Deilig innendørs basseng. Frokosten var åpen lenge, og tilbudet og variasjonen på maten var god. Mye sunn mat og mindre av fet mat som bacon og lignende. God kaffe. Vi var 2 voksne med 3 små barn. Litt upersonlig atmosfære og service, men bra. Minus: måtte vente 2 timer på rommet selv om det var booket 4. Måneder før ankomst.. Og heller ikke så godt […] rengjøring første dag ( langemørke hår i badekar og dusjen, putetrekk på baderomsgulvet). Men etter det: strålende rengjøring- hver dag. Topp beliggenhet til stranden, fint lite treningsrom med spinningsykkel, tredemølle. Les mer

Fint hotel i I handlegaten. Litt trangt familierom når man har med seg en liten baby. Ble liten plass til kofferter, babyseng og barnevogn på rommet. God frokost. Kjempefint innebasseng men dyrt for bassenget på taket. Prøvde ikke dette. Litt langt opp i handlegaten, Rune de Antibes. Et stykke å hå ned til havnområdet.

Har bodd på Eden flere ganger og har kun skuffet meg 1 gang. Fikk rom mer eller mindre uten utsikt. Generelt er rommene store og fine. Hotellet ligger i slutten av handlegaten, Rue d` Antibes, som er perfekt. Ikke støy og kanon service. Anbefaler på det sterkeste

Fint hotell i Cannes. Ligger veldig nær stranden og havnen av Cannes (5min gåtur). Hotellet har ikke egen parkering, men parkerings hus ligger 50 meter fra hotellet, kostet ca18 euro i døgnet. Ikke så store rom, men man sitter jo ikke på rommet i Cannes:-) Bassenget på taket kostet 17 euro, for en dag.

The hotel was nicely situated in Cannes, close to the Croisette, with easy access to parking. We did not have time to use the spa facilities, but they looked really great. Highly recomended hotel!

God og hyggelig servie, at vi fikk oppgradert suite gjorde hotelloppholdet enda bedre en forventet. Svært kort vei til shoping strøket, en ligger jo rett i!. Kort vei til strand og promenda

The Eden is exactly that : a peaceful garden in the midst of the bustle of Cannes. I have attended MIDEM every January for 25 years and stayed everywhere from The Carlton, Martinez and Majestic to private apartments and, when I was very young, cheap nasty bizarre lodgings. Only there for a brief business trip so didn't get the opportunity to use all of the facilities (pool, restaurant etc) but they all looked up to scratch. Great value, we'll be back next year.

My standard room was comfortable but, if one wished to read in late evening my standard reading lamp would need to be,at least 30 cm taller. Or lay on floor and read. Lighting in general was poor. No drawers for clothing, only a few shelves in narrow wardrobes. Room chairs very uncomfortable. Bathroom lighting badly angled, found myself having to shave […] in a shadow. Felt very uncomfortable about evening visits to my room, whether I was in or out. Had to request several times for replacement of coffee and milk and for a plumber to clear drainage in bath. The lifts are antiquainted, took ages, at times, to service floors. I felt the hotel required a complete refurbishment. The staff did a great job and were always very helpful and polite Les mer

Would rate this at the higher end of 4. Great location only 2 minute walk from the beach and also the supermarket. Supermarket being a winner as buying beers/wine for the beach from there will save you £20-30 per day. As everyone says, hotel food overpriced but the Bamboo cafe across the road does great food and coffee. Hotel bar actually fairly priced […] ad we enjoyed their 'Cocktail of the day' specials as a pre-evening warm up each night. Will definitely come back next time in Cannes. Les mer

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself everything appeared well kept on the surface, friendly staff, however a few things to watch out for which are not made clear. In order to use the roof top swimming pool/jacuzzi, even if you do not wish to use a sun lounger you will be asked to pay 17 euros per person to get a specific key card to get on […] to the roof itself. Once you get there the roof facilities themselves were not of a standard I would expect when you've paid that much. The wall was crumbling away into the pool which was a bit of a hazard and the jacuzzi was not clean at all. The carpark is also not mentioned to be 17 euros per day. It seemed like everything came at an extra cost. But great for a short stay and a 2 minute walk to the front. Comfy clean rooms! the breakfast is also a crazy price at 17 euros each when you can walk to the front and find breakfast for 6 euros each so watch out there also! Les mer

