This hotel was nothing like it looked in the pictures , not that they were all that. Every hall smelled , i dont think the pool had chlorine, Breakfast was cereal and bread to toast, supposed to have had two beds and got one king bed, No button on the tv to turn on or off , there were strange people in the hotel doling favors to each other tryin to […] make people look in the window i can go on and on . yes it was cheap and supposed to hae saved becasue booked 3 plus days but if i got a discount i would sure hate to see what the price is regularly Les mer

I did have some issues with this hotel. I had a non-smoking room, and all the rooms in my hallway were non-smoking, but there was a constant smell of smoke throughout the night that I could not locate the source. Across the hall from me in about 5 rooms were gentlemen from age 18-24, who were out of control and management was unable or unwilling to […] get them to quiet down, so I had to wait it out. The TV remote was broken so I spent a lot of time manual changing the channels, so I ended up watching one channel for most of my stay. Les mer

I was a bit worried about this hotel after having read the reviews. But it wasn't that bad. There was a funny smell in the hallways and the room smelled of stale cigarettes. But there were NO bedbugs and the room was clean. And for the price I'd stay there again.

Don't go there they have bedbugs

I had originally requested a smoking room, none was available, but I was not advised until I was registering. No internet available (except from outside sources). Both bedside lamps were broken. Hot water was not always available. The only room chair was broken. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door. The bathroom sink stopper was broken. Showering […] was all but impossible because there were only 2 hand towels, a bath mat and 2 wash cloths available. only 1 dresser drawer was operable. Only 1 packet of coffee was available for three nights of occupancy. Luckily I had the needed amenities available at a friends nearby and only used this location for luggage storage and sleep, otherwise I would have been out of there upon first seeing the accomodations. Had they charged the nightly rate for all three nights, it still would have been overpriced. Les mer

The hallways smelled like vomit, the ice machine didn't work. Hotel staff were not friendly at all.

A very c omfortable room close to glen ellyn main town. But a very strange hotel, motel all the room numbers range in the 300's but have 3 levels separated by 6 sreps each. But rent at a very very inexspensive rate and well worth it.

I would like to inform you that the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe and was met with some one who was their to help or find someone to help when they could not. My one complaint was that as a visitor to the area it was hard to locate it. It is not on the main road as the address implies. The building is older and […] would guess that other owners sold off the front part of the land. There is now a Shell gas station and a Dairy Way in front of the building so you can not see it from the main road that is there address. I did call for directions and drove by the location several times before getting help at the gas station as to location behind it. That would be my only complaint of the stay. Breakfast was simple but good and filling. One doesn't need so much. A good clean comfortable room and bed, a shower, simple breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. It made my stay a pleasant one. This was the worst hotel that my family had ever stayed in. The hallways smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke, urine and body smell. My nose actually burned from the smell. The room itself had hair in the tub and on the sink. Switches were broken off of the lamp and buttons were broken on the phone. The T.V. cord was held together by duck tape. People […] yelled at eachother off and on all night. It was so bad that after the event we were attending in Chicago we drove home instead of staying another night, which was a five hour drive. My stay in this hotel resulted in me checking in into emergency for a allergic reaction to bedbug bites. I m going to start the procedure to be reimbursed and I m still considering suing...

The front desk clerk was very kind but other than that, it was a depressing place. There was a lady smoking in the lobby where the sign clearly said no smoking (front desk did nothing). The hallways were filthy and the room was scary. Actually ended up with some bed bugs. We won't stay at any of these chains again. Not a good hotel at all. I had a non-smoking room and it smelled horrible of cigarette. When I called the front desk they offered some air freshener, and told me there was nothing that could be done. The comforter had cigarette burns all over it. The refrigerator and microwave did not work. I left and stayed elsewhere.

The hotel was very Cheap and I got what I paid for. The side enterance which was supposed to have a key pad lock was broken off, providing free access to any member of the public. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was one in which I felt slightly on edge. The hallway to my room smelled of acrid smoke while the rooms in that hallway all had no smoking […] placards. The room itself was to the quality that I was comfortable with for the price I paid. The room and sheets seemed clean enough to sleep, and the ammenities were present that I expected. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The hotel staff also responded promptly to my 2AM phone call to have the couple in the adjacent room to quiet down. Les mer

indoor pool is dirty but it" a pool

I was very upset with the way this hotel was depicted, it was not up to par at all in fact this hotel was the worst hotels I stayed in and believe me I have stayed in quite a few, for example: rugs very dirty, holes in the walls throughout the hotel, room service was only available during the morning, no elevator what so ever and no compasion for the […] handicap at all. I advise anyone to not make reservations with his hotel for you will regret it...... Les mer

It was very shabby looking on the outside and in the hallways. The pool only had one light on, so we could really only stay in one end. Not much in the way of breakfast. Room was ok, esp. since we were only there one night. I had to call the hotel in order to figure out where it was and I was in the lot right next to it! Also, I couldn't understand […] the manager when he was trying to give me directions. I don't think I would stay here again unless it was really spruced up and the signage was better, even though I know now where it is. Les mer
