Comfort Inn Largo/Fed Ex Field - Capitol Heights

The hotel was more than sufficient for our stay. Great location if your going to a Redskins game. I would stay there again.

I would not do it again well not the one in largo.

There is no excuse to have the main door to get to the elevator not working. That made no sense. The keys did not work and when you asked the front desk to open them they won't even get up to help, but say just try again. They knew that the doors sucked and could not be bothered. This is the only reason I will not be coming back to this hotel again. […] If we were old people or disabled I would be out of luck. All I could say is REALLY? The internet service was great. I wasn't expecting much but this place is disgusting. The only reason we even stayed is because it was close to FedEx field. Of there is a plus side then I guess that is what it would be.

Great hotel for the price. Service was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

there is no better hotel to stay at if you will be attending an event at fed-ex field. it is only a $15.00 cab ride, 10 minutes,from the hotel to the field.

If you are a Redskin fan this is the perfect spot to stay when you go to there game. And hotels.com was a big help to find it.

The ice machine is on the lobby and none on the room floors... All the lights did not work... The checkin was slow.... The heating and air condition did not work I had to switch rooms because of that.....

been staying in the area a lot recently and trying different hotels in the price range, this seems clean enough for the price and area that is located. The DOWN side is that I booked this hotel to have access to Fitness center and they have one, but NONE of the old 3 machines worked. 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, and 1 bike just sitting useless taking […] up space. 7 eleven at your doorstep, but to be careful at night as this is area is no place to be when the sun comes down. very nice people in front desk and housekeeping. will probably stay again for the good price. Rooms were nice and clean. Not too fond of the wash basin not being in the bathroom. Ice machine on the 3rd and 2nd floors were inoperable. Soda machines didn't have any water in them and the Wash Machine and Dryer on the 3rd Floor were inoperable.

It was a great stay everything was perfect except for the elevators they took forever going only to the 6th floor and one kept getting stuck. I would recommend this hotel for others.

This hotel is within walking distance to Fedex Field my wife and I took a cab to the stadium and walked back, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpfull and the hotel even provides shuttle service to the metro station located less than a mile from the Stadium.

This is a good place to stay . The only problem was with the elevators which were sometimes not in service . This is apparently an ongoing situation which needs to be rectified .

I was very satisfied with my room and location of the hotel. Bed was clean, room was also clean. only one problem the elevator was out of order doing the busy time on sunday morning for check out. Other then that my stay was great!!!!

walk in the room and sliding door that is not suppose to open was open. poor tv connections. believe some sort of biting bugs was in the room.

The hotel is in a great location if you're in the area for the Redskins game. We saw three bugs in the room during our stay, a balled up grey tank top in the corner behind the door, the ac/heat unit didn't work properly, we had to finagle with the electric outlet for the TV to work and the shower curtain needed a liner because all the water was on the […] floor afterwards. I usually do not post bad reviews, but Comfort Inn requested that I write one! Would only stay one night for going to the game and that's it! Les mer

It takes close to a half hour to reach the sites in DC. The hotel was nice. Staff were all very accomodating.

Entirely satisfactory experience. Good breakfast with eggs, waffles and sausage. Good shuttle service to the Metro. Relatively inexpensive and good value as hotels in this area go.

Other than a few minor cleaning issues it was a decent hotel. The staff could not have been any friendly-er and all in all they were very accommodating to our requests. We didn't know the area when we picked it, and while I had no problems with the area, my family felt a little nervous but by the end of our stay, they felt at home. Staff was very friendly & the rooms were clean and comfy

I was highly impressed with this hotels accomodations. I normally do not give reviews but I thought this hotel deserved it. Perfect location for my stay, the bed was sooo incredibly comfortable. 2 thumbs up!

It is a good hotel for the money you pay; just be sure to ask if the shuttle to the Metro is working; I had to pay for the taxis to get to the station.

Ist room 617 had roaches or an unknow bug. Night Manager could not find my reservations for my 2nd night stay.So he decided to call my room 1:50 AM Woke me out of a sounds Sleep,.1st thing he said ,"who is this?".Sleepy and Annoyed I asked who is this?.His responds I'm the night manager.But never excuse himself for calling at that hour of morning.He […] preceeded tell me that I was a no show, and that I needed to come down stairs or my credit card will be charged for another night stay at a different rate. That dispute went on for about twenty minutes before he found the information on file. I then went on to ask him about the next night and was told that was also not on file. I was then placed on hold for about five minutes, before he came back and told me he found it. This was my worst stay ever. I reported issue to day manager who informed me that the matter could have waited and he didnot have to call me at that ungodly hour, demanding that I come downstairs. Les mer

Neighborhood is not very nice. I found a giant toe nail on carpet next to my bed upon checking in. Hallways had a foul smell. Overall cleanliness was bad. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because it was close to Fed Ex Field and it was convenient to the concert we were attending. When we arrived there was a pair of filthy women's underware in the middle of the entrance sidewalk. (This pair was still there when we came back to the hotel several hours later.) Our room, although clean. had a horrible odor of […] towels/sheets that had been left wet and "spoiled." The odor was overpowering and you could smell it in the hall. The breakfast was good, however there was no air conditioning in the lobby or breakfast room so it was extremely hot and stuffy. The convenience of this hotel was great, but overall it was not a good experience. I would not stay here again. Les mer

Overall- it's a good hotel for the price. The outside was modern and kept up nicely. Lobby was welcoming. breakfast was average. Rooms were average sized, clean, and modern. Free wifi throughout buidling. Free shuttle to/from the nearest Metro station (about 2 minute drive). The biggest negative thing I would have to say was throughout our three day […] stay, the elevators were "out of service" for maintenance issues, had to take the stairs a lot. For the money, this hotel was OK. Nothing fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy. The neighborhood was not the best. There's no way that I'd go out at night in that neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short and here's where the good part comes in. Neither the hotel or Hotels.com gave us a problem with reimbursement for the nights not […] used. In fact Hotels.com went the extra mile on our behalf. We will definitely go through Hotels.com again. Thanks Les mer

Excellent service from the staff. Decent breakfast. Tub/shower faucet handle barely worked and water temp could not be adjusted. Totally inadequate number of electrical outlets in the room. I needed to charge cell phone as well as plug in computer and charge batteries for my DVR. There was only one available plug (bathroom) which already had hair dryer […] and coffee maker plugged in. Had to unplug bedside light to be able to plug in computer and had to alternate charging other electronics using plug in the bathroom. Les mer

Everthing was just ok, I am use to going to hotels with their own dinning area and bar, where You don't have to venture out into the neighborhood

Minor issue for improvement; Bedspread / Comforter Stained. furniture tops needed to be wiped cleaned. Microwave nor icebox worked needs updating / replaceing.

BREAKFAST: They don't have a king's breakfast, but they have what it takes to keep you going through lunch: cereals, a couple of fruits, milk, coffee, chocolate, waffles, some kinds of bread, some donuts and three types of juice. ROOM (2 double beds): It's a small but comfortable bathroom (with a bathtub and a toilet seat), and the rest of the room […] has the two beds, a sink, a table, microwave oven and a great TV set. INTERNET: It works properly and is free. STAFF: All I had contact with were very helpful and some of them were more than that (Marcus, at the front desk, made our stay be just perfect). Fantastic customer service, clean and comfortable room, easy and fast check in and out. Overall a fantastic stay - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!! And would stay again in a heartbeat.

From our arrival, we were disappointed to get double beds when we booked kings. After that, the hotel proved to be very noisy (party on the ground floor and heavy traffic). The only advantage is to be close to underground which was very convenient to go to Washington.
