Sov her kun 1 natt men virket helt greit. Eneste minuset var et heller bråkete A/C. Benyttet oss ikke av frokosten så har lite å si om den.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the drapes. The staff was very attentive. The carpets, all furniture, and pillows need to be replaced. The sofa in our room was completely broke down-felt like we were sitting on the floor. staff were nice and pleasant. the room was clean and enough room for what we needed. but the breakfast area is too small and the coffee cart is located about 12 inches from a chair where a person is sitting for breakfast and is inconvenient, the hot tub had toxic fumes coming from it that burned the eyes and skin and throat, I reported it but it was […] still left open Les mer

The pool was nice and warm, a pleasant experience. The hot tub was over treated, stay away! The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was Great!
"Stayed 3 nights and never had maid service."
We stayed for 3 nights there, and didn't have maid service one day. We had to go get our own clean linens. And take out our own trash. The hot tub & sauna didn't work none of the days we were there. There was no pool towels, the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the ladies who worked there. The furniture in our room was very uncomfortable. Very difficult to get off the sofa once you are on it. I ended up going to the lobby to read the newspaper. One day during our stay the room was not serviced. It was too late when we returned to do anything about it. You really must do something about the room keys. We had to get them reset 3 time during […] a 4 day stay. Please realize how irritating it is to get to your room after a long day and not be able to get in. Leave you family standing in the hall while I go down to get it attended to. On the plus side the breakfast was very good. The eggs to order is a very nice touch. I had to work during our stay and the internet was excellent. One of the reasons I stay here is because of the two rooms. I am able to work late without disturbing my wife. Les mer
"Excellent Service"
Is the best place to stay because it has two rooms with two tvs in each room. Service waz awesome and will stay there again!
This hotel was only ok. The pool was large and warm (very busy) - that was the best part. The rooms were nice because the bathroom separated the beds from a couch and tv. We had two kids with us so it was nice to put them to bed and relax for a few minutes. The hotel itself is definitely older looking on the inside - walls, paint and decor definitely […] show their age. Bed were comfortable and everything was fine. The only thing we didn't care for was the sign in the parking lot that reminded visitors that the hotel was not responsible for either items stolen from or a stolen car. Most of the restaurants and better looking hotels were on the other side of the freeway - for similar prices. Knowing that now, I probably wouldn't stay here again. Les mer
"Love Best Western Plus"
We love staying in a Hotel were you can shut the door so some can sleep and some can watch TV. This hotel and the front mngr. were perfect for our travel plans.
"A bit difficult to get to but worth the try"
The access route to the hotel is the worst part about staying there. It is a cut off cul-de-sac that has the same name as a road one exit earlier which provides equally difficult access to several hotels. Very confusing. The best way to get to it is to take a U-turn at a safe place once you get off the Interstate. DO NOT FOLLOW the mapquest directions […] or you can count on being lost. Just take a left off the interstate, go about 0.25 mile up to the nearest possible turn around, take a U-turn in a parking lot and stay in the right lane. Drive down the road that says "Pan American Freeway" no outlet and you're going to get to the hotel just about 0.10 miles up the road on the right. With all the moaning and groaning about problems getting there, I thought I'd provide correct directions. We had a great stay in the room itself - one of the whirlpool tub rooms. Access to the whirlpool itself was awkward... you had to climb in to turn on the water and there was no way to adjust the water from the outside. I almost scalded my feet trying to add some cold water. This should be fixed by putting an opening in the glass wall surrounding the tub near the faucets. However, the pool worked great and I enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and the A/C cranked nicely, although it DID NOT cool the front room. It was nice to have two separate rooms as my husband played a gig up the road that night and had to catch some sleep beforehand. The back room was quiet, the front room not so much. The hotel was fully booked while we stayed there and when we got to breakfast in the morning about half an hour prior to Sunday shut-down time, they were out of almost everything and not willing to restock. Not good. Overall though, to us getting a good night's sleep after the show was the most important thing and it was great to have a room in the rear with no highway noise whatsoever. After reading positive reviews of this Best Western, I booked 4 rooms for a youth trip I was taking. The location, while not downtown, is extremely easy to find. We found the hotel well kept and very inviting. While we found our room lacking a few toiletry items, the staff was quick to help us get what we needed. The hotel is mostly remodeled and the staff was extremely friendly. the breakfast room was a little small but the hotel was completely full all 4 days we were there. The pool was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The 2 separate rooms was a nice touch and made it good for the kids to watch a different show than the adults.

The hotel is old and not cleaned. The room was occupied by someone else when my family and I arrived. The front desk was unaware of this. Overall the room was nice, service was also very good. The pool was nice and warm, the food in the morning was pretty good. The only downside is the location a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

There were blood stains on the bedding and dirty underwear under the curtains. I swear. Dirty hotel, supposed to have a 2 bedroom suite and all it had was a king bed and a pull out with the shower and tub in the room with the king bed. not bad if you have small kids with you but not for friends staying together.

