Days Inn Orillia - Orillia

Very relaxed-beds were awesome comfort-quiet hotel-excelent quick service when asked for towels, chairs etc. Only complaint was with no window or balcony door to open up for fresh air, so had to have air cond. On full stay as the room was hot.

The room was very clean. We were called moments after our arrival to see if the room was ok. Great, friendly service. We will most certainly be returning. Thank You

Hotel staff was extremely friendly. They even called up to the room after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure our room was comfortable. We didn't even get that kind of service in some of the Bigger hotels we stayed at. Room was comfortable but could afford a few reno's like new carpet. Did not like this hotel at all. The room had a very crappy washroom with a barely functional shower. The breakfast sucked (half the items were missing) and the staff at the desk couldn't care less("we can't get those items in the winter!!") to explain why there was no yoghurt or bananas or cream or half the other things missing from the buffet!...Only […] good thing is that it is across the street from Casinorama.... Perfect location and alternative stay, just steps away from Casino Rama. Store and gas station is right next to the hotel for snacks. Clean but the TV's are a little out dated. Nice stay for sure.

For the price I would have expected more, no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar. Nothing but an average room at a premium price... disappointing!!

Our stay was great. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and available to accomodate us.

The Hotel accomodation at Days Inn Rama Road in Orillia was GREAT. What my wife & I took exception with was the fact that we are Canadians booking a hotel in Canada & being billed in USD. Hotels.com has still not credited us with the US exchange. If Hotels.com does not make this right....this will be the last time we ever use this booking service. Very courteous, clean, friendly and I liked that reception called and inquired if we were happy with the room. Very good customer service.

I liked the notion of staying near my place of business the next day, so the hotel suited me just fine. One should consider re-vamping their television sets to the flat screen models however. My own personal perference it to sleep on a firm mattress, so the unit I stayed in had a softer mattress which caused some tossing and turning, but I eventually […] went to sleep- with a pillow under my lower back for added support. Excellent had a very comfortable night and nice relaxing breakfast in the morning...

The hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I have every slept on as well the shower was quite refreshing.

The hotel is clean. However, the rooms are very small. The elevator is small as well and the walls are thin. You can hear conversations from your neighbor.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the casino. It was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was included. Only downfall is that checkout is 11AM. I guess that is the standard time though.

We wanted to stay close to the Casino anad also see relatived. It was a wonderful stay and an outstanding service. Even the breakfast was great and unexpected. We are planning to to more traveling and would like a Toronto contact near the Air Canada Centre if you have one please.

The Days Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pillows they give you are wonderful. First place ever stayed in that the pillows were that nice and fluffy. Continental breakfast was very nice too including make your own waffles and a steamer for your hard boil eggs. Definitely would stay at again!

The reason i would not recommend staying at this hotel is simple. I was at the pool around 9 P.M. I went to the mens room to change and got locked in the mens room playing maintennance man becouse the lock broke. i had to play maintennance man for 45 minutes. After my wife notified the lobby, they slipped a butter knife under the door . finally with […] the butter knife i got the screws out holding the door handles too the door off. After all the hassel of being locked in , ALL THEY DID WAS DISCOUNT MY STAY 50%. I FEEL THAT WAS TOTALLY WRONG. THEY SHOULD OF NEVER HAVE CHARGED FOR THE ROOM AND SHOULD OF GIVEN ME A FREE NIGHTS STAY Les mer

We found the room and facilities were quite good, really nice and very close to Casino Rama. The beds were very comfortable and the people extremely nice and courteous. The continental breakfast provided the next morning was also most appreciated and very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel and return there again.

I had a great stay at The Days Inn. The ladies working the front desk were very friendly and professionl. We used the shuttle service to the casino. Excellent service. My only disappointment would be your patio off of the pool. It would be nice to see some tables with umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

The Days Inn on Rama Road in Orillia is very convenient to the casino. It is just a seven minute walk when the shuttle isn't operating. The room was very comfortable and everything was in working order. This hotel was full but there were no issues with noise. Overall, a very good hotel.
