Steigenberger Metropolitan - Frankfurt

This hotel is excellent for any length of stay..... 2 minutes from the station with A-1amenities. It was the highlight of our 5 week European holiday.

Staff very welcoming and standards very high. Great location for the Bahnhof and the City Centre. Will stay there again. Very comfortable room.

We loved this hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, the dining room serves delicious food, and there is a nice bar area (where guests receive a free glass of sparkling wine). Although it is right next to the train station, which at first concerned us (noise/grunge issues), it actually turned out to be a great location. This hotel is over the road from the main train station & given it is a busy location the rooms were quiet enough to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was good including eggs to order. Spa is also well appointed, clean & quiet. It is oriented to business people rather than tourists.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days as I was attending a course near the Messe. The hotel was great - staff were super helpful, spoke excellent English and the hotel had every convenience including a gym, sauna, free wifi and a lovely bar downstairs. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Even though it is right by the train station it was not noisy […] at all, although my room was on the opposite side of the hotel on the top level which may have been why it was quiet. Excellent hotel, in front of the main train station. Rooms a little small, but they are nice. Free WiFi, parking is additional at Euro 16.00

Usually, the neighborhood next to the train station is a bit on the down-side. Not a problem here, as the hotel is about 80' feet from the side door of the station...and the bus routes...also walking distance from the better shopping area. Hotel provided good service, free internet, and breakfast.

A nice hotel with a great staff. Although I had some problems with Wi-Fi connection due to poor network work. The location is good enough, near the grand central train station. Wonderful hotel; staff friendly & curteous. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Walked everywhere using the main streets as recommended by hotel staff.

Perfect location, very nice staff, excellent room service and food. Also, they allowed me a very early check-in without questions asked. Overall, a perfect stay!

Right across the train station - great location. In the evening, neighborhood becomes desolate, a bit seedy but not unsafe. Biggest problem is no control for AC. You can adjust thermostat all you want but does not do anything. Don't book if you expect warm weather. Open window makes the room very noisy if facing the train station. Check in person was […] efficient but not very helpful. There are lots of restaurant nearby including in the station but she advised that nothing s nearby and I should eat at the hotel restaurant, which is rather pricey and dull. Les mer

Very comfortable and convenient hotel for visitor. The hotel is right by the Frankfurt Hbf. (the main station), visitors don't need to walk with your luggage change subways. I needed to stay just one night on my way back out of Frankfurt. The hotel was very nice. The room was small, but very comfortable and upscale. Staff was friendly, and I was even able to check in at 10 in the morning. I had an interior room, which was very quiet. And you can't get any closer to the train station, you literally just cross the street. […] I got a good deal online, which included breakfast. Hotel has quick check-in. The rooms are really nice and big. The service is above average with nightly turn-down, shoe shining (delivered right to your door) and free internet. Although close to a somewhat rough neighborhood, the hotel amenities are more than adequate. The staff was excellent, wonderful breakfast and room. My only concern was with the air conditioning: it seemed centrally regulated and no matter what I did to lower the dial the room remained very warm all night long. We chose the Metropolitan for a short visit to Frankfurt because it was right next to the main train station and the U Bahn. The hotel had a five star rating next to the door; four would be more appropriate. Service was adequate and we had two adjoining rooms that were decent sized and quite comfortable. The location was just what we needed. We could […] roll our bags out of the train station on arrival and check right in. Then we were positioned to take the U Bahn everywhere we wanted to go, or just walk! When we left, the entrance to the U Bahn was maybe 100 feet from the hotel and we were at the airport in a matter of a few minutes. We had two problems: First, the staffing is low by U.S. standards for a comparable hotel. Kids found food on the floor between the beds in their room. A tray of room service from prior guests sat outside our rooms for a day and a half before anyone picked it up. Second, the in room wireless internet did not work and no one on the staff had any idea how to get it fixed. When the computer available for hotel guests also did not work, the front desk clerk was nice enough to let us use the hotel computer to print out our boarding passes for our flight home. Les mer

