Kort vei til/fra O'Hare int. flyplass. Utenfor Chicago sentrum, så enkelt å komme seg videre uten å havne i tung trafikk. Koselige og høflige ansatte og Legends sportsbar inkorporert i lobby området for å innta middag og drinker til normal pris. Store og fine rom; litt slitte, men rene. Frokosten var langt over middels med utvidet continental frokost. Fitnessrommet var veldig enkelt, men fikk trent basis. Nabolaget er noe slitent forstads- men virket greit.

Hotell valt i utg.pkt pga nær O'Hare-flyplassen. Svært praktisk, to stoppestader frå flyplassen med t-banen (Cumberland). I tillegg lett, rimeleg og kjapt å koma seg med 'blue line' til sentrum av Chicago på same banen. Middels pluss service i skranken på hotellet. Frukost visstnok berre svært lettvint, med 'småkaker' eller liknande. Nytta ikkje dette tilbodet sjølv. Ok reinhald på romma. Var på to forskjellige under opphaldet mitt. Restaurant næraste nabo på eine sida av hotellet, også parkeringsplass knytt til denne, utan at eg fann dette sjenerande. 7 minutts spasertur tek deg til diger supermarknad, der du finn alt du måtte trenga. Også andre småsjapper og ein frisør. 5 minutt til fots til t-banestasjonen. Motorvegen like ved og tidvis flytrafikk over, men gjorde ingenting av betydning. Godt støyisolert.

Rent og pent motell til en rimelig pris når man må bo på en flyplass et døgn. Hyggelig betjening, Spesielt hyggelig sjåfør som gratis beringer deg til og fra O'Hare. Fikk ingen beskjed på forhånd om at frokost var inkludert i prisen før etter at jeg hadde vært ute og spist på Subway i nabohuset:) PS! Er det nødvendig å ha pornokanalen gratis blant alle de andre kanalene? Nødvendig å ha porno på tv-en i det hele tatt?

Hotelet lå kun ca 10 min kjøring fra flyplassen. Vi leide bil, men lett å finne fram til hotel. Toget ned til Down Town stoppet like ved. Kjempe hyggelig betjening både ved skranke og matsal! Selv om hotelet ligger nær stor flyplass, var det lite vi hørte til trafikk og flystøy. Flott svømmebasseng!

Plassert i et fint nabolag en times kjoring nord-vest for sentrum i Chicago. Har bodd paa flere av motellene i dette omradet og kan anbefale Best Western der du faar mye for pengene.
THis was our first time stay, but know of the hotel for some time. Close to the show that we were apart of. Clean. good beds. location also good. We will stay again.
"A huge problem"
I was told the the hotel in St Charles had a shuttle to and from the airport when I booked with you. When i got to Ohare, I called the hotel for the pick up. I was told that there was no shuttle from the airport and that I was basically stranded. i would have to find my way to the hotel on my own. You can imagine how perturbed I felt when I arrived […] at the hotel with my $122 shuttle ride, and found the hotel shuttle sitting in the parking lot. "Best Western St Charles IL"
The people were nice and there was a chef there for breakfast the next morning. I didn't get to eat but heard the breakfast was good. Hotel is older and room was not as clean as I would expect. The bathroom is tiny. I did hear some people say their room was really nice so they may be renovating.

We stayed in the executive part of the motel. The rooms were huge. Very clean room and the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice! Would definetly stay again!!

The only thing I didn't like in this room was the lounge chair. It wasn't the most comfortable. Also, it would have been nice to have a second lounge chair for a second person to use to watch TV, read, etc. The room was certainly big enough. I was hesitant to book this hotel because I don't like hotels with exterior doors. However, we were given a room […] in separate executive quarters - no pets, no children, etc. Very quiet. The room had all the extras - hair dryer, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Location wise is was close to all main roads in the area. Breakfast was also very good. "Good Place to Stay"
My stay was only for one night but the hotel was clean and close to everything. I would stay there again. The young man at the front desk wasn't very attentative, he seemed preoccupied each time I had to deal with him. Thus, the reason why this hotel did not get all 5's.
Comfortable beds, convenient to destinations. Could be cleaner.

Our stay was nice, the breakfast area was to small, not enough room, and not a real varity of things. however, the food was good, and the desk clerks were nice.

The hotel was perfectly fine, nothing at all to complain about. Staff was super nice and the breakfast was better than expected. Clean rooms, typical motel standard. Not very inspiring neighborhood but convenient I guess...

This hotel on the outside is well presented. The regulation regarding no food or drink in the pool area is not well enforced. We had a no smoking room, but it must have been previously used as a smoking room as you could smell old smoke odor. This was not only true for our room, but also for our friends next door. The head board had hand prints all over it. It was pretty gross. The fridge handle was sticky. For the price, I am not satisfied with this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The only flaw was the TV remote... it would not change channels with the channel up/down button. Had to manually change them by pressing the numerical buttons each time, 02, 03, 04, etc... kind of a pain as I did not know what channel the TV was set on after awhile. So please check the TV remotes. Thanks.

Friendly staff and good service. I was able to check in a little early which was very nice. The pool was a great way to cool off in the high heat and the rooms were very comfortable and roomy.

Overall the stay was very good. However, if you are a senior there are no elevators. The area for breakfast is very small. They have another room downstairs for seating, but once again not convenient for seniors.
Very enjoyable stay right in the middle of shopping and dining. Wasn't able to access internet from the room we were in, but was easily accessible from the business center in the lobby. Would stay again for sure.

My stay in St. Charles was very satisfactory. While space is limited for the complimentary breakfasts, the breakfast offers boiled eggs, a waffle maker, cereal choices, fruit and hot beverages. We were able to be seated each day we were there. It's a great value, and close to Pheasant Run, where the meeting was held.

"Clean and simple."
The only reason I marked the room cleanliness as a 4 instead of a 5 was that we got a slightly smokey smell when we turned on the bathroom fan. I think the smokers have been hanging out in there, but the room itself didn't smell until we turned on the fan.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless and everything seemed new. It was very quiet. However, this may not be a typical experience. After numerous problems with keys at check-in, the owner appeared and said "put him in 243". This was a room above the office separate from the rest of the hotel, and my impression was that this room […] was reserved as a back-up. The parking lot was quite noisy, and there was a lot of noise on the balconies near the regular rooms, so my impression is that most rooms in the property would not be very quiet. downtown st charles is left of the hotel exit, but you will have an frustratingly hard time turning left.... rooms are small - queen beds are not queens, but double beds... breakfast was decent -standard waffle maker, bagels, and juice... staff was accommodating...

The only complaint I could have about the hotel was that the entrance from the street was somewhat narrow and difficult to get in and out of with other traffic driving past. Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hot waffle breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was older, but clean and well maintained. Our room was large and located with indoor corridors. There was free wi-fi and close, ample parking. The free continental breakfast was filling and offered a variety of foods. The hotel employees were helpful and friendly. We had a microwave and fridge in our room.
