We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

"Great hotel"
Staff was wonderful and in spite of being a reasonably priced hotel, they made you feel like you were staying at a 5 star hotel. Kudo's to all.
Everything was great. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel on other occasions and have always found the service and condition of the hotel to be above the star rating that it has been given. It is in a quiet neighborhood and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville-good value"
During short stay time at Hampton Inn my wife and I found staff extremely helpful providing directions to specific locations to which we were going and helping print out boarding passes for our flight home. The afternoon repast supplied by a local restaurant was most welcome.
"Overnight stay"
Room was very comfortable, great location to everything. Breakfast the next day was more than expected. Hotel staff was happy to provide with a corkscrew when I asked.
Very clean, comfortable room. Great pool and hot tub - great for kids! Staff went waaaay out of their way being extra polite and helpful. Great breakfast - much more than we expected!! Free coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, although not the fanciest. But service-wise, TOP NOTCH!!!
"Wonderful... if you don't plan to sleep"
This hotel is very nice and in a very convenient spot in a cute neighborhood. The staff was very nice, the room was furnished with a fireplace and a kitchen, and it all seemed too good to be true. That is, until we tried to go to sleep. The bed and the pillows were so uncomfortable that my boyfriend could not sleep and, although I slept from being so […] tired, I woke up with a terrible back and neck ache. Hotel was very nice and clean. It was close to the airport for an early morning flight.

I had to laugh when I actually saw the hotel itself. The pic on the web looks as if it's in a park-like setting...certainly not the case. The room itself and the service are excellent. The staff is friendly...unnaturally so. Breakfast is better than most.

Very Professional and friendly staff, well appointed and immaculate rooms. Breakfast was way more than continental. This was just a bonus to an already wonderful visit to the Buffalo/ Niagra/ Williamsville area. Would definately stay again and recommend!
Very conveniently located in Williamsville NY. Close to the highway and very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this Inn. Plus right in the center of a quaint town.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was very convient to all the places we needed to be. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. Our stay there was very pleasant. This was our second time staying at the Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville.

Everything about this inn is exceptional from the friendly front desk personnel to the helpful room cleaners; the delightful breakfast (well beyond continental) and its pleasant servers; the cleanliness and availability of the pool and workout room; and the various comfort items in the room. "Hampton Inn in Williamsville -- Not for sleeping"
The hotel is very nice. The room setup and furnishings were beyond our expectations. However, the bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable and I barely slept all night. (I usually sleep quite soundly without waking up during the night, even in hotels.) The heat in the room was either on or off, period. It didn't do anything intermittent and it was loud. my boyfriend and i stayed here for one night and we were both very happy with the room. it was clean, very spacious, and we had a great time. Definitely returning!!

I was sitting beside the windows in the room. It was freezing cold at night as cold draft coming through the closed windows. Bring your warm socks. The room was very clean. The hotel location was great.

....for our overnight stay. Williamsville is a very nice town and is located close to the highway, perfect for a visit to Niagara Falls or across the river to Canada. The hotel is extremely well kept and the staff were exemplary......visit the Irishman Pub a block away!

Vilket lyxrum, vi hade lätt kunnat tillbringa hela dagarna på hotellet. I övrigt trevlig omgivning, lugnt och tyst. Flera trevliga restauranger inom gångavstånd.
