Må være eneste restauranten i DK uten skjenkerett!! Skyldes visstnok eierskifte i følge kokken, eller var han servitør ? Og når maten heller ikke smaker, blir det terningkast 1.

Et greit hotel for overnatting når man er transfer og skal videre fra Kastrup Airport.

Helt greitt hotell, veldig god pris på rommet:)

dårlig/ingen ventillasjon for varmt på rommene 27 grader om natten dårlig mat lamper blunker og har dårlig kontakt (svidd skjerm) (brannfare) ingen isbiter tilgjengelig etter kl 2200 varierende kundebehandling

Et veldig greit sted å overnatte f.eks. hvis man skal fly videre fra Kastrup.

Mye støy på rommet fra traffikk.

Rent og ryddig, men uten air-condition anlegg påskrudd ble dette en svett opplevelse innenfor glassburet som omkranset rommene. At alt i området stengte kl 21 inkl. hotellrestaurant var heller ingen 'hit'.

Da jeg bestilte på dette hotellet, var jeg ikke klar over at det lå så langt fra København sentrum. Men da jeg ble litt kjent, var det faktisk mulig å komme inn til byen på 20 min. med buss og tog. Hotellet er litt nedslitt. Frokosten var OK, men de var ikke flinke til å fylle opp tomme fat. Vinduet på værelset gikk ikke an å åpne, så det ble altfor […] varmt. Dette er et bra hotell og overnatte paa ved reise til/fra Kobenhavn, bruker dette hotellet alltid dtte hotellet paa mine reiser

I was expecting a polite smile and a gentle tone as I checked in to stay in this hotel for one night. There were two guests in line before me, and none of us could get a smile out of the woman behind the counter. As I put forward my ID and said I was checking in, the lady just turned around saying she didn't need it, and got a small form for me to fill […] out. Though the order said we were to be two guests in the room, I recieved one key card. This in it self was no problem - but the receptionist acted bothered as I asked for another one so me and my friend could have each ours. The room was fine, but the air was all still and quickly turned bad. This was to the extent that my friend got a sore throat. The faucet in the bathroom was a mess, spraying water all over. I told the receptionist at checkout about this - not getting a smile this time either. She said "thank you", though not very heart felt. My impression of the hotels service was bettered by a short call to the reception during the night just asking how long breakfast was served. Cleaning was fine. There was a small dark hair on my bed that wish wasn't there, and there were documents in a drawer from a previous guest. The beds were wide and comfortable. Check-in and -out was quick and easy, but my all over impression of the hotel is low. This shows me how important the first impression is. Had the lady tried to smile, it would be better. Breakfast was extremely simple and boring. In a restaurant with barely a fourth of the tables occupied, there were NO vacant tables cleared. We had to move cups and dishes from a table, and a while later a young man started cleaning tables, though not very efficiently. Thank God we didn't pay more than we did - getting a last minute deal. Topp service ved ankomst, meget vennlig og profesjonell innsjekking. Rent rom og den beste service ved bestilling av drosje og parkering av egen bil. Anbefaler Bel Air på det beste.

Ligger 5 min fra Kastrup Flyplass i rolige omgivelser. Grei betjening og rommene helt ok. Gode parkeringsmuligheter som også er gratis. Hotellet kan anbefales på det varmeste

in general not so satisfactory. the noise of the road very close to the rooms was very disturbing and also the noise level in general was high. the rooms were clean but old and WIFIO access was not working. for the price it is absolutely better to use this only if you have a early morning flight. neigboorhood is nothing.

Pros- Very close to Copenhagen airport maybe 5 minutes at most. Clean rooms, nice bathroom and the staff was very nice. The price was good for a Denmark hotel. Cons- the hotel itself is old, in a neighborhood that is not pleasing to the eye. No elevator so if you have lots of luggage this could present a small problem. While I would not want ot stay for a long period of time, the hotel was perfect for a night before a flight. Les mer

No courtesy van service to/from Kastrup - cost DKK100 each way. Advertise restaurant, but it did not open until 1830. A 10 minutes walk to nearest place serving food (pizzaria). Bathroom cramped, no soap, no tissues in the tissue box. It may be close to the airport, but not convenient.

Ok hotel if you are going to fly out from Kastrup in the morning. Great breakfast (continental). Heavy noise from the street straight in to the room. Also a street light right outside our room. Ok bathroom.

