Kommer gjerne igjen, komfortable rom med flatskjerm både i stuen og soverommet. Ligger rett ved et stort kjøpesenter og en fantastisk BBQ restaurant hvor vi spiste baby spareribs nam.

"Only 2.5 stars???"
We had a very large, comfortable room. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings clean and attractive. Bathroom clean. Wonderful shower! The in-room safe looked as if someone had tried to pull it away from the wall but we didn't need to use it so it wasn't a problem for us. The only other disadvantage was that the curtains at the windows were sheer with draperies […] at the side. "No major complaints"
Kind of unique hotel with architectitural brick exteriour and first floor. Clean, quiet, and kid friendly. Free breakfast was better than most. Only complaints were poor coverage at front desk (nobody at desk, and nobody manning that phone) and fumes of gasoline being stored in the building.
"Excellent place to reside"
Room was large and spacious, clean, and the hot water was very hot. Free breakfast was very good, with a good variety of items, and that which were supposed to be hot were indeed hot. Staff was super nice and attentive. The facility is difficult to see from the road it is on, but it is an excellent place to stay.

I was veryvery happy with this place rented three rooms for staff and we all had a great experience here. The rooms were the size of a stadium ( no kidding) You could have played fottball in one of our rooms. Breakfeast was really great Staff was fun. and Cleaniest place I every stayed at without a doubt and to top it off it was a real bargin.

This is a very visually appealing hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed. Service is great and the staff are competent and friendly. The breakfast is a cut above and the price is right. Only improvement I could suggest would be that we have come to expect flat screen TVs in hotel rooms.

Due to unexpected traffic during my drive, I had a very late night check in (1am). The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was included. Parking was easy. Very safe area.

The hotel was a great location and price was acceptable. Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was fine. Our only complaint was that we were in a non-smoking room and when the exhaust vent was on we could smell cigarette smoke from another room. Poor ventilation? We did let front desk know and they were going to check out the problem.

All staff we excellent. When I checked in they didnt have the room I reserved available so I was upgraded to the Delux Suite. I was in town on business and needed to scan documents, Manager allowed me to use hotel's scanner for the time needed. Best staff and clean hotel I have yet to stayed in Richmond VA area.

The hotel was OK and the staff were very nice and very helpful but unfortunately there was a very strong odour of stale cigarette smoke (I'm assuming) from the days when smoking was allowed.

"Not bad for price"
This was my second time staying at the hotel. The rooms are huge, clean, and comfortable. I chose to sleep in and not eat breakfast this past stay, but only because I was tired. My only complaint was the people in the room beside us making noise as they went in and out of their room the next morning, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Manikin in lobby dressed in colonial gear was creepy. Overall, lobby was unwelcoming and dark, clerk who checked me in was unfriendly. Room was clean and everything needed was available, but decor was dark and carpet was ratty. Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, but not even close to the best either.

You get what what you pay for. It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. I do hate their small ironing board & two waffle makers world have helped but it was fine for a one night stay.

I'd recommend this hotel only for the price, needs updating, strange location, behind a car wash, front of hotel is actually in the back, pleasant front desk staff, had what seemed to be a possible homeless person hanging around between the front and back portion on the hotel, not […] sure, could have been a guest at the hotel, friendly person, just seemed strange to be hanging around outside with his beer in a bag, only saw him twice as I was in and out of the hotel, never caused any problem or concern. The willingness of the staff to assist me was very good. I have some current health issues and they switched me to a handicapped room when it became available. It was greatly appreciated. "Unusual set up"
Our room was located in a building separate from the main hotel. The buildings were not connected and there was no walk way from one to the other. It was raining when we were there and you had to walk out in the rain to go to breakfast. The set up seemed odd. The neighborhood was not the best.

I've selected this hotel several times. Nothing fancy, but if the location works this feels safe, the breakfast is good, the rooms clean and spacious in the main building - a bit smaller in the second building.

We escaped from Hurricane Irene, and there could not have been a better hotel to find shelter in for 3 nights than the Governor's Inn.The hotel was full of escapees but the staff was so accommodating and so professional. The hot and cold breakfast was excellent and the hot food was different each day. The wonderful lady who worked at the buffet was […] especially efficient and considerate. The room featured two queen size comfortable beds and was large enough to accommodate our four adults. The manager, Joe, was wonderful. It was a bad time for many of the guests, and Joe went around making sure that everyone had what they needed. We certainly recommend this hotel. Les mer

Housekeeping didn't finish cleaning my room. Didn't vacuum, not enough towels, didn't restock my coffee and left the table dirty with the creamer and sugar from my coffee earlier. When I called the front to have housekeeping come back I was told they couldn't because housekeeping went home for the day. They told me when they were there to clean that […] they were going to lunch and would be back, and never came back. No television at all! The cable was out but you couldn't even watch regular tv because the tv's were so old that you could only use cable service to access any tv. So for 3 days we didn't have ANY tv. I asked where the bar was or restaraunt and was told they don't have a bar or a restaraunt so I couldn't get any food!!! I asked for room service and was told they didn't have any!!!!!! I asked management to call me the next day so I could tell them. I was told that next time I stayed I could have a discount. But not given any kind of discount code or anyway for them to remember me when/if I did want to take advantage of this. What...am I just supposed to call and say, I want to take advantage of my discount and they are just supposed to remember me? Plus this hotel was less than a mile from my house. I stayed there cuz my power was out. So I really have no need to stay there again. So how would i take advantage of this fake discount? Les mer

Stayed in the hotel just after irene for business. No TV or Cable....Loud guests in adjoining rooms. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable enough. Great price for the stay, The breakfast was so-so...otherwise not too bad.

I have stayed at this Best Western several times. It is close to my son's home. The service is great and has a strong wi-fi signal.
This was a good location for us since we going to Farmville the next day. The pool was tricky to get to since it was not adjacent to the building we were in. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
