Holiday Inn Express Moreno Valley (Lake Perris) - Moreno Valley

I stayed here for three nights while working out in palm desert area during Coachella Music Festival. While a bit of a drive out to the desert, the rates at this property helped keep me profitable. The people that work here are friendly & very service oriented. The rooms were clean & comfortable.

Trying to book a hotel in PS during Coachella was impossible. This hotel, while 40 minutes from PS was worth the drive. The front desk was extremely welcoming and friendly after a really long day of work in PS. The accommodations were clean and what I expected.

Hotel and room were clean and quite, the staff were helpful and polite. The beds were a little on the hard side but thats no biggie. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Moreno Valley.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. the rooms are neat and clean, the staff is friendly, and continental breakfast is excellent! ( pastries, pancakes, eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc) however the location is not so desirable. my friend and I were actually warned by the taxi driver to pick us up to take us to dinner to avoid the night club it was just a few […] blocks up the street because of gang activity. there were also police sirens very often in that area. as a single woman staying alone most of the time I did not feel comfortable in that area. I liked that the hotel was clean, the rooms were pretty spacious, the staff was friendly and I was very impressed with their buffet breakfast.

Hotel was great! Very clean and safe for our little family. And we were pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast too! Eggs, bacon, sausage, warm cinnamon rolls and we took some coffee to go. Kids had a great time and so did we. Thank you!

Our stay was great! We didn't really mind the drive from Nocturnal Wonderland to the hotel, because everything in San Bernardino seemed a little sketchy. We loved being able to sleep in, after trying to rest from a crazy weekend. However, the housekeeper got upset at us because we didn't want the room cleaned, (which was clean anyways) since all we […] wanted to do was rest and sleep. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff very attentive and friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is not very desirable. The bed was very comfy and overall had a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I stayed in a king leisure suite, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. It was everything I could ask for in a hotel. Very satisfied.

Maintenance was bad. Internet service in LOBBY is bad. COULD NOT print boarding passes for flight. SECOND time this has happened at the hotel. INTERNET access fine in room. BUT in the LOBBY someone needs to make repairs and update the internet access so one can print their flight info.

Stayed for one night for a wedding nearby and the hotel allowed us to check in early so that we had enough time to get ready for the event and allowed us late check out to relax before our drive back. Rooms were somewhat small but very comfortable and perfect for an overnight getaway. Pool was also awesome!

We had a soccer tournament in town. The hotel was very clean and I LOVED the larger then average fridge in the room and microwave. We brought lunch stuff so we didn't have to eat every meal out. The people that worked there were very friendly. My daughter spilled something on the bed after housekeeping left and they brought me new sheets right away. […] The location is very close to the main Mall in town so we went to the Harkins theater and there is a lot of places to eat nearby. My only complaint was that the room and bathroom are small and the beds were a lot firmer then I like, but my kids liked the beds. But, I'd take super clean over extra space any day!! The breakfast buffet was also convenient from 6-9:30. Also liked having coffee in the lobby any time I wanted a cup during our stay. Les mer

The room was comfortable and clean. My friends and I really only needed a clean bed prior to an event the following day and this served our purposes perfectly. The staff was also curteous. The only complaint would be the treadmill in the exercise room. I'm a very fit but tall runner who weighs about 189 lbs. It was nice for what we needed it for. We were only there for 4 nights. I couldn't have stayed any longer because the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

After we checked in, I was surprised at how small our room was. This may have been because the ceiling was very low and the window very small, which made it feel claustrophobic. My major complaint was all the noise coming from within the room--at 2AM I finally got up and unplugged the TV, refrigerator, microwave, clock, etc., but there was still an […] electronic buzzing sound. Also, it was difficult to get the room cold enough (despite the fact that it was in the 40s outside). Also, there was a used bar of soap left from a past guest in the shower soap dish, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Still, I don't think there are a lot of good options in Moreno Valley, so this was probably as good as any for the price, particularly since it included a great hot breakfast. Les mer

Second time I have stayed there in 6 mnths. Have no complaints whatsoever . The staff are helpful and friendly, and housekeeping is excellent...hope to stay there again soon.

I have stayed in many locations for my business (from 3 start to 5) and I have to say that I have not had this level of costumer service every before. never have I had a manager say to a staff "you should never tell a guest no or that we can't do something until we exhaust all options." I had told the desk that I had forgot something and the staff said […] she did not have the item. The Mrg had a staff member go to the store, get it for me & bringing it to me room at no charge at all! When he ran in to me in the hall later that day he asked if I needed anything else and how my stay was. He also talked about how the hotel was in the process of upgrading and apologized for any mess or inconvenience. I had no issue at all but he cared and made sure his staff cared also. Was attending family funeral and had a wonderful safe harbor here. Breakfast was great, real eggs! Room small but overall very comfortable. Will be back in another month and will stay there again.

Just needed a place to stay before heading back home, almost wished we could have stayed at the hotel longer. My group had two rooms and after checking in the hotel changed our rooms so that we would be closer to each other. Very nice surprise.

When I got to the hotel I had to park in the bowling alley parking lot because the hotel parking was closed off. When I checked in, I was informed that I can park in the hotel parking lot and to let the security know I was staying there. Room was not very clean. Chair in room looked dirty and worn. Room was hot and the air conditioning did not help. Advertised late check out and jets in bathtub, had neither. Bathroom configuration was horrible, door so close to the toilet you could hardly move around. The sink was in with bathtub and toilet so one person couldn't get ready if the other […] was using the facilities yet a weird marble shelf without a mirror was outside the door. Great place to stay if you are in the Valley; relatively close to the mall and restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating.

We stayed here to goto a wedding. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helped me carry my luggage to my room, the breakfast was more than adequate for what we paid for the room. The food was really good. I was surprised. Close to the highway with easy access. I will definitely stay here again!!!

I have stayed at a couple holiday expresses and this was the worst. Rooms are very small and our room did not get cleaned between our stay when we left for the day. The hotel staff was rude when I brought up this point to them. Will never stay here again!

The hotel manager and staff were wonderful. Eager to help and assist us. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The food was warm and tasty. It was nice to have the variety. The room was a bit tight for a family of 4, but the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a microwave and a fridge. Overall it was a good stay and I would come back.

Having said that, it's a nice hotel and the breakfast is pretty good too. not Embassy suites quality but no complaints. In the north central part of moreno valley so convenient to the hospitals, the 60 freeway to get other places and so on.

Excellent experience all the way around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and very clean. the bathroom was also immaculate. The microwave and refridge were in a cabinet, first class. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety, including eggs, hot cakes, sausage, bacon, cereal, muffins, etc. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at this location and we were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and we were always greeted in the morning. The breakfast buffet was nice and had the right amount of available food to keep us filled until lunchtime. This is an excellent location from UC-Riverside which is great for those that are visiting their kids […] attending school there. I will definitely stay here again. Les mer

Very warm welcome at check-in...desk clerk was great! Room was spotless and fully stocked with everything we'd need. We were right off the freeway and very easy to find. The place was nice and quiet...even with a huge bowling alley next door. I'll stay here again!

Room was ready as expected. Checked-in at midnight and ordered a delivery pizza that was delivered to us with no hassle at all. Great breakfast that was included in room rate. Would definitely recommend to others.

This hotel is not spectacular but good enough. The surrounding location is not horrible, but not great. I did notice there was a security guard outside at night. One thing I will say is that you have to go to the Chicago Pasta House across the street. Great stuffed pizza, lasagna, pasta, everything, and great service!
