Hotellet ligger nydelig til ved stranda og piren i Santa Cruz. God service - lyse fine rom, alle med utsikt til sjøen. Et stykke til sentrum av byen - en fordel med bil.

great parking, old rooms, and my airconditon didnt work. Easy access to the Pier, The Boardwalk and the beach.Nice to relax by the pool as well. Free internet

Bra service, og fint rom! Ikke forvent den største frokosten, den var veldig enkel. Men totalsett veldig fornøyd!

"Best Western All suite hotel, well worth it."
A real good deal booking trough Hotels.com. Very big spacious rooms. We stayed in a double queen bed suite its was nice and big 'bedroom' area and very nicely sized 'living room' area. A big plus was having a pull out sofa bed, all tough uncomfortable, it was nice to have. The only thing that was a bit off was our room was in the middle of hotel complex […] and had no windows to the outside. Their was one window to the lobby, that would have been alright but it was an enclosed lobby and the breakfast bar was in front of our room so we really couldn't open our window. Les mer
"Great location, clean rooom, but a little noisy"
My fiancee and I stayed at this hotel for only 1 night for a wedding we were attending in Santa Cruz. We were initially surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel given the surrounding area (not a bad area, just typical Santa Cruz). Room was pretty nice with a heat lamp in bathroom to warm things up after a nice shower (great shower heads, btw). The […] fridge in the entertainment center was a bit noisy and we overlooked the main road which also added some noise. Not intorelable though. The windows actually block a significant amount of sound from outside. Location-wise, only a few blocks from the main shopping/dining block. You could probably walk it, but we drove. There's also restaurant right across the street that looked pretty good, but we didn't try it due to time constraints. Staff working the hotel was very friendly, but the breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment. Not that I was expecting gourmet, but I would rate it at the lower end of a typical continental breakfast. "Bed comfortable, cusotmer service lacking"
Our expectations were not met with this hotel. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable, but there was a lack of sincerity with the staff we came in contact with. It took 2 phone calls to get the TV fixed in the room then the one they replaced it with had a picture too dark to enjoy. Needed more towels in the bathroom (only two at a time)and the […] towel bar was mounted in front of the sink and in the way. It could be mounted on the wall beside the sink. Something just did not click with this hotel. We won't stay there again. Les mer
"Cuttig too many corners"
Best Western is cutting too many corners. The location and room were fine - it was the small things that were missing. The towels were tiny and low quality. There were four small (2/3 of a regular standard) pillows on the king size bed. Talk about cheep! They can't even give guests standard size pillows? "Some problems with the stay"
We go to Santa Cruz often and we always stay at the Best Western Suites Hotel and are always very satisfied. This time, however, there were some problems. First, the room smelled of smoke, not terribly (we would have switched rooms if it did), but it did have a tobacco odor. Second, the closet door was very hard to close, it took a lot of work to […] get it to close. Third, the switch on the AC was broken and we had to unplug it to turn it off. Lastly, the jets in the bathtub shut off by themselves while the timer was still going. We told the desk about these items when we checked out. Les mer
"Nice, but traffic noise"
Nice, mid-range hotels are scarce in Santa Cruz and the service & room were very good here. The mini-king suite was not the best design, since an otherwise spacious room gets a bit split up (the full suites looked nice). I love the ability to open the window and get fresh Santa Cruz air (really). The outdoor hot tub was popular with guests but not hot […] enough for us. We didn't try the breakfast, though it looked better than average. The main issue was that we had to have the window closed to sleep b/c traffic noise at that busy intersection is significant (and to further complicate issues the fan/heat/cool unit had only two fan settings loud and still pretty loud (labeled high and low). "Sub-standard maintenance"
Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. Our air conditioner didn't work, so it was hot. The jacuzzi in the bathtub didn't work. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were told that there would be eggs available at breakfast, but there was not. The location was good, and the room was clean.

"Spacious rooms, dismal parking"
Very nice spacious rooms. Nice breakfast included. Parking situation was horrendous. Parking spaces are tight. Many guests will crowd the adjacent line to give selves more space on opposite side. Pulled into a spot, but had to pull out. Couldn't open doors. Other rude guests park in middle of two spots, leaving no parking for others. Took us over 30 […] minutes after arriving one evening to finally figure out how to squeeze into a tiny spot and still get doors open on one side. Les mer
"Best Bet as well."
I ws in the area for two shows, and Best Western Ocean St in Santa Cruz made the stree of the shows fade away when my head finally hit the pillow. Well worth staying here when in the Montery and Santa Cruz area's.
"Not all Suites (or Sweet) at Best Western"
Our group had two "suites" at the Best Western. Ours was just a normal size room and not a suite-sized room, did not have a frig, and not everything worked in our room. The other couple in our group had a suite-sized room with frig but the window looked out on a brick wall about 10 feet away. So all rooms are not equal at the Best Western in Santa Cruz. Best Western All Suite Inn was an overall great experience. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

"Pleasantlly Surprised"
The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower.

"Needs to be cleaned"
The only reason why I would recommend this hotel is the fact that it is a suite with two separate rooms...no door to separate, but a privacy wall. This was nice because we have an one year old and a four year old. Getting them to bed was easy. Besides that, it was dirty. Not just the rooms but the whole grounds. Our first room smelled like a 20 year […] old ashtray, even though it was considered "non smoking" and there was NO windows at all. We were moved the next day to a room that smelt nicer and had two sky lights...one right over the beds. The neighborhood was not so nice. Staff was super nice. The breakfast was great. For the price, you really just got to go with it. Plus, the dumpiest hotels in Santa Cruz were going for way more. Les mer

"Nice hotel for the money - not great neighborhood"
At first I was not excited about the hotel, but the accomodations were clean. It is a litte far from "atmosphere" but very convenient from the freeway. Very good and convenient continental breakfast. The price was great.

Hôtel agréable , très bon petit déjeuner , le jacuzzi est appréciable après une journée de marche , grande chambre avec une petite pièce séparée , grande salle de bain , peut-être un peu loin de la plage mais faisable à pieds .
