Small but very nice hotel. It has a cool artsy vibe, looks brand new and fresh,and it is located right in the heart of the city center,so you can walk everywhere. the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

From the outside it looks small and when come in the lobby is tiny and charming. The rooms are absolutely first class. They must have been refurbished recently because everything looked new and clean. The bathroom was excellent and we didn't miss anything. The staff was always smiling and willing to help with all kind of questions and tasks. The location […] is perfect with short distance to Champs Elysees and the Metro just 200 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is rather expensive but there are a lot of Cafe's in the neighbourhood. You can hear the metro passing under the hotel but it didn't bother us at all. If I go to Paris again I will try to come back here. Les mer

Great room, although small. Breakfast was good, but a little on the expensive side. Great location--one block from Pretempts and Galarie Layfatte. Close to the metro.

This hotel is perfectly situated. A one minute walk to the tube station and a 5 minute walk to the Louvre, Champs Elysees & Gallerie Lafayette. (It only took my hubby 20 minutes to get to the congress centre at Port Maillot). The hotel is small / narrow, but the room size was just fine for the two of us, with a perfectly sized & spotlessly clean bathroom. […] Breakfast was a selection of pretty much everything you might want and a lovely quiet lounge area with log fire (!) to sit and read while you're waiting for your hubby to get ready!! :-) N.B. If you want tea & coffee making facilities just ask at reception who will then provide you with a tray for your room. I can also recommend a lovely restaurant just round the corner (literally) "Restaurant Le Madeleine". Nice for a couple, not cheap but not ridiculously expensive either. This is just a lovely place to stay. An unusual combination of comfort, efficiency and friendliness.

We found this hotel to be excellent value for money. It is located between two different Metro lines, so provides excellent access to the rest of Paris. It is also walking distance to shopping and Champs Elysees. The rooms are small by North American standards, but average for Paris. Staff were helpful.

This hotel is conveniently near Metro Madeleine (make sure you look for the exit that says Rue Tronchet) but in a neighbourhood where everything closes (even the bars) by 10.00pm. Surrounding area has some shops but you need to walk or take the metro to find anywhere to eat - even to find a decent place for breakfast. Hotel staff very kind and helpful. […] Room small but clean. We were upgraded to a superior room which made us wonder what the 'standard' would have been like. There were nice toiletries but no bath (although a very good small, but powerful, shower area in a very small bathroom) and no hairdryer. This hotel is absolutely lovely for a few days if all you plan to do is sleep but the rooms would be a tight squeeze for larger / heavier people (I'm 5ft 2 in. and an am under 8 stone. My husband is a slim 5ft 10 in). We enjoyed our stay but compared to a 4 star hotel in Madrid (also a 4 star Best Western) this comes in a poor second. Les mer

Hotel is located right in the middle of Madeleine, next to the Metro and surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. Place de la Concorde is less than 5 mins walk away. Americans shouldn't worry that this Best Western is like those in the States.... it's much nicer, with better upkeep. Very convenient to public transportation (Metro Madeleine 1 block away, Trains at St. Lazare about 5 minutes away) and, most conveniently, Roissybus (9 Euros to the airport) is a 5-minute walk. Front desk staff is really friendly. My […] only issue is not one with this specific hotel, but with the city... the main street out front is cobblestone, and vehicle traffic over it can be really loud as a result. However, the windows in my room were amazing, because the moment I shut them I couldn't hear a thing outside, even from a lower floor. Would definitely recommend, especially for people whose business/travel requires them to be at/near Madeleine/Concorde. Les mer

We were awed by how clean the hotel was and by its ultra-modern decor. The staff was friendly and rang us when we received a fax. For us, the location was perfect--close to the Opera, the Louvre, Printemps and other venues. We even walked to the Montmartre and back after dinner. The elevator was a bit scary at first, but we quickly got used to the slight […] drop when it reaches the top floor. Free WiFi was as advertised and secured with individual, temporary accounts. One tip for improvement would be to display the telephone number for the front desk. Les mer

The hotel was small but nice. It was recently renovated as it states on their website. Location is not great for site seeing (or English speaking) but the Paris Metro can get you anywhere you need to go and there is a Metro station just a block up the street. My room only had a shower with glass doors which had a gap on the bottom so water would leak […] out and make a mess. 2 twin beds but that was fine. A friend of mine paid the same price and got a king bed and a bathtub with shower. I probably could have asked to be switched but I didn't. Staff was pleasant most of the time and spoke English pretty well. We tried to have a late night drink in the lobby and gentlemen on staff said the bar was closed even though the book in the room said it is open 24 hours. I'm pretty sure he was just lazy and didn't want to serve us the drinks. Overall, I don't have any major complaints. Les mer

Bon hôtel bien situé. Quelques bruits venant des couloirs mais vite oubliés.

Hôtel idéal pour les hommes d'affaires. Très bien situé à Paris, proche de tout. Attention vue la petite taille de l'hôtel (ascenseur ; couloir d'accès), il n'est pas du tout à recommander auprès des familles.

マドレーヌ教会のすぐ目の前でロケーションは便利でとてもよかったです。部屋が非常に狭く大きなスーツケースを広げるスペースがなかった。部屋にいると息が詰まるので寝るだけですね。バスルーム、他衛生面は問題なしです。部屋のセーフティーボックスはクローゼットの床にあって使いづらかった。ないよりはいいですが。
