Best Western Premier Regent's Garden Hotel - Paris

Everything is close to perfect! Newly refurbished and clean rooms, safe and quiet location, close to Champs Elysees, a lot of small local restaurants in the immediate surroundings and last but not least - the staff; always helpful and with a smile. Our best recommendations for this hotel - the deserve it!

Bra hotell, fordelen var roen. Hotellet er plassert midt på en tomt med fasaden forskjøvet innover i forhold til de andre. Utsikt til en bakgård med steinlagt hage. Dette bidro til null støy fra vei og gate. Hadde rom i topp etasjen, litt fransk håndverk på detaljene (glemt lister etc, rask sparkling) Meget rent og pent, hyggelig folk i resepsjonen. […] Frokostprisen er hjerterå, men det ligger flere små cafeer i nærheten med rimelig og god mat. De hadde egen parkeringsplass foran hotellet bak murer, trangt, men bra. 10 min fra metro (Ternes) Stille selv i baren, satt mye der og leste uten bry fra andre. Litt små rom. 2nd time we stayed here. Pretty, updated room, but bed should have been replaced long ago, hard as a toboggen, sunken, uncomfortable. No shower door, water everywhere! Very lazy staff. Completely self service hotel. Hotel was not full, yet they have allotment of only 15 umbrellas and refused to give us a 2d umbrella. Refused to provide a scale to weigh […] luggage. Inaccurate info re: return to airport. No shampoo. No conditioner. Long 15 min uphill walk to nearest metro stop, all in the rain with no umbrella! Completely failed to turn over two messages left for us by merchants, including Printemps! Unbelievable. Too many good hotels to choose from in Paris, won't give them our money again. Les mer

We found this hotel a pleasure to stay in, while we only had three nights there it is ideally situated in the centre of town to walk to most of the big attractions . The breakfast was very nice but I feel it's a bit on the pricey side but you have a wide choice of things to eat . Pros: The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, neighborhood is filled with cafes and stores, 10 minute walk to subway stations, room is very clean and updated. A charming a well placed hotel with a real boutique feel. The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly, attentive, professional and polite. The hotel is small so does not have a bar but we did enjoy a lovely breakfast. The hotel itself is 5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and sits in a lively up-market […] neighbourhood. Great stay. The staff were very helpful. Expect to pay about 40 euros from the Eurostar train station and another 40 to the airport (CDG). It was not as close as I thought.

half of the hotel rooms are right above a bar/ music club. from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. there is a pounding music hall right underneath your room . very small rooms for a couple. a long walk to metro. no fitness room .

We stayed for five nights while touring Paris. This hotel is a great mid-priced hotel. The location, near the Arc de Tromphe is really convenient. Lovely. FYI women no plug in bathroom for curling irons or blow dryers. The only plug is for mens shavers only. For the ladies you have to fix your hair in the room problem is there are no mirrors.

This Hotel was quite a find. Our experience was outstanding in every way. The service - from the floor managers to the bell service personnel - was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and professional. A very elegant, comfortable hotel: It was at one time a large luxurious mansion.The location is good, with about a ten minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Their is a small food market about 50 yards from the hotel.The Staff could not have been better. They were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

Only knock is the hotel is a little too far from the Metro. Otherwise, great service. There are places to eat around this area (Les Fourages). Bakeries/cheese shops/chocolatier/flower shop/wine shops/small market/pharmacy all within 1-2 blocks and most right across from the hotel.

Hotel location was convenient to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit and also very convenient for the Air France shuttle bus from CDG airport (only a 10 minute walk). On arrival we were greeted very courteously and our room was available quickly. We had a garden room which overlooked an attractive courtyard garden. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our 4 day stay. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are more than ample number of restaurants, patisseries and boulangeries which we availed ourselves of with much pleasure. This Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the Champs Elysee. The decor in the reception areas and the rooms was charming and the pretty garden in the courtyard at the back was a lovely peaceful place to relax. After viewing many hotels in Paris I was nervous as they all seemed small. However this hotel had a generous sized modern room, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect with a few minutes stroll up to the arc a triumph. Would defo stay again!!

