Dette hotellet er et meget flott hotell. Her opplever man luksus og topp service i en rolig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum men det er veldig bra for de som ønsker ro og fin atmosfære når man er på hotelle, samtidig er det kort avstand inn til byen. De har europas beste Spa avdeling her (kåret i 2011). Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det beste.

Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Ellers, kan nevnes velutstyrte rom og sjeldent godt utvalg i frokosten.

Kjempebra hotell som ligger svært godt til i forhold til opplevelser i Roma. Var veldig fornøyd med hotellet, det eneste som drar ned er at sengene var litt for harde. Ellers super service. Har aldri opplevd at rommet blir ordnet 2 ganger om dagen før. Og så fikk vi sjokolade og en oppdatert værmelding til kvelden. Veldig bra hotell :-)

"Et veldig bra hotell"
Det var et fint og rolig hotell.Var et hygienisk og rent hotell. Har aldri før opplevet at toalettet var forseglet før en kunne åpne det. Perferkt rengjøring Lite traffikkstøy Den optimale opplevelsen med hotellet var frokosten på takterrassen her nøt vi den gode frokosten og ikke minst utsikten. Så også fjell i det fjerne. Personalet var veldig flink […] å svare på forespørsler o g også flink med å gi beskrivelser til spisesteder og attraksjoner. Skaffet taxi til flyplassen, ringte og bestilte spisesteder når man ba om det. Personalet hadde gode engelskkunnskaper i forhold til de man møtte på butikker, restauranter etc. Nærmt metrostasonen Et hotell som for oss er vel verdt å reise tilbake til. Les mer
"Great hotel. Couple issues"
Front desk staff was not good at giving directions. Also, the only hotel out of 4 in Italy I stayed where I had to pay the guest tax in cash when checking out. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and was very annoying. Good hotel located very close to Metro station. Nice breakfast.
"Fabulous Hotel"
I honestly can't speak highly enough of the Hotel Villa Morgagni, the hotel is situated virtually opposite the Metro station and beside a bus rank, making travelling around Rome effortless. All the staff had great English and couldn't be more helpful, even opening the restaurant half an hour earlier to accomodate us for a sight seeing tour. "Ok hotel"
Hotel is close to termini. Stay was comfortable. But for the money we paid, it was not worth - Breakfast menu was not very elaborate, receptionists were not very informative which led to some mis-understanding with a taxi fare that was ordered from the hotel.. Overall hotel is ok, but definitely not in the class of hotels like Mercure.
"Hotel Villa Morgagni - A Little Gem in a Big City"
I booked this hotel after my wife and I spent hours of searching, reading reviews, deliberating and then deciding. It was worth all the effort because we found a perfect pad for our 7 nights in Rome. We knew to expect that the rooms may be small and, granted, they are not on the large side but it didn't matter and it shouldn't matter to you either - […] you're going to Rome, how much time are you planning to be spend in a hotel room? What we didn't compromise on was cleanliness, service, value or location,10/10 on all counts. There are larger rooms available if you want to pay extra and they are spacious. We found the staff extremely helpful and pleasant and for each question we received a more than satisfactory answer. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and there is plenty of choice to satisfy any appetite. As for location, couldn't be better placed. Arrive at the airport, hop on the train to Termini Station and then catch the Metro (Linea B) to Policlinico - two stops away. Alight from the Metro train and walk approx 100 yds and your at the reception desk. Top tip: depending on the duration of your stay, buy a Metro ticket that lasts either 3 or 7 days, you can hop on and off as often as you like without having to faff around with money and ticket machines AND its not only valid for the Metro but also for bus and tram journeys too. Eating out: if you have your Metro ticket then you can easily access all the restaurants around Rome but we were more than happy with the choice available locally - ask at reception and they will give you all the information you need. Finally, we had a great time in Rome and our stay at the Hotel Villa Morgagni was all part of a wonderful experience. Les mer

Not in a central location - but with easy access to Metro & buses. Termini is only 2 Metro stops away. Very quiet in the evening. Great staff. For dinner - make sure you go to 'Gran Sasso' restaurant - family owned with terrific food. 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location, 5 minutes from the metro and there's a plaza with grocery store and restaurant across from the hotel. Clean rooms and well kept hotel. However, the room and bathroom were small. The screen for the bathtub/shower was not big enough and water got everywhere.

A lovely hotel with terrific personnel! The hotel is beautifully decorated and although the rooms are small (the two we saw) they are clean and nicely kept and very attractive. The breakfast room on the roof is delightful and the food and the hours are both very generous. Villa Morgagni is outside the center of the city but is located at a Metro stop […] and the convergence of several bus and tram lines. The neighborhood off the main street is quiet and residential with restaurants and a park and small theatres. It is possible to walk to the Villa Borghese and the Via Veneto and beyond in about a half hour. Above all we found the people at the desk, in the breakfast room, and all the workers there to be pleasant and helpful. The price is very reasonable by the standards of the day and we highly recommend this hotel. Les mer
spa was implied as complimentary but we were charged 15 eu pp and we made an appointment but it wasnt ready for 20mins after that. rooms werent cleaned properly. empty water bottles left in room. ok but dissapointing considering 4star rating and the price. tiny shower.good acess to metro though. breakfast was the best part.

We enjoyed out stay at Hotel Morgagni. The location was convenient as it was two train stops away from Termini station. There is a hospital nearby and so ambulance sirens was a norm. After a couple of days, you will get used to the sound. Staff were nice and allowed us to check in earlier.The breakfast was great! There were many choices and Katija (one […] of the breakfast staff) was great! She made sure that we were comfortable. The internet access was expensive and slow. There are lots of cheap internet cafes in the centre termni area. The water at the hotel is 4 euros but there is a grocery store across the street where you can get 6 bottles of water for that amount. Overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay at Morgagni. Everything about this hotel was very nice just a little bit far from attractions, but we learned the public transportation system quickly and it became very easy. The front desk personnel were incredibly helpful and friendly!!

