"Dirty carpets and walls"
I was here for one night and would not stay here again. The carpet was very dirty in our room and needs to be replaced. My husband didn't notice right away but soon agreed after looking at the bottom of his formerly white socks. The walls were dirty also. If not for the cleanliness, I would have stayed here again. It is close to the airport which I […] needed. The internet speed was the fastest I had all week. The free continental breakfast was the same standard as other similar hotels. My husband called for a shuttle from the rental car agency as they said they would come get him. They forgot about him until he called again. Les mer

"Not Bad, Would stay again"
Like any hotel at this price point you have to know that the furniture, fixtures and cleanliness isn't 100%. If you can live with that, this is a great property. The staff was good and the shuttle from the airport was quick. No shuttle service in early AM back to airport so be prepared to pay $16 for a taxi if you're leaving early. The bed was comfortable […] and everything in the room was dated, but in good condition. The carpet was dirty as was the chair in the room. I decided to turn the seat cushion over and that was worse than the side they had up. This hotel needs a renovation but at this price it's a solid value if you're simply needing a place to crash for a night. The breakfast bar is good and they do offer omelets if you want one. There are several fast food locations within walking distance but the neighborhood is borderline scarey. I will stay at this property again because of the price and I recommend it if you want a 80% clean and 90% functional hotel for not a lot of money. Les mer

I was extremely pleased with our stay, I am pretty picky about hotels and there was nothing about this hotel that was not satisfactory. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and fresh smelling, not that musty odor that some hotels have. Large room, plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

Well I can say the stay was very nice. Check in and out was a breeze. A couple of days later I check my bank acct. and I was charged by Hotels.com and Comfort Inn. Well it took an act of congress for me to get the money debited back to my acct. It took over 3 weeks and a whole lot of phone calls. great place to stay. near my destination business. great breakfast. unbelievable choices including omelets and bacon and eggs.
Not realizing the drive to and from the FrenchDistrict-the drive was a bit overwhelming. The buffet was excellant breakfast. The hot tub and pool very quite and enjoyable. No regrets-we have now seen New Orleans and enjoyed the stay and the tour of the city as well.

"Great hotel"
Stayed here for the free airport shuttle and got a hot breakfast (including waffles and omelets!) and an even hotter hot tub with a great indoor/outdoor pool. They even let us in a room 4 hours before check in since we had nowhere to go!

"The Comfort Suits close to New Orleans Airport"
This hotel was picked as it was close to family we went to visit. Having a sitting area was nice, but the sofa had a small hole in it. The bed was very good. At breakfast my wife wanted a tea bag for hot tea and the spot for tea bags was empty and the staff did not understand ENGLISH, a manager cam over to see what was wrong and the Told my wife that […] there was probably tea bags at the front desk, but did not offer to get her one. The bathroom exhaust fan made lots of noise but did not pull moisture frrom the shower out. Lastly, the ice machine on the 3rd floor where we were was out of order, went to the 5th floor and saw the whole electrical box as pulled out of the wall where small children could come in contact it. Clean rooms, good service. Close to the airport but about a 20 minute drive to downtown. Hot breakfast in am and snacks provided in the afternoon. Reasonably priced as well.

We have stayed here before, the location is great. You can find anything to eat on Veterans Blvd which is nearby. Also within 5 minutes of the New Orleans airport. You can not hear any airplane noise in the rooms. It is very quiet for being so close. The inside/outside pool is a hit with the kids. Very attentive staff.

We were arriving to NOLA airport late and decided to use this hotel as a staging point into and out of the NOLA area. We liked the place enough to schedule an extra night on the outstaging. Thumbs up. PS The mamnager even set up an omlette station on Saturday for breakfast...bonus point there.

I stayed here a few nights while visiting New Orleans and I enjoyed it. The room was clean and I had no problems with it. It was about 2 miles from the airport and about 20-25 minutes from the downtown area. There is a Mcdonalds right next to the hotel, sonic across the street, and also a diner too.

Close to the airport for travelers. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and safe. We always stay here when in New Orleans to catch a flight.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. The whole reason I chose this hotel was because they were close to the airport, and it offered a rollaway bed. When I made the reservations, I reserved the only rollaway they offered. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was very rude when we asked where the rollaway was. They said they would bring […] it, but it never arrived, so the person who needed it was forced to sleep on the floor. They also said they would line up a taxi to get us to the airport at 4:00 am, but they didn't do that either. If I would not have checked on the taxi at 3:30 am, I would not have made it to the airport on time. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!! Les mer

Close too the airpot and only about 15 miles from downtown New Orleans. I was there during Mardi Gras and the only issue was the cab services from NO back to the hotel. About $30 (for 5 people) to get down there and upwards of $70 to get back. It was kinda worth it considering the situation , but still kinda high. The manager offered to bring us to […] the airport via shuttle and the airport usually has a shuttle downtown for free, but not during this time of te year. But it was a nice gesture. Rooms were cleaned daily and they did a nice job. For a nice Mardi Gras stay it was worth the commute and the price. Great stay!!! Les mer
