Vi hadde 9 fine døgn på dette hotellet, bare posetivt å si. Frokosten var over de som brukes å bli servert på hotellene i usa. Store og fine rom, soverom og stue med kjøkkenkrok. 2 Airkondisjoner. TOPP.

The hotel smelled terribly of mold , asked for a cleaning but the hotel wouldnt do it....Breakfast was fair, not many choices but on a good note, the pool and courtyard were beautiful.

I always stay royale parc suites because of the service, Great breakfast, Clean, Great pool. Great bar. The only hotel I know of gives you FREE beer from 6:pm to 7:pm.

We chose this hotel because it sounded the most amenable for adults looking for overnight enroute. Mandatory extra charge for "spa" & breakfast were worthless because check in was too late to use pool and breakfast wasn't until after 7 which was after our 6:30 departure. Poolside bar and "free" managers reception consisted of outdoor TV with plastic […] cups of beer and loud bartender. Accommodations were quiet and clean, but grim with Ironed but ripped sheets. We picked this hotel because the picture looked very nice online, but once we walked in we were very dissapointed. Carpet was soaking wet and the whole room smelled like somebody died in there. We did not have any hand towels or washcloths. When we brought it up to front desk attention, ahe told us they wouldnt charge us service fee (oh yeah, there […] is service fee!) They Kitchen, Free Breakfast and shuttle to Disney world. I dont need anything more than the price for the stay. We also liked the free beer and pool.

Not a terrible stay by any means but not as good as I had hoped. Hotel doors dont meet the floors, was a little strange. Hotel restaurant was always out of everything. Only tea available all day, no all day coffee bar as advertised. Needs updating in the worst way. Considering it advertises new renovations. Do not pay full room rates. This was quite a nice qaint hotel very well laid out with very adequite rooms and a nice pool area. All the staff was friendly and very helpfull. The only disadvantages were 1) the breakfast it was promoted as a hot continential breakfast with a good variety, not quite it was the same for 2 weeks with no fruit or yogurt and very little space to eat […] so people were fighting for tables every morning. 2) The fitness room had no free weights and the equipment that was there was outdated and a couple of machines didn't even work. 3) We had to ask the front desk daily for towels and toilet paper, there were 5 of us in a room and only 1/2 to 1 roll of toilet paper on any given day, in addition the cleaning person didn't vacume or mop the bathroom floor. 4) The complimentary shuttle that they have going to the various resorts could be improved with more shuttle service to and from the parks, almost everyday my family and I stood in the aisle with 15 other people and on 1 occasions we were in a Disney park running to the shuttle and were only meters away and it drove away on us, when I phoned the hotel we were told that they're on a strict schedule and they have to leave exactly on the hour, very disappointing. We loved this hotel. Great location, wonderful rooms and the price is perfect. The room was clean and spacious, only downside is we were next to the stairs and the sounds of people early in the morning if you use the sofa sleeper in the living room. Breakfast could use more variety (or maybe there wasn't much left since we didn't eat until 1/2 hour […] before it closed). But the kitchen in the room was ideal for keeping/fixing food. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Orlando. Les mer

This hotel is located in a good neighborhood with a convenient mall just across the street (Walgreens, Publix, fast food restaurants), realy close to Disney, easy access from main roads. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children, and we stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. The hotel has a small but equiped kitchen, very convenient for the kids's meals, […] and for eating in. The hotel has good amenities: guest laundry, business center, internet, breakfast... My complains are: cleanliness of the room was far below my expectations, and the windows were locked so we couldn't get fresh air. In the end, I would stay at the hotel again, and I do recomend it for groups and family vacations. Les mer

nice hotel for the price. They have shuttle services to and from disney epcot which is really good.

A roomy, quiet, clean, well-situated hotel. Older but renovated with 2 flat screen TVs. Nit-pics: No TV channel line-up & only one sink in the bathroom, BUT the price far out-weighs it all. We'll be back.