Be aware that the taxi cost to and from the Kastrup airport will be significant, and therefore summing it all up with convinvence, time saved etc, i will stay at the airport next time in a slighly more expensive hotel

Hotel was nice. Not premium class, but service replaced all deficiencies. Reception was very helpful.

The hotel is quite close to the airport (Taxi is less than 100 DKK). Insist on a room to the backyard as the road in front of the hotel can be quite noisy. Free wireless Internet available but not the top speed network. Breakfast is ok, but nothing fancy. Pricevalue is ok compared to other hotels in the airport area.

This was a very comfortable, very clean hotel only two miles away from the airport but unfortunately, not near anything else. The neighborhood was a very nice residential area but in order to get into the main old town area and all the sites, you either walk 2 miles back to the airport to catch the train or pay out the nose for a taxi, or take a bus. This […] was a nice stay for me as I was merely staying one night between airplane transfers but if your intent is to spend several days vacationing in the main part of the old historic city, I'd recommend you select another hotel near the main (central) train station. Very disappointed. Where is the roof garden as specified? Coffee Machine kept breaking down in the breakfast room. No tea/coffee making facilities in own room, only in hotel entrance hall. Shower dirty around edges. Had to move rooms cos of traffic noise. Room doors very noisy to shut. Pool table was not level also cue tip missing and incomplete set […] of balls. Ventilation was a problem at first. The room smelled musty. But I opened the window and the door to the hallway and it aired out since they had the outside hallway door open to the outside. A taxi to or from the airport costs about 75 DDk, or about 15-20 US. Bus 36 also leaves from the airport and stops a few steps from the hotel....about 5-6 dollars. […] The hotel is far from downtown, but a bus runs from a nearby street corner to downtown about 10 minutes walk away. We are ending a cruise, and had some sandwiches from the ship, so we sat out on the patio and ate them... They have a great complete breakfast...included at no extra charge. Also a restaurant upstairs where they serve dinners, except on Sunday. We were told an Italian restaurant is about 3 b locks away, walking distance, and a snack sandwich shop, but haven't gone there. Our taxi ride to the hotel is about 10-15 min. Hotel also can be reached by bus #36 (2 min. walk after getting of the bus) from the airport. Bus is never crowed, and has room for your belongings.

Very nice pesonal, and hotel, but in nead of new decorating and opdating in the rooms.

We bookeked here for location, but got a downstairs room with poor ventalation and no air conditioning. Room was clean and nice, parking area was a bit shady,

Very convenient for the airport. My flight was at 7.20am and I caught the 5.22am bus number 36 just out side the hotel, took only 10minutes so arrived at airport in plenty of time. Front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine with plenty of food. Room was fairly basic but clean with a nice fast shower. If you want to go into the centre take […] a 10min walk to the end of the road to catch the 350S. Nearby kiosk will sell you a transport card for 10 journeys, get the 3 zone one for Kr170. Les mer

This really is a place to avoid, unless you like smokey, stuffy rooms, noise all night long, and surroundings that are far from inspiring. Sure, it's close to the airport, but you can be in the centre of Copenhagen on the train from the airport in 15 minutes - and for less than the cost of the taxi fare from this hotel. Here's my experience:- When […] I arrived, I was given a room that smelt of cigarette smoke, overlooking a courtyard littered with old bicycles, beer cans and rubbish, where two men were drinking beer, listening to loud music, and starting up their barbeque. I complained at reception (to the very helpful staff) and asked for a room that did not overlook this courtyard - the only option was one overlooking the road. I was warned by the staff that the road was very noisy, but I figured I would prefer to take my chances with traffic noise rather than listen to a noisy barbeque all night long. I'll never know if this was a wise choice, but I can inform you that the road outside the hotel is indeed VERY busy and that the local residents seem to favour cars and motorbikes with loud exhausts / CD players (or both). I managed to get some sleep between 11pm and 4am however, interrupted by the long-term residents in the hotel who engaged in heated and loud debates outside the hotel in the early hours of the morning. Apart from that, there is nowhere decent nearby to get anything to eat, nothing of any note to see in the area, and the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The staff are very nice, but the catering staff were rather slapdash, and not very good at their job. When a fellow guest pointed out at breakfast that there was virtually nothing left to eat, the staff seemed to think that was his problem, and not theirs. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case it is fully deserved. The hotel is close to the airport, friendly front desk, taxi ordered the previous night was right on time. Would recommend if flight is early a.m. taxi rate 100DK to airport

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was only a 60-80 DK cab ride to the airport. The hotel itself is showing a little of its age, but for a cheap place near the airport it works just fine.
