had reached early at 9 am but was checked in without any fuss.

I think the stay had been a great one as we requested for connecting doors for our rooms but there were none. However, they upgraded our room to family suite as there were empty ones.

Room was clean, spacious & importantly it's very comfortable. The next I'm coming down to kl, I'm sure to stay there again. Thank you :-)

We were a group of 8 members from our local golf club playing 5 different courses in Asia. We chose Berjaya Times Square because of its central location and so easy to use the monorail and the great shopping at Times Square Mall. Checking in was slow, staff attended to more than one guests at a time, very messy! Have to queue for the breakfast. The table i was allocated was taken away by other guests when i went to get my food, no control at all. Light is dim in the bathroom, but the overall space in the bathroom is good. Terrible experience

Nvr choose the wifi service cause u can't use in room and only 1 user per rm.. Breakfast will definitely worth alot more than the wifi.. Overall about the room, only the tv that require improvement.. Sauna and steambath was not available for men & women respectively.

Its quite a good location to stay if you r shopping in KL and Petailing Street (China Town ). Shopping in Berjaya it sellf is quite fullfilling, Though it could be packed during November to December period. If u cannot get an exrtension for hotel accomodation directly fom the hotel, always try hotels.com. That is how we managed to extend our say.

My family check in on Christmas Day at around 13:30 hrs and advised that the rooms will be ready at between 3 and 3:30 pm. So we went for lunch in the shopping centre and return at 3:30 pm. Then another staff told me that the rooms are not ready and asked me to return at 5:30 pm. When I asked for assurance that the room will be ready by then, he could […] not confirm and only said "he try his best". When I return at 5:30 pm there was not rooms ready at all, there were other guests in similar situations. I demanded to talk to the manager -in-charge, then only they try to do something about it. Eventually, we got our rooms at all 6:30 pm. The housekeeping are really understaffed. When we went to our rooms, there were missing bath towels, which we have to call and collect them. When we checked out, the front desk staff called Victoria did not even smile less a thank you for staying at the hotel. The front desk staff are useless. The hotel should reduce the front desk staff and increase the housekeeping to increase their efficiency. I hope the problem is only for the festive period only. The check-in staff was very courteous. The concierge is knowledgeable about the type of transport - directing us correctly. Housekeeping staff were prompt in their service. Location is so convenient - near to many eateries, shopping and transport. We had a great time. Will definitely return.

Excellent hotel... will stay here again

What I like about the hotel is that it is conveniently located with access to the monorail and shopping mall within the same building. Service: The concierge does not seem particularly helpful when someone comes in with their luggage. When I was using their laundry service, I was refused my laundry because I did not have any credit services with the […] hotel, which I clearly do as I have presented my credit card as collateral. Otherwise, all the staffs are friendly, helpful and even informative. No arguments there. Room: Although it looks a little old, the room is clean with all basic amenities available. The bathroom is great as well. However, it lacks a full length mirror (caution to those who has a vanity flair). The room is not quite soundproof either - I could hear the tv from the adjacent room and also the motor vehicles sound ( I was on the 17th floor). I am not that fussy about it but for those who are, you need to be wary. One last thing to note about the room allocated to me, is that the wardrobe/closet. As it is directly in front of the bed, the space in between the bed and the door is too small and the doors of the closet cannot be fully opened. I find it rather an irritating annoyance and decided to leave my things inside my luggage instead. Overall, it's a reasonable hotel to stay in considering the access to convenience in the city. For everything else, you just need to consider your own view of value for money. For me, it was just right down reasonable. Les mer

excellent hotel service 5/5. Bathroom (shower room) a bit dark and could be more cleaner, bedroom comfortable, lift corrider non air-condition every floor and quiet smell of smoking odour.

