Bed was very uncomfortable. Free breakfast wasn't inviting. Had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Had stayed here several years back and it was very nice back then. Condition seems to have gone down.

pool was closed, we specifically requested a hotel with pool as had 2 ten yr olds to keep busy , toilet didn't work had to stand there and hold down handle, some plug ins were broken so had to move furniture to and unplug lights to plug in chargers, fan etc. Air conditioning not the powerful requested a 3 star or better hotel and this one was a 2. not […] happy with hotel or hotels.com for this booking - staff was very nice. Continental breakfast said "hot breakfast" only thing hot was a waffle, only 4 tables in breakfast area, not remotely big enough for amount of customers. Les mer

Kind of old-fashioned looking but not bad. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. About 20 minutes away from downtown St. Louis.

We stay at this motel every time we go to the area. Very clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was wonderful. We arrived a few hours before the designated check-in and they still gave us the room without a problem. Had it all prepared. We had an issue with the a/c, but the owner was so kind to fix it on the spot within 10min before we started setting in. Overall, it was quiet there although somewhat full. There were families with children, […] yet you couldn't hear the raucous. Everything was spotless when we arrived. An ok hotel. Value for money, but not for light sleepers as cars were coming and going right outside the ground floor room window, noisy AC and fridge motor.

my wife and I stayed at the Camelot Inn in Fairview Heights IL when my wife and I got there and told them we had cats they gave us a different room but at a bit of a high rate but not too unreasonable for the area. all in all we had an enjoyable time there and will use there service again the next time we go there.

When I arrived I was greeting by Bill. He was pleasant and professional. He explained everything that he was doing for and gave me directions to where I neded to go. The room was nice and clean. The was also pleasant to me and my family. We had a very nice stay and we enjoy the pool!

I was very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to have the room warm due to the cold weather outside. I enjoyed the continental breakfast that featured hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit in season, opportunity to have a waffle or oatmeal. My father and I just needed a place that was conveniently located, clean, and affordable as we were not going to be spending much time at the hotel. We were very satisfied and sure we will use this hotel next baseball season. Dana at the front desk was extremely helpful as well!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable. We are going back in May for our son's graduation and will definately be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was great, prices were reasonable, rooms were in fine condition. Just a few minus drive to the St. Louis Metrolink. Recommended.

The room we had reserved was not available. They had no other no-smoking rooms available so they placed us in a smoking room. The room was so horrible that I had to re-wash all the clothes in my suitcase because after a ONE night stay all my clothes smelled of smoke. It was a horrible experience!

We were a large group in 2 rooms -the folks were friendly, accommodating and the rooms were clean. The indoor pool was a plus for a October stay.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!! Our room had an air conditioner that made rattling noises every 30 seconds and a shower with a shower head that had no water pressure. When we spoke to the hotel manger, he did absolutely NOTHING to help with any of the problems nor was I given a copy of the receipt I signed when we checked in. We slept in […] a hot stuffy room in order to have peace and quiet at all only to awake and not be able to take a nice shower. There was so little water pressure a female couldn't even wash hair with it let alone shave and shower. I'd rather pay more to stay across the street at the Drury Inn where the rooms are much nicer and the staff is MUCH friendlier and more helpful. Les mer

while staying at the hotel we used the soda machine and snack machine both gave us trouble. The soda machine would not give me a can, or give my money back. The person at the desk was immediately at the machine help us. Then we tried to get popcorn out of the snack machine, and it didnt work, and the person at the desk again immediately to our rescue […] with a key to the machine and give us our popcorn. That is real customer service we didnt have to go looking for him, he was there in a flash. While he was sure we didnt need anything else, he stepped over to the laundry room and picked up trash that was on the floor. He clearly took pride in his hotel and it shows. Also the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay there again. Les mer

This hotel is in a convient location with a movie theater and a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The waffle machine a breakfast has a few issues and was a little disappointing, but other than that my stay there was pleasant.

Beds were very comfortable. It was obviously older, but very clean and well kept. Pool was very clean also.

The hotel was clean. They are very stingey with their towels and washclothes. We had four people in our room and when we would ask for more they would give us two of each. Also there breakfast is lacking big time. It turned our stomachs as soon as we walked into the breakfast area and they only have two tables in there so its very small.
