We were on the 17th floor and our window faced City Hall. We were able to see every detail on City Hall and what a beautiful building it is. The room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen, a king bed and seperate sitting area. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was a great perk - it had a little […] bit of everythng. I think the location could not be beat. Our hotel stay was great. There was convenient valet parking and check in was very quick and courteous. Our room was a great deal for the price, especially on new years eve. The room was very large and comfortable. The room also came with a working kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the heat settings would not go up […] very high and the room got chilly. The hotel was only a half a block from our new years eve destination.. This hotel is very clean and in an extremely convenient location. When I first entered the room, a small area of the floor in the kitchen was wet because the dishwasher leaked. I called Guest Services and a very friendly maintenance man came within 15 minutes to fix the problem. As for size, I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and would have expected a […] little more space. (The Embassy Suites offer slightly more space and a balcony). Again, slim pickings for reserving a hotel in downtown Philadelphia two days before New Years, but I enjoyed my stay overall Les mer

The Residence Inn is a great value compared to the other similarly rated hotels in the city. It offers the basic bedroom plus a sitting area and kitchenette. The staff is very customer service oriented and accommodating. Very comfortable and great location! The only negatives are the old televisions and lack of ample movie and other channels. Also, […] no ice machines available and getting ice from the front desk is a slow process. I was advised, however, that the hotel is going through a complete renovation and the televisions will all be updated. Les mer

There is a lack of good signage for this hotel, it is between 2 other Marriott Hotel properties and it is close to great restaurants and shopping. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. One draw back was there was no bar, not a big problem but it is something I look forward to at the end of the day!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful when asked about local suggestions for nightlife, directions, and of course, cheesesteaks. We specified that we did need a sofabed, however, and that was not quite as accomodating. There were no linens in the closet (as stated). We asked that some be delivered, and they were left in the hallway (not sure what […] the policy is). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable- I felt that I was being sucked into a hole in the middle of the bed all night. Other than that, the hotel was great! Les mer

We chose this hotel as we have twin two year old daughters and we wanted a space with lots of space and a small kitchen. The room was perfect. The downside was initial service. Because we had little kids, we asked for an early check in so that they could nap. I was told at 1030 that a noon check in would be possible. I have previously stayed in other Residence Inn locations, and I was expecting the hotel to be a lot better than it actually was. The service was bad, someone at the front desk was rude, and The windows in the lobby were all dirty. I feel like they could do a lot better in terms of service. We went to breakfast and the plates and silverware were all […] plastic, something that I was NOT expecting. I later ordered room service, and half of my order was wrong. Needs much better service. Loved my stay here. The studio suites are perfect for the business traveler with a small kitchen, sitting area, very comfortable bed and full bath. Everything was very clean. I only wish they provided bottled water in the refrigerator, although the tap water in Philly is just fine, many prefer bottled. Staff was supper nice, however, the room was not properly cleaned. In addition, it took about 40 mins to get my car from the Valet Parking....Whats the point of Valet????

We love staying at this hotel! The rooms are large with a full kitchen. Each time we have stayed everything has been clean and comfortable. The front desk customer service was great! The breakfast was fantastic, too.

This is a nice hotel located in the heart of the city and close to everything you would like to see and do. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There is only one negative and that is parking! Valet parking is available, but if you want self parking, you will have to park someplace else and walk to the hotel.

Stayed here on a recent conference held at the nearby hospital. Hotel room was extremely nice and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are all suites including a full size fridge, stove and microwave. Each room, whether a studio or one or two bedroom has a living room with couch and tv. Each bedroom also has a tv. The staff is very kind. My only complaint of this hotel is the wireless can be a bit slow at certain times of the day.

My husband and I just stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and this hotel was outstanding. The room was big, had a full kitchen, closets, eating area, desk, sitting area and a wonderful king size bed. The staff was so nice, the room was clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. This hotel overlooks City Hall and was so close […] to everything. I would recommend staying here to couples or families, which we are already planning to go back with our children. Les mer

トイレの水を流すバルブが壊れていたり、テレビがつかなかったりしたがフロントに連絡するとしっかり対応してくれた。朝食はタダでも十分な種類があり大満足。台所がついていて家族での旅行時には最適です。