The location of the hotel is good, it is next to a shopping mall and food court. the hotel services is not up to standard, I have to call "in-house" to clean up the room daily. The hotel does not do it even I left the the sign at the door to "make up the room" . JoJoBA Spa at the hotel is very nice and reasonable price. Arrived at hotel to tbe told to come back and checked in at 1500!! Never happened to us before as most hotels checked in at 1-2 pm. Staff confusing themselves and clients by calling Tower A and Tower B East or West wing, nobody knows what they are referrring to especially us.Mosquitoes galore at the Lobby ... we moved from one couch to the end end of […] the Lobby and the mosquitoes are everywhere!!! Check in time takes a long time . There were 7 staff serving 4 lots of customers and we had to wait for over 20 mins . Staff otherwise were friendly and tried to be helpful but needs major management re look at how things are down. No internet at the east wing... They should ask us if we needed internet access before putting us there. Very inconvenient for us to go to Lobby or purchase card. Most 5 star hotels have free internet access.Very disappointing stay. Les mer

No trouble of finding the way of eating. Resort likes of swimming pool locate on the roof of the mall, it makes you so relaxation. Superior room where provide a spacious of. Footboard of bed is higher than the mattress which may get it hurt probably. Not in dark environment in daytime when all the curtains closed fully.

I have stayed in KL many times and generally I choose the Concorde Hotel. This time I tried this hotel due to it's location in Times Square shopping centre. I also walked less then 5 minutes to Sungei Wang shopping centre. The hotel rooms was big with a good view of the city. Only downside is that they should change the old TV to a flat screen type. […] When I asked the bell boy for a taxi after check out they advised me that the taxis in front of the hotel overcharge (normal taxis in KL - they all do that) and brought me to the side of the hotel where an official taxi counter is located. We had booked 3 club rooms and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom brooklyn suite and a club room. Rooms were clean and very big with posh toilets complete with bidet and great toiletries. Breakfast was also good with great spread and came with the rooms. the hotel was next to a huge shopping mall with lots of food.Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Also […] next to a monorail system. Med sitt läge i samma byggnad som ett köpcenter och direkt intill en monorailstation är allt av betydelse inom Kuala Lumpur lätt åtkomligt.

ベルジャヤタイムズスクエア内のジョジョバスパに行くためにこのホテルを選びました。一人旅だったので、ＳＣと併設されたこのホテルはとても安心できました。 【良くない点】 ・他の人のレビューでウェルカムフルーツがあると知っていたので楽しみにしていたが、残念ながらありませんでした。(忘れられた？) ・鍵はカード式になっており、室内の照明もカードキーでスイッチが入る仕組みです。しかし、部屋に入ると既にルームキーが刺さったままでした。一瞬部屋を間違えたのかと思ってしまいました。これもホテル側のミス？？と疑ってしまいます。 ・チェックアウトの際は、宿泊者名簿に私の名前が見つからないと言われ、時間がかかりました。 【良い点】 ・ブキッビンタンへのアクセス良し。徒歩で10分くらいで行けます。 ・ＳＣと併設 […] なので便利。 ・部屋が無駄に広い。一人だと落ち着かないが、誰かと泊まるならgood. ・部屋はキレイです。バスタブとシャワーが別々になっていたのが良かった。 ・ホテル内のジョジョバスパがオススメ。 Les mer

我今次行程訂咗三間房，由於到晚上十一時才check in,因安排三間不同樓層，極之不方便。過了一天後，遇到Subash，佢好友善，幫我們安排同一層，並協助我們辦理遺失電話的事情！其實這酒店周邊十分必利，房內空間又大，但有少許舊，泳池很美！

3泊しました。アップグレードをしてくれて、部屋は広々。日本語のホテル案内のプリントや、併設のスパの割引クーポンなども、もらえたので、活用しました。毎日2回ベッドメイキングがあり、そのたびにミネラルウオーターも補充していただきました。チェックアウト後にスパ利用をしたいと申し出ると、宿泊客専用のカードをすぐに作ってくれたり、KLセントラルまでタクシーを利用したいというと、すぐ近くで、タクシークーポンを購入するほうが、安いとアドバイスもくれました。本当にスタッフの心遣いに感謝です。フロントに日本人スタッフもいたので、安心です。

性價比不錯，值得推薦!

モノレール駅「インビ」が直ぐ側だし、「Times Squer」が続きのビル。とても便利。 ホテル内は、清潔でとても雰囲気が良かったですよ。 また日本人のスタッフがいて、とても助かりました。

本酒店最好的就是位置,在K.L的市中心,当地人都知道.而且连着大型的商场,吃东西和购物都很方便.外面就是轻规.酒店房间非常大,价格合适,游泳池也很漂亮. A座的房间比较旧了,空调声音非常大,房间隔音也不好,最麻烦的是热水器,经常出问题,害得洗了好几次冷水, 这是个适合中国人居住的酒店,因为前台,总机都又会说中文的,有中文报纸送,去机场的司机也是华人.