My husband and I have just returned from our trip to Paris. We've stayed at Best Western Premier Regent's Garden hotel for 5 nights and we really enjoyed this experience. The room was very clean and our bed comfortable. We chose the "superior room" during our reservation and received one with the "street view" upon arrival. Initially, I was concerned, […] but It turned out to be a very quiet room and we didn't hear the street traffic at all. The hotel is located on the quiet street anyway. Because August days are rather hot in Paris, we had our air conditioning on. It worked very well and it kept the temperature set the way we wanted, in a quiet mode. it was important for me, because I'm a poor sleeper and I don't sleep well with loud air conditioners or with outside noises. I did sleep well there. The hotel has a beautiful garden where we had breakfast on 3 occasions and it consisted of an open buffet with a variety of choices. The staff was very nice and pleasant, willing to assist you with reservations to any local events or shows. Unfortunately, we don't speak French, but the front desk assistants spoke very good English so it made it easier for us to communicate. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Charles De Gaulle metro station and Arc de Triomphe. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time. Les mer

The hotel did everything it could to make for a good stay. The only thing not excellent wasn't within their power and that is for tourists wanting to walk to sights and restaurants the location is more business oriented. What a wonderful hotel! Very quaint! The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Arch de Triumph and 2 metro stops (5 min, okay maybe 10 - note, according to the Parisians, everything is a 5 min walk away). We walked home each night around 1-2am and always felt safe. After our late night excursions we cozied up in the hotel library with a couple […] glasses of wine (the Rouge is great and I highly recommend). The hotel staff was so nice and served us late into the night as it was difficult for us to adjust to the time change. The hotel offers free wi-fi which was nice. The building itself and the interior were well maintained and beautifully decorated. The rear garden was also a delightful place to relax. I have stayed at this hotel twice. The service, atmosphere, location, and friendliness continue to be exceptional over two years. If you do not speak French, no problem here, they are fluent. Extremely helpful with all details. Very quiet location.

Everything was perfect. Only complaint was that they were renovating the hotel which caused a lot of noise. But it looked really nice and should be finished by the time you vist! Also a bit far from the metro, but the closest line is the main RER which makes getting to major attractions easy. However, beware of pick pockets in the RER metro- I was a […] victim. Les mer

This beautiful hotel in Paris was perfect for my friends and I in Paris for just one day! The staff was so helpful for everything down to where to exchange money. They even brought our bags to our room and put them in our car when we left. The location is great! Two blocks from metro and beautiful arc de triomphe! Def would come back to stay here!

I have stayed at a few of the Best Western properties in Paris, and I think this one by far is the best to date. Very good size of room for Paris (was a Superior Room but even then its just a larger than average space around the bed), comfortable and quiet, good bed (despite the annoying velcro joing strip down the middle fo the two joined single beds) […] and clean modern bathroom with lots of light, mirrors and space to put your stuff, although glass door on the bathroom and window into the bathroom from the bedroom might not be to everyones taste if you are shy about that kind of thing. Free WiFi worked well. Staff were very helpful and the location easy for shops and plenty of places to eat etc, but its a good 10 minute walk to a metro station. Les mer

The hotel was lovely, clean, decorated beautifully but my only grip was the size of the room we were given, it was tiny. I believe it was the smallest room in the hotel - room number 304 - so be aware if you are booking a room, number 304 is tiny with no bath although it did have a lovely shower. Our room overlooked the garden, and it was nice to open the windows at night. One drawback was that although there were many TV stations from which to choose, there were only two in English (BBC & CNN). We didn't spend too much time in the room given that we were out sightseeing all day, so really no complaints about the hotel.

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our week-long Paris vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service from the whole staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was outstanding. The hotel has a relatively small number of rooms--just the kind of intimate environment we like--and the decor is tasteful and pleasantly understated. Our room […] was clean and comfortable; it was also a bit small, which was expected, but I liked it anyway. The free wi-fi was an added bonus: we were able to use my wife's iPad AND my Android phone. The location was great: a patisserie and a Carrefour grocery store across the street, a restaurant and at least two bistros within 200 yards, all within a primarily residential neighborhood. Oh, and the Arc de Triomphe and its Metro stations are a mere 5 to 10 minute-walk away. The hotel is not central to the main tourist sights, but you can be at the Louvre less than 10 minutes after you board the No.1 Metro Line at the Charles de Gaulle-Etoille station. My 13 yo daughter and I traveled through Europe and stayed here for 3 days. It was absolutely perfect. Great location! Easy walk to Champs Elysees. Great neighborhood. loved it, book it immediately. i was expecting a small room with crappy old furniture. thats what everyone told me to expect in paris.