The stay started poorly when check-in lasted more than 30 minutes. Granted there had been a pipe which burst earlier in the day, but we were checking in at 10:00 PM. origionally we had booked a two bedroom suite for ourselves and our kids, but that room had flooded. They tried to make things right by giving us two single rooms that were side by side, […] but it was still horribly inconvienent. Although the rooms were good sized, this was compromised by the fact that there were no drapes that could be closed. There were only shears that could close all the way across the windows. Since we were on the ground floor the passing car lights shone through the window all night long. It was also disconcerting in the morning to take a shower and realize that if you could clearly make out people walking by your front window, they could most likely notice you nude stepping out of the bathroom. The hot breakfast was also dissipointing. The eggs had a unique rubber like texture I have never encountered before. The corned beef hash was obviously dumped out of a can and poorly heated, and the french toast was served frozen. so while the rooms were big, and the beds reasonably comfortable, the negatives far outwieghed the positives. My recomendation is to skip this hotel. You can find better for the same money in any number of areas in Orlando. Les mer

I liked it, nice hot tub, happy hour every day.

Had trouble with keys, but had excellent service. Good location. Breakfast was good with fair selection, lean on fruit. Good value overall as internet included.

Booked a last minute trip to Disney for the kids. Hotel was located about 10 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. Room was good size and we were on one of the top floors so noise was not an issue. Very spacious for a room a family of 8, beds were comfy, however, you were able to hear everything going on outside of the room. The first night we checked in there were college kids having a shouting match with other kids, waking up in the morning there were broken beer bottles in the floor, not safe for children. This is my first time staying at this hotel. One of the front desk clerks was RUDE. He was rude to a customer on the phone and he was rude when I asked him a specific question.

THE HOTEL IS OLD, POOL TOO SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF ROOMS, NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL THE ROOMS LOOK DATED, CARPET OLD AND UGLY I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, ALSO DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE HOTEL SHUTTLE TO PARKS THE ONLY LEAVE ONCE DURING THE DAY

The hotel was nice overall but the rooms were a little musty and the rooms was a little run down. The location was great and so was the breakfast buffett.

enjoyed staying at this hotel. it was a perfect location for our family of 6 to go to Disney the next morning. The children really enjoyed the pool and arcade and it was very nice to have the buffet breakfast the next morning. Would definetly stay there again

The suite was nowhere near as clean as we would have liked. Other than that, it was spacious and comfortable.

Overall the hotel was nice but the pool was very dirty and I found two cocrouchs in the pool and found that very disturbing but it was nice staying there

Just a few things. The hotel was certainly better than any regular cheapo hotel. That's for sure. It is a secured hotel, meaning you need a card to even enter the building. The food was decent, but no better than McDonalds' but free so can't complain that much, It does get very busy quickly, but had no problem finding a place to sit. The room was descent […] you had a full kitchen, living area, two tv's and a private bedroom. However, our bathtub was always backed up which made me feel I was showering in someone else's ick. They didn't fix while I was there. The outside grounds near the pool and hallway smelled foul like a public toilet, but the room was alright. Stayed for business: suites were nice as bedroom was away from pool area and noise of families having fun (which I was expecting as it was spring break). The appearance of the hotel could use some help but it is solid, kid-safe, and pleasant. It is walking distance to Old Town and a wide variety of shopping while only two miles to the Disney parks. My five year old had been on a water ride just before we checked into the hotel and the desk clerk noticed her shivering and got a big fluffy towel to wrap […] around her. The property sits back from the street and has a nice pool and pool bar/cafe in the center of the complex and the complimentary breakfast is way more than the usual continentals. The suites are compact but comfortable with separate sleeping and living areas. That was an important feature for me traveling with a small child. She was able to get a good rest each night and I didn't have to tiptoe around or mute my phone. This was a good value and we would stay here again on our next visit to Disney. Les mer

The condition of the bedroom was clean "apparently " but smelly. We were not able to smell because of that nasty smell perhaps of the carpet.

breakfast buffet was mediocre. i had an issue with the bathroom from the floor above had water coming thru the ceiling and pouring into mine. my yes recommendation is conditional on getting a very good room rate!!!

I would say this hotel is rated between 2 1/2 - 3 stars. It definately is not quite as nice as online photos. Free breakfast is very limited in items and very conjested. Location is good with access to main roads and resturants.@ bedroom suites great for families or couples.

