Nice hotel to stay in during the cold of winter. Direct internal access to the mall makes for easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

"Good restful stay"
Did not receive free complimentary buffet continental breakfast. Had to pay $25.00 we weren't expecting.
We were put next door to a room under water damage repair, the hallway smelled like mold and there was noisy fans running all night. The hotel was very good about moving us to another room the next day but we did find the hotel was very hot and we had to keep the air condioner running all the time. We stayed for 3 nights while we moved our son at U […] of A, location was good but some questionable characters in area. Price of room was good. Would stay again. Les mer
"welcome upsetting"
I had booked a few weeks in advance. I called 2 days before I was to arrive to inform the hotel that we would be arriving late Friday night. We arrived at midnight after and long drive on some snow covered roads to find that at midnight our room was not ready!! "Would not recommend"
My husband and I live in Edmonton and due to renovations we thought it would be nice to get out of the house and stay in a hotel for a night. We were disappointed with a lot of things. First of all, our floor smelled like mold. It was musty and gross. Our room smelled like they were trying to cover something up. The room was small and was in a drastic […] need of renos. The room was freezing and we both had a horrible sleep. For being a Best Western we were completely disappointed, and would not recommend it to anyone. Les mer
We asked for the air conditioning to be put on,It says it has air conditioning, it trinkles through a tiny vent.So I would say no airconditioning. So we slept very uncomfortable the first few nights.Till we got fans from the maintence. One of the beds was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The windows do not open and it is very dark in the room. The staff […] is very friendly but very unorganized. They dont check their notes on the customers and end up charging for things that where promised not to be charged. Everything was excellent....except..when we got to our room, we found the door was ajar. This was a little disconcerting as we'd just passed a suspicious looking character and wondered if the room had been tampered with. We cautiously went inside, and made a phone call to the front desk to report the unattended room . They said it was maybe just housekeeping […] that left it open.. Spent 2 nights,visited grandkids while in Edmonton and they loved the pool.Rooms were clean,hotel was well maintained and clean.
"Harder to locate"
Clean and nice....a little noisy on the main level as it is next to a busy street.Was harder to locate as there was no signs on the main highway so we drove several miles past it before we could get turned around as there was no place to turn around for quite awhile.

"not too happy, no sleep"
I was disappointed upon arrival when I was told the room I reserved (2 queens) was not available, and would a king work? NO! When a room with 2 beds was found I was asked how many in the room and when I said 2, I was asked "and one bed isn't enough?" I was staying with a friend, and we do not share a bed. Then when getting ready for bed we noticed there […] was NO a/c, so even tho we turned the heat OFF, we cooked in a 21 degree room (central a/c apparently) all night long because the windows DIDN'T open! "Rooms too hot"
The rooms were all 27 degrees and the air conditioner would not work and we were not able to cool the rooms down with the termastat.

the room we stayed in was very small and the plug ins in the bathroom did not work,big inconvenience to us ladies while trying to do our hair,also no water pressure in the shower.We did have fantastic service in the lounge and a decent breakfast in the dining room.

The hotel was ok, but the surrounding area was very sketchy for me. Bed was comfy. Also was not informed of the extra pet fee until I arrived there with my pet. I was not happy about that.

Very convenient as it is as the crossroads of many main thoroughfares in Edmonton. Easy access coming and going in or out of town and close to Freeway to West Edmonton Mall. No traffic noise at all. Had a lovely restaurant but did not have the opportunity to eat there. Staff was very friendly. "Know this about this hotel"
It was a comfortable hotel to stay in and there was not a huge traffic at reception as noticed in some hotels I had stayed in previosly. Sorrounding noise was very low (a plus) but TV entertainment and internet were charged at a fee, i think this was very cheap of the hotel to do this.

i stay at cedar park in once a month and enjoy my stay everytime its quiet and very clean no complaints at all about cedar park in i would reccomend this place to anyone the price is right also what can i say
It's a good place to stop for the night. The staff were pleasant and the rooms where clean. The price was fair, the only let down was the pool it's was very small and looked like it needed either a good cleaning or maintenance .
Our stay was wonderful. It was extremely satisfactory for us, as well as our cat. Very Convenient for the appointment we had for him at the Veterinarian Clinic. He was very content in the accommodation also It was quiet and comforting for him Thank you Marion

Hotel is very outdated. The room I stayed in was clearly a smoking room at one time and had a very stale putrid smell. Parking was a real problem as well as it was a very busy weekend so I was forced to park my vehicle in the motel parking behind the hotel. I did not feel as though my vehicle was secure so far from view of the hotel. For the same value […] I would stay at the Sawridge hotel nearby instead. Les mer