This is a great hotel to choose if you want to avoid a high priced ocean front hotel. The beach is a pleasant and short walk away and you could see the ocean right down the block. The hallways are hot and stuffy and the lighting inside the rooms is not very good. There are also no full length mirrors in the room. Obnoxious management! No management on duty over the weekends. Air Conditioning subject to a vote by other guests. Misleading marketing. Very disappointing - would not recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Air conditioning very well received as it was very hot during my stay. Didn't eat in the hotel, nice little Cafe across the road (Bamboo Cafe) that does an American Breakfast for €10, half the price of the Hotel breakfast, and the Omelette's were fantastic. Pleaseant if unspectacular hotel. Bedroom was small with poor view, but if you're lucky you might get a pleasant street view with a small balcony.Exercise room consisted of an exercise bike whose saddle was unadjustable, and a treadmill with performed OK. Hotel Eden has very nice lobby pics online, but look no further and you'll find horrible workmanship throughout the rooms and pool, a tiny elevator that only holds 4 and serves the hotel (including staff who avoid the smaller utility elevator and use ours) and a room that is so small that we could hardly fit the ironing board. The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff - without exception they were helpful, professional and friendly. The one aspect I found strange was the way in which the large bedroom windows allowed for no privacy from neighbours unless the curtains were fully closed - which defeated the purpose of the lovely view to the hills. The hotel was a ten minute walk from the train station! Very helpful and friendly staff, room was very nicely decorated, the room came with a small patio which was unexpected. Everything was exactly how it should be. Only let down was the wi-fi did not work in my room :)

Excellent hotel and staff. Can't comment on the restaurant as we ate elsewhere. Note to the tall - toilet is in a room by itself and quite small. But everything else was great!

When we first arrived, there were peanuts right next to the bed. A very bad first impression. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. We asked them for a few things like turning on the air conditioning of the fitness room and they never showed up! The room was nice but small, not very comfi.

I booked this hotel based totally on the online reviews I read, and it was a mistake. We had a family room, which is adjoining rooms. One of the two rooms was very small, you literally couldn't sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the wall in front of it. The beds were tiny also. The hallways were very dark and small, and the view we had left […] a lot to be desired. In all, not at all like the reviews I read. I am a very frequent traveler to France, and to Europe in general, so I know what to expect, and this one didn't add up. I know now why the cost per night is cheaper than many other hotels in this area, you get what you pay for. Les mer

This is supposedly a four-star hotel, but I had to climb a flight of stairs with full baggage to get to my room. The bathroom had strange looking construction-type stains, and appeared to be incompletely finished (incomplete joins, etc.). The bathroom had fancy, chi-chi lotions, but no cups. The floor was wood, with no carpet - they give you one-size-fits-all […] flip-flops, which is fine if it happens to be your size. The indoor pool is nice, with interesting lighting. It should be noted that they wanted to charge me a very substantial fee to use the outdoor pool, which I declined. We stayed in the eden 1. However, you should request eden 2. It is newer. and probably nicer. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. the balcony was great. However, the room was defintely not a 4 star room.

I don't know where to begin; reception ignored me and arrived a French woman as soon as she arrived, when we got to our room it smelt of sick and damp and felt like a dungeon, a sticking puddle on the floor had not been cleaned and all the door handles where the same, when we complained the young receptionists said there was nothing they could do and […] there was no managers on till mon, we arrived on sat. Even though we complained about the sticky puddle it remained there the 4 days we stayed cannnes was booked out and we couldn't move hotels or would of, I nearly got a flight home early as I hated being the room so much but we just stay out of it as much as we could. Please don't waste your money on this hotel Les mer

The hotel is located conveniently on the main shopping avenue and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are also a lot of little cafes in the area for a quick breakfast. The hotel is quite small but is clean and has all of the basic amenities. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony that faced the sea although we were only able to see the […] sea because our room faced the intersection. Other rooms would not have the same view. The hotel also has access to a private beach that is worth a visit. Overall the hotel was great value and within walking distance of everything that you would need. Les mer

Location is perfect - so close to the beach but not having to pay beach front hotel prices! It's a 5 minute walk to La Crossiette and it is right on shopping street. Our initial room smelled like someone had been smoking in it - even though all rooms are non-smoking. We have a 9 month old and didn't want him (or us) to be in such a room - we asked for […] a new bigger room (we had to pay slightly more) and were moved there quickly. no problems. I like the fact that this hotel has wood floors and not horrible tacky hotel carpet. We will definitely stay here again. Oh, and the indoor pool / jacuzzi / spa area is great! the outdoor pool on the roof is pretty much off limits - if the penthouse is rented it is reserved for that guest. If it is not, it costs 17eu for the day. You may as well go to the beach where it only a bit more to have a spot at one of the private beaches. BTW, we would recommend beach 3.14 which is pretty much a straight shot from the hotel, just walk straight! it's a bit pricey but worth it. we will definitely stay here again! Les mer
