Dette er en veldig fint hotell, til en rimelig penge. Store rom med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Parkering er gratis i garasjeanlegg, tilknyttet til hotellet. Veldig fornøyd. :-)

Incredible place, the location is ideal as you walk to the beach and any bars/restaurants/shopping that would would need. Hotel staff is nice, good breakfast included and the rooms are nice, ours was a suite that had a balcony out over the pool and have a view of the street and ocean. Pretty sweet.

ran out of face towels and matresses for pull out bed was worn out and very uncomfortable.

The hotel is just off the beach...maybe 500 feet. Great location. You can easily walk through the best parts of Del Ray. The breakfast in the morning is very nice with bacon or sausage every day, eggs, oatmeal and a variety of baked goods. Parking is covered and convenient. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

We had a very comfortable stay, although the closet facilities -- hangers, etc. -- could have been more ample.

This is a good choice especially for families and extended visits. A kitchenette was a great convenience. There was even a 2 burner stove! The only negative I had was that the lighting for reading in the room can use some improvements.

Good breakfast, great staff, bed was very comfortable. room had an odd layout and everything seemed worn, knicked but useable.

The hotel is very convenient to what I had to do. I enjoyed it so much I booked another week at the hotel. The area was beautiful and hotel staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyohe.

Great place to stay -- close to restaurants and shopping in Delray Beach

This hotel is close to beach, restaurants, shops. The breakfast buffet has good selection of hot and cold items, including hot oatmeal (one of my favorites). Kitchen was well equipped for limited meals. Staff was friendly. Only problem I noted was very noisy elevators - they need to do some servicing before the peak season begins.

Great Value Hotel and Excellent Service Throughout Stay!

Room was clean and comfortable; separate area with sofabed. Some common areas (like elevators) are worn, but room was great. Comfortable bedding. Balcony with view. Breakfast included rotating hot entrees, yogurt parfaits, hot oatmeal, plus standard buffet fare. Less than two blocks to beach, and 1/2 mile from "downtown" Delray with great restaurants […] and nightlife. Very much exceeded our expectations, especially in light of the price. Les mer

What a great hotel. The staff from check in to the housekeeping dept. were terriffic. The room was great, the pool was great. Just loved this place. Clean, good food one block from the beach and walking distance from the shoppes on Atlantic ave. Can't wait to come back.

This hotel is very close to the beach and more affordable than the hotel next door. I stayed here for business, but enjoyed time in the evening to head to the beach. The pool isn't anything special, but probably good and safe for kids vs letting them run around in the ocean. For adults not grabbing time in an ocean this close would be criminal! Great location and hotel. One caveat--If you are planning to stay on July 4th, know that they will issue you wristbands based on the room size. Only people with a wristband can enter the property on the 4th. This was a problem because we invited our daughter's friend to spend the day with us but were only issued enough wristbands for our family. They […] say this policy has been in place for years and I can see the point of having it but it should have been mentioned before we checked in because it differs so much from their usual policy. Great location, great price for time of year. Def stay there again

the location of this, and availability were our main reasons for choosing this hotel on our way to the Bahamas. The hotel (elevators, waffle maker) need maintenance, and paint needed refreshing. We stayed at The Colony Hotel on our way back from the Bahamas, and felt like we got a much nicer hotel, for less money.

Before this visit I had only passed through Delray Beach and never stayed in the area. The hotel is located in a nice area with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The shops and restaurants are a little pricey, but as expected in a tourist/upscale area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a comfortable size. I think our room […] had been renovated recently as the paint smell was still lingering. The only negative I have is the air conditioner duct location. It is in the wall and faces directly at one of the beds (the one I was in). The grill is fixed so I could not divert the blast from hitting me whenever the A/C kicked on. The breakfast bar/area near the lobby was amply supplied and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again when we visit the area. Les mer

My room was very nice.When we pay a premium for a room, customers expect the workout equipment to be in working order. The washing machine in the 6th floor laundry was not working, so I could not wash my clothes. The maintenance of the hotel is lacking.

