"Second stay did not disappoint"
This was our second stay at this hotel and it was another great experience. We were there for a ski trip. The hotel is in near new condition, the breakfast was excellent (included eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon) and the staff was friendly.

I planned this 3 day get away for my husband's birthday, we really enjoyed it here. We have two kids that are 7 and 8, they loved it! The hotel is located conveniently and looks very pretty from the outside as well as inside... the lobby is gorgeous, they have fresh coffee and juice 24/7, their breakfast was an unbelievabe selection to choose from and […] it was hot! Our room was so nice, very modern with pretty colors! Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub--what a beautiful room. The hotel staff were phenominal!! Parking was even a breeze. "As advertised"
Complex was nice and clean. Breakfast was stellar. Only negative was the snow accumulation in the parking lot was not completely removed causing cramped maneuvering.

I just went up to Pinetop for the weekend and this place was great! The Rooms are very clean and modern with a coffee maker in every room as well as a fridge and microwave. The front desk staff is really nice and they have a great free breakfast. I will be staying here again.

Friendly staff, courteous patrons, convenient location, clean, comfortable and priced reasonable. Reluctant to recommend because I want to keep it a secret so rooms are available when I visit Pinetop.

I highly recomend this hotel very clean and good location. However the breakfast ends to early at 9:00am in my opinion. I was travelling with my family and with kids its almost impossible to be ready at 9:00 for brakfast.

"Nicer than you would expect from a Best Western"
The breakfast is the best "free continental breakfast" I've had. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the jacuzzi is luxurious.

Everything was fine with exception to the bathroom. It was very small and my handicap husband had difficulty using it. He has a walker and a wheelchair, but a handicap room was not available even tho I made reservations 2 weeks in advance.

The room was very clean and the Inn itself was well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our visit was comfortable.

Friendly, courteous staff, delicious breakfast. Quiet, well appointed , spotless, pleasant rooms. There is no swimming pool, but there is a spa and laundry facilities.

"Best Western Pinetop"
Best place we have stayed in quite awhile. It is in the tall pines of Arizona and everything was A+. The staff was great. The breakfast was outstanding. Everything in the room was above average in cleanliness and very accommodating.

Handy, central location. Recently remodeled. Carpets still springy and granite counter tops in bath! Did not get to try the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful!
Very nice room...large, clean, quiet. Continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Will definitely visit again. Also, the free wifi was a nice bonus.
Best Western in Pine Top Arizona was perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful to us getting directions for all the places we needed to go. Kudo's to the staff. Great free breakfast, couldn't have been better
Came for a ski weekend. Hotel was nice,Hot tub a clean welcome sight. And the breakfast was pretty good.Over all a deal for the price.

"Pinetop AZ"
I thought it was hotel with elevators - it's a motor inn. Had to carry bags up outside stairs. It was late, we were tired and it didn't sit well. However, once in the room it was as you would expect from a motor inn.

I took my Mom for a short, last minute trip to Pinetop and we were greeted with a smile, great directions around town and give a great local map! This not a brand new hotel but the service was excellent. Rooms were clean and adequate.
