from all that Key Largo can offer in the way […] of shopping and eating, that's not a hardship. The apartment blocks are organised so that everyone gets a view out over the hammock vegetation and mangroves towards the ocean and there's a resdient population of ospreys to admire if you get bored with the ever-changing sea and cloud scapes. All in all, it's top quality accommodation for anyone who wants to soak up all that the upper keys have to offer and the spacious layout is ideal for relaxing and airing your dive gear...... Don't forget to check out the nearby attractions such as the diving museum and bird sanctuary. Les mer
"Not as nice as hoped"
This stay didn't turn out as nice as hoped. It is a bunch of condos in which some of them are rented out. Maybe for a family of 6 it would be a good deal but for a couple wanting a nice accommodation...not so much. Pros: bigger than a hotel room, living room kitchen, 2 beds, 2 baths.