This hotel lived up to all my expectations. From check in to quality of room to breakfast this is as good a hotel I have stayed in. In fact it is the best hotel i stayed in. We did stay in a delux superior double room which was fab. I did manage to get a look at some other rooms which seemed on the very small size, so I would recommend to pay the little […] bit extra for the upgrade and you will definitely not be disappointed. "Very pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Rome"
We planned a long weekend stay, and ended up staying for a week because of the ash cloud. The hotel were extremely helpful and accomodating in our hours of need!!! Our room, although quite small was very clean, beautifully decorated with all amenities and very comfortable. The staff were admirable, they offered to help as pften as they could, we were […] sorry to leave because they had become friends. The hotel is quite close to a large hospital, so there were sirens about a lot of the time, but this did not bother us too much. Buffet breakfast was everything you could possible need, and fresh and plentiful. The hotel is on the outskirts of the main sites, but the bus stop outside the hotel will take you to the Trevi fountain, spanish steps and Termini station, where there are bus links to everywhere else. The metro stops about 100 yards away for underground trains (Policlinico) We bought a 3 day travel pass from the newsagents for 11 euros, which can be used on busses, trains and trams - very good value. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and would not hesitate to recommend it . Les mer
"Villa Morgagni -- a good value close to the metro"
- Very good value for a hotel that is conveniently located within 100 yards from a B-line metro station. To see all the different sites in Rome, you can hop on the metro and within 15 minutes you can reach most parts of the city. A weekly metro and bus pass cost us 16Euros per person. - The room rate included an excellent and extensive breakfast buffet. - […] The room had a very comfortable king-size bed (actually two single beds side-by-side -- just the way we like it) - The bath tub included lights (that changed color) and jets for a some comforting massage after a day of walking around in the city. - The receptionist arranged for a ride to the airport at a flat rate that was very competitive with taxi-rates. Definitely worthwhile. The driver showed up well on time, and drove us to the airport in a BMW 700 series -- very nice! The only things that would have further improve our stay were: - affordable internet access (at least twice as expensive as in most US hotels) - a good shower curtain rather than just a movable glass pane so that the bathroom floor remains dry when taking a shower. "Nice hotel with easy access to city center"
We purposely chose a hotel just a bit away from the center as costs would be lower and there would be parking (charged). The hotel is nice, no complaints. Breakfast is buffet and a decent selection. Ask the hotel workers on duty for any kind of coffee, latte etc. and they will get you one. Standard coffee and tea available to help yourself. Metro and […] bus close and gets you to anywhere you like easy. 1 euro ticket one way. Bus is quite nice as get to look at sites enroute and takes you close to nice eating areas. Zusatzbett für unsere Tochter war sehr schlecht. Knöpfe der ausziehbaren Couch waren extrem zu spüren. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet sich eine U-Bahnstation und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Für italienische Verhältnisse sogar sehr üppig. Den Limousinenservice des Hotels kann ich nur empfehlen.

Super hotel, chambres agréables, calmes et spacieuses pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avons été surclassé en chambre deluxe car on restait 6 nuits. Seul vrai défaut, peu d'animation aux alentours. Ho già utilizzato in passato questo hotel per ragioni di lavoro. E' un bel hotel a due passi dalla fermata della metro (linea B - fermata POLICLINICO). La camera era confortevole, pulita e silenziosa anche se non molto grande, il letto matrimoniale molto comodo. L'unico appunto è per il personale , che in un albergo a 4 stelle dovrebbe avere un'atteggiamento […] un pò più caldo con il cliente, sembrava a volte che fossero lì perchè costretti. Buon buffet per la prima colazione inclusa nel prezzo (ma anche lì un servizio un gradino al di sotto di quello che ci si aspetta in un 4 stelle). O atendimento do pessoal da recep''cão é péssimo. Má vontade, falta de interesse, não demonstram interesse em prestar informações e inclusive tentaram me arrumar um Taxi para o aeroporto por mais de 100 euros, quando na verdade eu acabei pagando 40 euros. O serviço de internet que eles anunciam no site hotel.com é ruim, cobram 30 euros por dia. Um roubo […] a mão armada. O elevador do hotel é muito, mas muito lento... O hotel fica num lugar completamente afastado de restaurantes (tudo por perto fecha por volta das 20 horas) e de qualquer atividade interessante. A TV a cabo que eles anunciam pega apenas 12 canais e 7 deles são da Itália, muito ruim. Positivo apenas o café da manhã (muito bom). Les mer

Hotel isn't located right by the street which makes for low traffic noise. Rooms are quite small as mentioned in earlier reviews but very clean which is a lot more important in my opinion. Staff was very helpful, at least the ones we had contact with, and spoke good english. Breakfast was excellent and really gave you a good start for the day. Neighbourhood […] is quiet and felt very safe even during the evenings. Closest subway station is Policlinico about 50 meters or so from the hotel (only 2 stops away from central station if memory serves). There's also an ATM and pharmacy at the small square just across the street, very handy. I can definately recommend this hotel! Les mer

Førstehåndsindtrykket af hotellet var rigtig godt (alt omkring er dog lukket i august, men sådan er det i mange områder af rom). Vi havde bestilt et deluxe-værelse og der var intet at sætte en finger på, pænt værelse og badeværelse (spa-bad), rengøring inkl. skift af håndklæder og sengetøj hver dag.
