Citadines Louvre Paris - Paris

Promotion for this hotel is totally deceptive. It gives an illusion of class and luxury but is nothing of the sort. Location good but presentation very second rate

One of the biggest surprises we had. The rooms are way better than expected and quite large for a french hotel. We could not have been happier with the Citadines Apart'hotel Paris Louvre. I booked it just based on it's location and amenities from the Hotels.com listing and with how great our experience was, we will definitely stay there again. It started with us arriving way before check-in (which is 3PM) - The clerk was able to find us a room and let us check […] in early (and, after 9 hours of traveling, this was greatly appreciated). We rented an apartment room to accommodate the 4 of us. We entered the room an could not believe how spacious it was for a reasonably priced Paris Hotel. I opened the curtains and found that our room had a nice little balcony overlooking the fountain and with a nice view of the Louvre. This was another extremely pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable (we let my daughters sleep in the bedroom, which had two twin beds pushed together to make a larger bed) and my wife and I used the pull-out sofa bed (in the separate living room), which was quite comfortable. The kitchen was extremely functional. It had a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and stove. We found a small grocery store on Rue de L'Opera (less than a 2 minute walk) which had everything that we needed to have breakfast in our room. As for location - This was truly the best feature. The Pyramid entrance to the Louvre was 2 blocks away, the Palais Royal 7 line Metro stop was less than 1 block away and the 1 line Metro stop was 2 blocks away. From the 1 or 7 Metro line you can easily get to anywhere in Pairs. Les mer

We stayed at the Citadine Louve in Paris. It was clean roomy and had friendly helpful staff. it was across the street from the louve with the metro right there and bus line across the street. We would stay here again if get to come back to Paris. We stayed in the one bedroom and pull out couch. Two adults and two children 15 and 5 years and had plenty […] of room. The room was great (ideal for a family), with a convenient fold up sofa-bed, that to our surprise was really comfortable. Also there was a kitchen with a hob, a refrigerator and a microwave, so you could buy lots of food and have your dinner in your room. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, they spoke fluent English and organised any day trips […] that we wanted. On the day of our departure, they kept our luggage (free of charge) until the time of our connecting train. The location of the hotel could not have been better. The hotel was a 1 minute walk from the "Palais Royale Musée du Louvre" metro station, a 40 second walk to the "L'Open Tour ", the open top bus tour of Paris and a 2 minute walk from the Louvre. Our Room was on a corner overlooking a typical Parisian square. We would defiantly return to this hotel. Les mer

You can't beat the location of this hotel but do not have any misconceptions. This is a hotel that should be used as a place to sleep and that is it. Not for couples looking for romance in Paris. If you are from the US then you are familiar with Motel 6. This is what one can expect from this hotel. No frills, basic accomidations. We stayed for 2 days […] with a family of 4 and 2 teens. We had a seperate room for the adults with a firm (very) bed and 2 pillows (no extras). Kids has a pull out couch that was the size of a double bed. However, the rooms had plenty of space for Paris standards, small kitchen and adequate bathroom. Again, this was not a bad hotel but I have stayed in better. The reason one would overlook this is the location. 2-3 minutes walk to the Louvre with plenty of places to eat and shop within a few blocks radius. Les mer

Given the higher cost of this hotel and the high ratings on Hotels.com, I was very much looking forward to my stay at this hotel. When I arrived at my room, I found a large living room with old carpet and an outdated couch. I was able to flip open the ratty old couch and convert it to a single bed. As a middle-side American who appreciates a hard mattress, […] I was okay, but I know a lot of people who would definitely not be comfortable with this arrangement. I also was not aware that I would be required to fork out an extra 10 euros for breakfast (a basic breakfast is typically included in Parisian hotels). Other than the very crumby room and the costly breakfast, the staff was polite and I appreciated that they spoke excellent English. The location of this hotel was great. Les mer

make sure and request a room on the back - our first trip here we overlooked the street, and it was unbearably loud. second trip we had a room on the back, and it was perfect

立地は大変いい。ルーブル美術館には徒歩3分程度、オペラ裏の百貨店街にも近い。 部屋も、機能的で、キッチン・備品もしっかりしているが、バスの床のタイルが割れていたり、バスタブの排水口が不具合であったりして（うまく排水できない）、メンテナンスがやや不良であった。、

場所はよかったのですが、期待外れでした。まさか、ソファーベットとは、思いませんでした。残念。

Além da ótima localização, os quartos são espaçosos e o staff do Hotel é muito cordato e fala inglês fluente sem se incomodar com isso, coisa absolutamente rara em Paris. Ótimo custo benefício.

预订之前看中了这里得天独厚的位置——市中心！非常方便！于是下了订单交了全额，很快收到确认邮件。可是到达之后居然被告知没有房间，事先又不通知，要把额发配到另一个各方面条件都远不如这里的分店！黑夜中的陌生城市不搬迁又如何？去了之后一天也呆不下去，郁闷遭遇此处省略3000字！经过据理力争，幸得法国朋友相助，两天后搬回。此后各方面非常满意，下次再来还会选择这家，但是一定记得即使饭店给了“确认信”你也要再三确认，不然很可能重蹈覆辙。 这里的好处：极其市中心，套间里厨房等一应俱全，对面就是卢浮宫，周边饭馆云集，车站便利。。。

Excelent location for walking days in Paris. The pictures look more fancy than it really is. Spaceous rooms and well equiped kitchen. Internet in every room. The satff is very friendly and helpfull, they speak english (all of them) and are pleased to help you in any way they can. Trust me, this is VERY RARE in Paris.

perfekte Location, aber die Betten sind allesamt Sofas zum Auseinanderklappen. Das geht nicht.

Excelente ubicacion, el precio alto para la calidad del hotel y de la habitacion, la habitacion comoda y amplia, pero un poco viejo, pero SUUUPERRR bien ubicado a unos metros de la estacion del metro y a pasos de muchas de las importantes atraciones de Paris, pero en fin uno al hotel va a dormir y muy tarde, lo recomiendo.