I arrived at this hotel 2 hrs. prior to check in and my room wasn't ready. They put me in a different room. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a nap! I laid down and soon heard construction from the floor below. I went to the front desk requesting to be moved. At first the manager tried telling me I was just hearing the elevators...not! She […] finally fessed up to the fact they were putting in new carpet! They moved me to my original room and I couldn't of been more pleased! It was on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean! This hotel was always clean, the breakfast provided in the am was great, it's clost to shopping & resturants. The best part is that it is only 2 blocks from the beach! Les mer

The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach. Our room was on the ground floor and it had a nice tltlle balcony at the poolside. The room was clean and comfortable.and the kitchenette was fully furnished. We enjoyed out stayed very much and would highly recommend it to our fiends and family.

Clean, comfortable hotel accessible to beach. Only problem is that the dishes, silverware, glasses should be washed in the dishwasher before you use them. There is a sign warning you that the dishes have not been sanitized, but I didn't see it until the next day after we had used the glasses. The location is the best part about this hotel. You are a block from the beach and really close to restaurants/shopping. I was a bit disappointed with my rooms condition. The kitchen had crumbs all over it and our balcony door was in bad condition. The door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and it's handle had been ripped to pieces. […] Also, our room needed to be re-painted because there were scratches and shoe marks all over the walls. My sheets/comforter were also stained and needed to be tossed. The bathroom was really clean and nice but the rest of the place needed some love. The pool and the complimentary breakfast were great. Park early and don't move you car until daylight! When it gets late you can not find a parking spot because of the make shift hotel parking spaces. Les mer

The hotel is in a great location, just a block from the beach. At night, the atmosphere is relaxing and laid back. Alot of people walking the streets, having a good time and very friendly. Beautiful hotel right in the middle of downtown Delray Beach. No car needed. 2 blocks from the beach, beautiful pool, close to all restaurants, and the free breakfast is really good. Extremely clean, and staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime of the year.

My wife and I were very impressed with the spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchenette. The views off the balcony were spectacular! A full complimentary breakfast was included with each night's stay. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

I was really happy as a parent because the hotel was really nice for our family. I am a single mom and could only afford so much! Everyone slept comfortably and had a complimentary breakfast at their leasure. The staff gave us extra towels quickly. I wanted my college age boys to bond because we are in different states. The hotel is great. Our room was very clean and well suited for all of our needs. With a full kitchen we were able to save money and not eat out every night. It is centrally located in beautiful downtown Delray. There are many shops and resturants/cafes within walking distance. There is a short walk to the beach but it is very nice. The pool was great!! […] There is hardly ever anyone in it. The pool area is very clean and the chairs are great. We will definately stay here on our next trip. By the way...the FREE breakfast that comes with your stay is amazing. I'm not talking just cereal...there are eggs, biscuits, pasteries, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, etc. Fantastic. Les mer

Clean and comfortable. 1 block from ocean. Pet friendly yet clean.

spent the weekend here with my dog. The rooms are smaller than other Residence Inns I have staid at but it had the fridge, stove and other amenities that make for a comfortable hotel stay.

The location was perfect...a short walk to the beach, another to the waterway. The breakfast was the best ever! It was a totally good experience which I would recommend to anyone. The in-room amenities were excellent.

They tried to upgrade this older hotel but definitely fell way short. The air conditioning was not working very well. The floors and carpets were dirty when we checked in. I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.

We booked this hotel for a wedding we were traveling to. The location is fantastic, only a block from beautiful beaches and great waterfront bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of many more restaurants and shops in downtown Delray. The pool is nice, and was very much dominated by the families staying at the hotel all day long. Per usual, there […] was a nice breakfast buffet every morning (free), and the food was fresh and hot. Our room was spacious (we were given a handicap accessible room), although we were traveling with another couple, who's room was also very clean and well configured. The hotel itself could use a few updates, as it is starting to show some wear and tear in the rugs and elevator banks, but these were merely cosmetic. The staff were great: friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable. A quick drive from West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale airports, we would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Delray Beach! Great stay, great price, great location!! Les mer