"Disappointed in my second stay...."
The first room I was assigned to stay in smelled pretty bad of old smoker's smoke and the room was a non-smoking room. We were then transferred to another room up another level and it was fairly nice. It smelled a lot better than the previous one. There were soda spills dried and sticky on the tv stand and night stand. I called the front desk and informed […] them that the room wasn't fully cleaned, but I was okay with the room. I requested to have the areas wiped down while I went out to have dinner. Upon my return way much later, the one area on the tv stand was cleaned up, but they failed to clean the night stand. I was a little upset and wiped it up myself. The beds were not too comfortable; kinda' hard and worn. I must say I previously stayed at this hotel and our stay was wonderful and excellent! But this second time around it wasn't too great. I don't think I will stay here again unless I really have to. The front desk staff personnel was very pleasant and very helpful, but the room being the way it was just did it to me. Les mer

Picked the hotel for it's location and the indoor pool. The pool was closed and NOT listed on their website. I checked. They said they couldn't get us adjoining rooms. We were several rooms apart and the 2nd room was filled with curtain, chairs and equipment...they were doing redoing some of their rooms. After I insisted and complained they finally got a hold of the manager and found 2 adjoining rooms that were acceptable. Not my best experience with a Best Western. "BW Exec Suites not a bad place to be delayed"
Due to weather we needed to stay off the I40 on our cross country road trip two nights. This place was a good pick at a great price. Traveling w a little one the extra living room space allowed mom and dad to relax after bedtime. The indoor pool was warm and clean, breakfast was adequate, and we got all the laundry done too. "Best Western Exec Suites in Alb, NM"
The overall stay was very pleasant, but we booked this hotel specifically for the pool for our children to have a nice time only to find that it was out of service. It would be nice to see that posted on their website. We were told we could go to another Best Western location and were given a map. We tried and the address given was an apartment complex […] with an outside pool. Don't know what happened there....and to boot, it was miles across town. Needless to say, we had disappointed kids. "New Mexico - Best Western Abq."
Great place to stay. We had a pull out couch and two double beds. Enough room for everyone. Breakfeast was wonderfull. I have two teenage boys and they didn't leave hungery!

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. the access from the freeway was awkward and would be difficult at night. While the desk staff told us there was a hot breakfast, since there was no signage, we didn't quite realize that would could order cooked to order eggs, etc. until after we had the standard fare of waffles, bagels, toast and fruit. "A great value"
The Best Western Executive Suites is a great value for the money. Have had no issues in the three times I have stayed there. The beds are great and I have slept like a baby each time. The complimentry breakfast is fine, the Seattles Best coffee is a plus. Will stay there again on business trips.

Enjoyed the stay, loved the king suite with jacuzzi, however I would venture to guess that the room is not used often, there was some mildew behind the handles to turn on the water in the j-tub. Overall, a great stay!

I spent many hours researching motels to find a deal this time. I always stay at The Hilton but have decided to try to be more economical. I do however, want an indoor pool and jacuzzi because i do not sleep well on business trips and this is what I do to relax and sleep. When we checked in they said the pool and jacuzzi was down for renovations. I […] think this was wrong to entice us with a good price then take half of the accomodations away and say ok you can stay at our sister hotel pay now and get a credit for the other later. Not good. I did not sleep well and did not enjoy this trip at all. Then to top it off, when they first gave us our room they gave us a key to a room that was occupied and the person was in the shower when we entered their room. I looked around and found the bed rumpled, clothes in the closet, half drank water bottle on the stand. We exited immediatly but wondered if that had been me in the shower I would have been very scared and upset. I think I will stick to Hilton. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. You might want to get a local residential telephone book for the front desk. I needed a residential number and the only telephone book available was for businesses. The rooms were smaller than we had anticipated, but everything worked out okay. When the refrigerator broke down it was promptly replaced. Another […] computer in the guest office would have been nice but, hey, that is an extra. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and appreciated. Breakfast was very good, a nice variety, and pleasant service. My children (mid-20s) found the complimentary cookies. They were delicious. "Bright Lights!"
Not a bad place to stay. Huge spotlight right in front of our window made it some what difficult to fall asleep. Rooms are clean. However, the carpet and furnishings seem dated. The location is somewhat difficult to get to but not impossible. Made to order eggs and sausage in the morning almost made it recommendable.
The Best Western in Albuquerque was great for us. We selected it after reviewing and comparing listings of other hotels on the Hotels,com website and the internet.. The location was perfect, the room was nice. The indoor pool was nice and clean. The employees were friendly and accommodating. They provided around the clock free coffee and tea. Motel is close to Cliff's Amusement Park and lots of restaurants. Hot breakfast was great (lady cooking up the eggs was friendly and helpful) and varied. Pool was warm, but whirlpool was not hot enough. Quick access to I-25.

Great place to stay. Best in-house free breakfast anywhere. Hotel staff- Front desk & breakfast cook were exceptional in providing all requested services. Room service was also exceptional. Would recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Albuquerque.

Room wasn't the cleanest the sofa bed had tons of crumbs in the cushions. The evening staff was friendly but the morning staff were hating their life. Decent overall not terrible but nothing to rave about either.

We booked a king suite and they gave us a full suite instead. The room was worn out and the crib they assigned us broke while my infant son slept in it. The next they moved us to a king suite and the room smelled like feces. Furniture in both rooms was very dated, old, and seemed dirty. wish we had time to enjoy the pool, didn't know it was there til the last day. the bed was nice, shower was excellant.
