Very pleased with my stay. I've stayed at other motels in town and this is the one I will choose the next visit.

I've now stayed at both Best Western hotels in Nacogdoches. This one is much nicer then the one to the north. Better condition overall, cleaner, better surroundings, more spacious and up to date rooms. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

"Convenience for family gathering"
I booked a room for my husband and myself at the Best Western in Nacogdoches, TX, plus three other rooms for family members. The staff was always most helpful and very friendly. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only suggestion or complaint I would have is about the towels. Most hotels give more than needed, but this hotel provided […] only a minimal number of towels. I had to keep asking for extra towels. Of course they were thin, scratchy and felt more like a luffah than a towel. That would be my only complaint though. I would definitely choose this hotel next time we need to visit the area. Les mer

This was our second stay here. It was as nice as before. Sandy always made sure we were taken care of. They even gave us our same room close to the pool. We will be back. It is close to many restuarants and we love to go to the Lufkin Zoo.

Nice hotel. Good location. Adequate breakfast. Clean. Room was a little stuffy when we checked in (late). Bed was a little too hard. Overall, a pleasant experience.

the staff was very accomidating for my family that needed downstairs rooms but not a handicapped rooms----- I am most appreciative of their service and assistance in assigning downstairs rooms---

I only stayed one nite and had a lot of work to do and it was very quiet and comfortable. It is worth noting the friendliness of the staff, they were easy to talk with and it was obvious they wanted to help you. Also, I like an frigid room for sleeping and the a/c unit was able to meet my expectations.

Was expecting so-so motel as it was not as expensive as some but what a pleasant surprise! The front desk people were nice, efficient, room was very clean (even corners of bathroom!) Bed was comfy, had a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast had dee-lish waffles you could make with lots of other options. Left full and happy. Due to returning medical needs we are back in a week to Nacogdoches. Where we had stayed the previous week wasnt available so BW was next choice. Prices for last week to this week within $4 of each other so not to bad! Outside entry versus inseid of "other" motel. No biggie Sound ! was much nicer here the nlast week's! Didnt hardly hear any of the […] many workers also staying here! This BW is on south side and there are 5 or 6 major chain loactions all within a mile of each other but sadly no (non) major food vendor has located in this area to porvide service. Only negative of this BW was their morning breakfast, It didnt measure up to any of the others in this location, spartan, minimal, and when one is getting up before 7a to head out for the day'sevent once does look forward to a acceptable meal.