Sketchy neighborhood, rude front desk and restaurant help and overall lack of customer service made this a less than desirable stay. I would not recommend, especially for families. Prostitutes and drug addicts frequent the area near by and the 24 bar located next door, makes coming and going at night somewhat dangerous.

gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt, Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, Roomservice hat gut geklappt (Essen war aber etwas zu fettig), gutes Frühstücksbuffet

年始に泊まって、とても好印象だったのでもう一度泊まりました。今回も好印象でした。部屋の快適さ清潔さ、朝食の満足さなど、文句のつけようがありません。多少早めにチェックインしても対応してくれますよ。駅のすぐそばなのでアクセスの良さは言うまでもありません。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

電車や空港の利用など、フランクフルト駅を中心にしたビジネスには最高のロケーションにあります。私のお気に入りのホテルなのですが、今回のドイツ滞在中の後半は、市内での展示会開催と重なって宿泊費が高騰したため、やむなく別のホテルに泊まりました。このイレギュラーに注意してさえいれば、お薦めのホテルです。

フランクフルト中央駅を降りて左手の東北出口のPoststr.に面した、横断歩道を渡って直ぐの絶好の立地にある。建物は少し古いが、室内はモダンに改装されていて過ごしやすい。何よりも、朝食が充実している。インターネットも、無料で、ビジネス出張に最適なホテルであった。

Sehr nettes Hotel, guter Komfort, super Service - einzig schade ist nur, dass es gerade am HB in FFM liegt. Schwierig ist dadurch auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto; keine richtige Auffahrt vor dem Hotel und parken im HB-Parkhaus ist auch nicht ganz 5 Sterne ...

ホテルは、フランクフルト中央駅の目の前にあり、交通アクセスに申し分ないロケーションにあります。　駅から降りて直ぐのホテルということで、満足してます。 ホテルは、少々古いですが、落ち着きのあるホテルで、ベッドが柔らかい／分厚くない／ふかふかでないのが、 私にとっては減点でした。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、３泊したのですが、いつも同じ内容で、また品数の多くないので、あきました。 便利性だけ取るのであれば、4つ星ですし、大きな不快感なく、満足するのではないでしょうか。

中央駅のすぐ隣で、観光の拠点としてとても便利でした。朝食も豊富で、レストランも落ち着いており、朝から快適です。

ホテルのサービス、ウェルカムドリンク、朝食など過ごしやすく快適でした。

フロントの方も親切で　女一人の宿泊だったんですが　安心して宿泊することができました。　wifi　も無料で利用できますしなにより　朝食がうまい！！！　またぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Rezeption sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Hotelservice bzw. der Schuhputz ausreichend und deshalb nur nen 3er. Ansonsten lieber den Schuhputzservice weg lassen. Rundum Preis / Leistung stimmig.

中央駅の真ん前で何処え行くにも非常に便利でした。駅周辺はあまりきれいと言えず、安全面でも良いといえませんが、３０秒以内で駅に行けますので安全面からもお勧めです。部屋が少し狭く、施設はアメリカなどのホテルより劣りますが、ヨーロッパのホテルの中では良い方だと思います。朝食は日本の洋食よりもパンの種類やチーズハム類が多く、美味しいと思います。他のフランクフルトのホテルは知りませんが、再び訪れても良いと感じました。

Prima ontvangst, keurige schone kamer. Toen we in de avond terugkwamen bleek zelfs het bed nog voor ons klaargelegd te zijn voor de nacht. Goed verzorgd ontbijt de volgende morgen. Zeker een hotel om nog eens terug te keren!

+ ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof + sehr freundlicher Service + Late Checkout ohne Verhandeln + sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet + besonders günstig am Wochenende - Zimmer vergleichsweise klein - unmittelbare Umgebung wenig attraktiv

フランクフルト中央駅のすぐそばで鉄道利用にはすごく便利。朝食もおいしかった。ただ、シャワーのみでバスタブなしの部屋でした。