Buyer beware!!!! Firstly, read the fine print that there is a $ 7.95 charge from the hotel per day for Resort Fees. Secondly they take and charged me $ 20 for a holding fee rather than simply hold my credit card. We chose this hotel b-cous of the high rating and good comments, but We did not have the same experience as these other guests.The reception area is not so nice. The room and elevator smells old. the girl at front desk to complain about me change of room ( but the same problem ) She told me that the hotel was renovated two years back. stove was rusty […] and the rug did not have a good odor. The elevator is very bad conditions, smells garbage and it is too old. This is not a three-star hotel (less). The internet has a signal high outside the room (Wi-Fi). I could not use my lap top within the room (outside). The hotel facilities do not believe that have been renovated two years ago, At best only some furniture and TV. The room is large and cozy for a family. Two good TV ( HDTV ) and small kitchent. It has a very good location. The breakfast was great in comparison to other free buffets Ive been too. As I travel weekly on business, I try to stay at hotels that cater to business travellers. The price on this hotel was well within my corporate budget, and it was near my appointments anyway, I decided to book here just to see. Nice hotel, friendly staff, 2 flat screen tv's in the one bedroom suite, but I forgot about how many kids were still visiting […] Disney, and the noise level even after dark was a little high. If you don't mind noisy kids running up and down the walkways, in the pool area, and jumping up and down upstairs, this is the place for you. Me- I'll stay at a more focused hotel for business travellers...... Les mer

Amazing hotel. Every room is a good-sized suite with full kitchen (stove, micro, mini-fridge). The interior courtyard has a nice pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, small arcade, and a small playground. There is a free buffett breakfast with all the basics and free beer at happy hour. Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff is excellent. Disney […] takes alot out of you and this hotel really helped us recharge our batteries. You will not regret staying here. Oh, and it's only 5 minutes from Disney. Les mer

This hotel was decent for the money. If the rooms were better maintained and cleaned better, I would have given it a 5 all the way. There was dust on our bathroom counter and in various other areas. They really need a better cleaning crew! There was mold on the back of our bathroom door. There were several areas that needed caulking or plastering and […] in some cases it was done, but not painted over so even if the issue were fixed, it looked shoddy. Breakfast was good and there was a pool bar that seemed nice (we didn't get a chance to visit) and no one was rowdy. The location was GREAT, very near to restaurants, shops, and Disney. The beds themselves were comfortable, the pillows, not so much. There was plenty of space and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Loved the flat screen tvs in both living area and bedroom area. Although the reviews I have read about this hotel were rather positive, I found this hotel to be a little outdated. The furniture is getting old and worn, and the cleanliness of our room was less than average. Having a room in front of an elevator, at pool level also contributed to a relative increase in the noise level. Get a room located elsewhere […] in the hotel if you can. The pool was lovely, but somewhat crowded, and at certain hours, the towels are hard to find. On the plus sides of this hotel: The location is great and the breakfast crew is impressive for its great efficiency. They can keep up the food supplys so that everyone can have easy access to every single item on the menu. All in all, if you can live with a slight under average cleanliness, worn furniture and crowded pool, this hotel can be considered an honest value in its price range. Les mer

Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. If you are going to Orlando this is the place to stay. Very affordable and lots of great perks.

This was a good hotel for the money, we stayed 5 nights. We arrived before check in time and asked to use the pool until check in which the staff was happy to let us do. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms could use a little work but nothing major. We had a two bedroom/two bath suite and it had plenty of room. The bathrooms are small but no major deal […] to us. The Frig in the room is just a mini frig, I was expecting a small frig so that didn't work very well to keep much in and what we did got too cold or too warm, this was the one major problem for us. The breakfast buffet was very crowded and was not all that great in our opinion. You could take the stuff to your room but the choices just didn't seem to fit us. Over all it was a good stay, hotel staff was friendly and beds were clean. Also the hotel page states it is one mile from Disney which is not the case, it is anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to the parks depending on which one you are going to. Again not a problem for us but just something to be aware of. Les mer
